Estuary View has a vibrant activity calendar with daily music, art or quizzes together with weekly minibus trips out to the local area. The home is well staffed with a stable team. The care is consistently good as is the cleanliness and food. Staff are extremely kind, caring, patient and respectful to residents. They adapt well to the changing needs of my Mum and reliably escalate concerns to us and other professional staff/disciplines. The home is well led with a very experienced manager and deputy who will always make time to speak to me, discuss and make plans for Mum's changing needs which are fluidly cascaded throughout the team. There has been much investment in the property but the only concern is the temperature in some areas during this very hot weather. I wouldn't want my Mum to be cared for anywhere else in her current situation.

Estuary View has been a lovely home for mum. She is quite happy staying here. Staff are excellent and mum says is treated very well. Her room is in good order and plenty of storage space for her clothes and belongings. There are several areas where residents can sit - lounge, dining room or conservatory (and obviously their own room). The conservatory has lovely views and is a quiet space. Generally the home is a fairly quiet without the television blaring out all day.
Would certainly recommend for your family and friends who are in need of a care home.

It's bright, airy and always very clean and tidy. The management team and all staff are always kind and caring towards Mum and welcoming to us on our regular visits, nothing is too much trouble.
