The home has some most wonderful caring, cheerful carers like Josna, Mathew, Jamie and many more who's names I don't recall.
I come in 2x a week to visit a resident and observe the care and get looked after while giving some care to my friend.

Estuary View is a lovely, warm and friendly home with excellent care and amazing staff. Our friend Linda has been there for over 15 months and is very happy. The manager makes sure that the residents have all they need and occasionally takes them out. One of the care team members, Josna, has made a
real impact on Linda and has such a lovely, warm connection with her. We highly recommend this home without any hesitation.

My experience with care for my mother was to a high standard, communication with me and my family was very good. All the staff are caring and loving. Estuary View is nice settling, clean and well kept. Thank you all for taking care of Mum,.

Estuary View has been a lovely home for mum. She is quite happy staying here.
Staff are excellent and mum says is treated very well.
Her room is in good order and plenty of storage space for her clothes and belongings.
There are several areas where residents can sit - lounge, dining room or
conservatory (and obviously their own room).
The conservatory has lovely views and is a quiet space.
Generally the home is a fairly quiet without the television blaring out all day.
Would certainly recommend for your family and friends who are in need of a care home.

Mum has settled well into this new home, this has been aided by the attentive, hardworking staff. I'm really pleased with her bedroom and the facilities it has. It's bright, airy and always very clean and tidy. The management team and all staff are always kind and caring towards Mum and welcoming to
us on our regular visits, nothing is too much trouble. I feel happy that Mum is being very well looked after.

I have visited the above home five times now since the move from another home due to its closure. Each time I have been very impressed with the high standard of care, friendly, helpful staff and excellent management as experienced in the other home. I am very happy with the care and attention that
my friend is receiving and the respect and attention shown for him. Visits are always a pleasure and very satisfying.

Since the take over back in the summer, vast steps of improvement have already taken place. Staffing levels have improved, and refurbishments are well underway. The home feels warm and inviting, staff are friendly and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. I am so happy that my mother is well
looked after and I couldn't wish for her to be in a better place than she is. The dedication shown by everyone is a credit to you all.

Such a lovely atmosphere caring staff who keep you informed of your LO. Residents are well looked after and fed very well.
