Glenvale Park is located in Wellingborough and provides friendly and comfortable residential and dementia care for up to 66 residents in single rooms, each with en suite wet room facilities. The home is located in a quiet residential area whilst being close to transport links and local amenities and attractions. Glenvale Park is proud to have achieved Veteran Friendly Framework accreditation.

Glenvale Park continues to welcome new residents for residential and residential dementia care. The dedicated care team gets to know each resident, working with them and their loved ones to create detailed care plans so that their needs are always met. Colleagues provide individual and compassionate care by getting to know each individual and building strong relationships with them and their loved ones.

Residents living with dementia receive quality dementia care, provided by colleagues who are fully trained, to ensure their approach is the best for residents living with dementia.

My mother is 96 years old and has dementia. She is very happy at Glenvale Park. The staff are very kind and caring. Also very supportive and helpful when she is upset or unhappy. Activities are fun and varied. Always a joy to visit her.

Really happy with the care given to my 94-year-old mum with Alzheimer's. The staff, bar none, give excellent care and nothing is too much. The activities provided are fantastic and geared to the resident's interests. The German Christmas market involved my mum as she's German and she had a great time
singing German songs. There is a lot of singing and dancing - such a happy place. Families and the wider community are also involved.

Since my partner arrived at Glenvale Park, I have not heard one bad word said about the care/service/staff or any other aspect of her stay at the home. My partner never stops praising the staff and their way of making sure she stays safe and happy. I try to come every day that someone from her family
cannot visit and I am treated with respect. My partner is slowly losing her memory but if she always remembers the wonderful way she is being treated, it will be another wonderful chapter of her fantastic life.

My first contact was with the home manager at Glenvale Park care home. He was very approachable and easy to talk to. I explained that my elderly mother needed care at a care home. The manager was very understanding, helpful and instrumental in enabling Mum and my family to make a decision.
Glenvale
Park definitely has the 'wow' factor. The care home is clean, fresh, bright and clutter free.
When my mum entered Glenvale Park, she was greeted with the red carpet treatment. The manager and some of the staff were there to greet her and she was presented with a bouquet of flowers. She was taken to her room and all the staff visited her. It made her feel special.
The room was like a 5-star hotel room - a bathroom with a walk-in shower, an electrically operated bed, cupboards and dressing table and not to forget the TV and the mini-fridge.
The care my mum is receiving is good and any needs or concerns are addressed swiftly. The food quality is good too with a choice of menu.
There is plenty going on at Glenvale - Hairdressing, chiropodist, shows, cinemas, activities, daily walks and many more.
The staff are always available when needed.

The care home is a modern, well-designed, purpose-built home. It is very well filled out, furnished and decorated to provide a comfortable, relaxing and practical environment for staff and residents alike. All the staff are friendly and caring towards the residents, treating them with kindness and respect,
and they respond well to each other, making a happy atmosphere to live and work in. The residents agree that the food and variety of the menu are very good and well-presented, encouraging their enjoyment. Judging from the cheerful greetings from residents and staff during my visits, the management has certainly found the right formula for successful caring at this care home. A pleasure to visit.

Mum moved to Glenvale in September and has settled very well. Mym is very active and likes to keep busy, so the variety of activities really suits her. The staff are caring and empathetic and are able to adapt to residents' individualities. The rooms and facilities are immaculate/five stars.

My mum is so happy at Glenvale Park. It is a big transition moving from your own independent living to a care home but we are so glad she is living in Glenvale Park and our mother is happier now than she has been for a long time. The activities are excellent, she no longer phones us with anxiety but
is happy and content. She loves her room and it is so nice the way the room can be personalised. The manager is excellent and their team there go above and beyond - genuinely caring for their elderly occupants. It's a lovely place to visit too.

My mum has lived at Glenvale Park since June and she is so much happier than she was. We were really impressed with the facilities, and as a brand new care home, the design is lovely and light. The rooms are beautiful and really cheerful. Mum takes part in all the activities and the day is certainly
filled for them. The staff and management are brilliant. Again from the first enquiry to moving in and now living there, all of the people are friendly and helpful and there is a great level of care for residents. I would highly recommend Glenvale Park, I know mum is safe and being well looked after.

Everything is lovely, my relative seems settled and the staff are wonderful. One complaint - she is unhappy about her underwear, it is all pink. She has always been particular about her underwear and it does bother her quite a bit.

Our mother was treated with the greatest care, dignity and kindness by all staff, from the manager and carers to the maintenance and catering staff, during her time at Glenvale park - a true team effort. She was one of the first residents and any teething troubles we had in this new facility were dealt
with promptly. At the end of her life, the care and support we were all given were exemplary - we cannot thank them enough.

Mum has been at Glenvale Park for two weeks now, she has improved immensely she is happier, calm not anxious and takes part in activities as staff go the extra mile to make sure they all take part. Plenty of dancing, singing, games, gardening and walks outside. The food is exceptional. Glenvale Park
home is bright and airy. The manager and his team are very welcoming and caring, show compassion and take their time with the residents. Mum cannot praise the staff enough, likewise. The best decision made as mum needs only the best care and surroundings, which then makes us happy to see her relaxed and happy. Thank you all at Glenvale Park.

My father has been at the home for a two-week respite stay. We have been so impressed with the whole experience. The quality of the building and his room, the facilities and activities have all been outstanding. He has dementia and a number of other conditions. The carers have been fantastic in looking
after him. He is content, relaxed and happy. We will definitely be here again when he next needs some respite care. Thank you.

We have had a very positive experience with settling Dad into Glendale Park. From the initial enquiry, the manager listened to Dad's requirements and all the staff have been so friendly and caring. The home is beautiful and clean with so many facilities and outstanding entertainment. It has given Dad
a new social life after living independently for the last four years.

My Name Is Carley and I am the new home manager at Glenvale Park Care Home in Wellingborough, I am delighted to have been offered the opportunity to manage such a wonderful home with such a dedicated team.
I have been working within the care industry for around 16 years and it feels like my passion for health and social care has been with me from a very young age.


Over the years I have taken on a variety of roles, eventually working my way up to home manager, a role that I have been in for the past 4 years here at Anchor.
I am extremely excited to be starting my journey at Glenvale Park, it is a home with a great reputation for outstanding care and compassion. I’m really looking forward to getting to know all of the wonderful residents and their families and working with this fabulous team.

When Glenvale Park opened in April 2022 I was delighted to be offered the position of front-of-house manager, where I have been involved with the commissioning of the new home and have enjoyed welcoming our new residents.


I have 2 children and 1 grandchild, I've been married for almost 27 years. I love eating out and going on holidays, and I love spending time with my 6 cats/kittens (2 adults + 1 mum and her 3 kittens).
