My relative initially came to Glenvale Park Care Home for a six-week respite stay, but they have enjoyed it so much that they have decided to stay permanently.
Carley and her team are wonderful people - kind, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to providing excellent care. They take the time to
get to know each resident as an individual, which creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the home.
There are a great range of activities available every day, ensuring residents remain engaged, active, and social. The home itself is always lovely, clean, and well maintained, giving families real peace of mind.
I would highly recommend Glenvale Park Care Home to anyone looking for a caring, supportive, and friendly environment for their loved one.

My partner needs pretty much full time care since having a stroke 5 years ago and this was our first experience of respite care. He and I could not have been happier with the care received. He suffers tremendously with pain and is very limited with what he is able to do. Nothing was too much
trouble for the care team.
The food, he said, was fabulous and he was able to have some laughs along the way. It's certainly not easy putting your trust in others to look after your loved one but am so glad that I did. Great experience. Thankyou

My husband went for respite care initially, but soon to be a permanent resident. Was impressed with both the home and the staff even on the first visit, felt we had made the right decision. The staff and all facilities are excellent.

Excellent quality care home, with great care high levels of cleaniness, management and staff have all been operating to the highest standards. During trying times the management team have been supportive & caring as sometimes the stresses of family support is necessary.

My dad has been at Glenvale Park now for 2 years and has had the best care & support from everyone there. Nothing is to much trouble & the dedication shown by all the staff is 2nd to none. We know that he has flourished & benefited from being at the home. Thank you to you all we are very grateful to

My husband went in for respite but is now a permanent resident. The home is like a 5 star hotel with excellent food. All the staff are very caring and helpful to residents and visitors alike.

The care home staff are exceptional and always have been. We sincerely appreciate all of their attention to details in providing for all the needs of our mother. Thank you all for everything you do each and every day. Have a wonderful summer, I hope some of it can be spent outside too.

The health and wellbeing of my brother has improved so much since he starting living at the home. Eating better etc. The staff always have time for him.

I came to visit my nanny after xmas & New Year and was very pleased to see how happy she was. She had had a wonderful time over the festive period with lots of visitors and gifts and good food a special xmas lunch. She was happy and looked lovely in clean clothes and she'd had her done. He room is
always spotlessly clean and tidy. The care team are incredible, nothing it too much trouble.

My friend is very happy to be here as she told the whole family how well she is looked after by the staff. The staff is friendly, and consider the residents' needs. They are professionals who care. The food choice is great. It is like being in a 4 stars hotel, with a smile.

The Glenvale Care Home is an excellent facility. I immediately felt that we had made the right decision. The staff work as a team. They work hard to ensure my relative is safe, clean, fed, entertained and happy. Above all my relative loves it here.

I visited my friend today, she was in her room and said she felt tired and cold.
The room was well decorated and clean, as was the bathroom.
The food looked well presented and fresh. Drinks readily available.
Staff very friendly and helpful, always welcoming.

Care is good as this is not an easy job. One thing I can't seem to get done is my husband's catheter. His night bag when taken off in the morning is not rinsed and left on the floor. His leg bag or any should only be on and changed after a week, it was not. Leg straps are 3, one at the top, next
under his knee the other holding the urine bag to his ankle. The straps are not in use. One day he only had a knee strap leaving the urine bag loose and no top strap and no disposable pants on.
