The home is located in a quiet residential area whilst being close to transport links and local amenities and attractions. Glenvale Park is proud to have achieved Veteran Friendly Framework accreditation.

Glenvale Park continues to welcome new residents for residential and residential dementia care. The dedicated care team gets to know each resident, working with them and their loved ones to create detailed care plans so that their needs are always met. Colleagues provide individual and compassionate care by getting to know each individual and building strong relationships with them and their loved ones.

Residents living with dementia receive quality dementia care, provided by colleagues who are fully trained, to ensure their approach is the best for residents living with dementia.

My dad has been at Glenvale Park now for 2 years and has had the best care & support from everyone there. Nothing is to much trouble & the dedication shown by all the staff is 2nd to none. I came to visit my nanny after xmas & New Year and was very pleased to see how happy she was. She had had a wonderful time over the festive period with lots of visitors and gifts and good food a special xmas lunch. She was happy and looked lovely in clean clothes and she'd had her done. He room is always
spotlessly clean and tidy. The care team are incredible, nothing it too much trouble.

I visited my friend today, she was in her room and said she felt tired and cold.
The room was well decorated and clean, as was the bathroom.
The food looked well presented and fresh. Drinks readily available.
Staff very friendly and helpful, always welcoming.

Care is good as this is not an easy job. One thing I can't seem to get done is my husband's catheter. His night bag when taken off in the morning is not rinsed and left on the floor. His leg bag or any should only be on and changed after a week, it was not. Leg straps are 3, one at the top, next under
his knee the other holding the urine bag to his ankle. The straps are not in use. One day he only had a knee strap leaving the urine bag loose and no top strap and no disposable pants on.

My friend moved here at the end of October, already we can see an improvement in her. She's eating better and seems so much happier. Beautiful room, modern and comfortable. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They treat her so well and interact and involve her. Sad that my friend needs to use a care
home but at least I know that here she is safe and cared for.

Our family have been so happy with the care and attention they provide for my grandma. I love the regular entertainment, hospitality and friendliness of the staff. The home is like home from home, comfortable, clean, spacious and with multiple places to sit and relax. They have a cinema room, library,
bar and a hairdressers. We love this home for our Nan and have complete peace of mind that she is being cared for in the best way. Thank you to all the staff.

Since my mother has been at this care home she has had the best treatment possible. I feel that she is in a safe place she is well looked after and her days are filled with different activities which really helps her. Her room she likes and feels like it's her home. Which is really pleasing because

We have been delighted with the care given to our mother. Not only have her physical needs been met, but they have looked after and massively met her emotional and well-being needs.
Glenvale Park is not a care home but a family.

We were impressed from our first visit at the home, its facilities and more importantly the staff. Every staff member we have met has been kind and positive, especially given my relative's complex issues. I feel welcomed and nothing is too much trouble. Monir issues with the room but we know the family
member is safe and well cared for which is so important to us.

Job Title: Home Manager Joined: 2023

My Name Is Carley and I am the new home manager at Glenvale Park Care Home in Wellingborough, I am delighted to have been offered the opportunity to manage such a wonderful home with such a dedicated team.
I have been working within the care industry for around 16 years and it feels like my passion for health and social care has been with me from a very young age.


Over the years I have taken on a variety of roles, eventually working my way up to home manager, a role that I have been in for the past 4 years here at Anchor.
I am extremely excited to be starting my journey at Glenvale Park, it is a home with a great reputation for outstanding care and compassion. I’m really looking forward to getting to know all of the wonderful residents and their families and working with this fabulous team.

I began my career as an office junior at the age of 15 and have worked as an administrator for nearly 30 years, have completed an NVQ full apprenticeship in business and administration.


My journey with Anchor began at Timken Grange where I held the position of business support manager, eventually transferring to head office as an accounts payable specialist.


When Glenvale Park opened in April 2022 I was delighted to be offered the position of front-of-house manager, where I have been involved with the commissioning of the new home and have enjoyed welcoming our new residents.


I have 2 children and 1 grandchild, I've been married for almost 27 years. I love eating out and going on holidays, and I love spending time with my 6 cats/kittens (2 adults + 1 mum and her 3 kittens).
