Since the take over back in the summer, vast steps of improvement have already taken place. Staffing levels have improved, and refurbishments are well underway. The home feels warm and inviting, staff are friendly and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. I am so happy that my mother is well looked after and I couldn't wish for her to be in a better place than she is. The dedication shown by everyone is a credit to you all.

Such a lovely atmosphere caring staff who keep you informed of your LO. Residents are well looked after and fed very well.
