I enjoyed a week's respite at a lovely care home with staff who attended everybody's needs. The rooms were clean and well kept and the staff very friendly and helpful. It did not feel like a care home but a luxury hotel with modern furniture.

We moved Mum from another residential home and the transformation in mum was amazing. She became more sociable and was able to join in the many activities offered to her. Mums appetite improved with the beautiful food being offered to her. The staff are friendly and welcoming and always happy to discuss and elevate any concerns we have concerning mums move to her new home. I feel we made the right decision to move mum, just wish we had done it sooner.

Mum has settled very quickly and is very happy in her new home. The staff have been amazing! Nothing is too much trouble. They have looked after mum with dignity and love. The whole family feel very welcome too.

The whole team have been amazing with my mum. The care for her & my family has been excellent beyond expectation. The staff have been gentle, respectful & worked hard to make mum comfortable in her end of life journey. Thank you.

Goldsborough Manor is such a beautiful place. Everytime I have visited the rooms are full of smiles and laughter from both staff and residents alike. This almost certainly contributes to the happiness and wellbeing of my father-in-law and his new friends. The whole place is spotlessly clean, the food is first class and there is so much space for people to relax, take part in activities (even having a glass of wine and a newspaper in the gardens)! Thank you for taking so much care of my father-in-law!

Goldsborough Manor is a beautiful care home. All the staff are excellent in a friendly atmosphere. The food is excellent too. I can't find a bad word to say. My father is really settling in well now and all the residents are very happy here.

Fantastic home with a lovely atmosphere and great staff. Very welcoming. We have noticed a very positive difference in her demeanour since being at Goldsborough. She is happy and well cared for and treated with dignity & respect.

In the months mum has been here she's clearly been well looked after and her life has been greatly improved. Her relationship with the staff is a big part of this I believe. We all feel like a part of a new Goldsborough family. I can't recommend Goldsborough enough.

The care my mum has received at Goldsborough Manor has been excellent. She has been made very comfortable and most importantly feels safe. The staff are always very welcoming of family and visitors and go above and beyond to create a home from home. As a family we have also appreciated the support given in managing mum's health needs and flexibility of care whilst she awaits surgery.

I can't recommend highly enough the caring service Goldsborough provides. Every member of staff has worked so hard to help my dad settle and they always communicate clearly over every aspect of his care. As importantly, though they give my mum such friendly & wonderful support during such a difficult time.

This is a beautiful home, with all needs catered for. The decor is stunning in every part of the home. From the minute you walk in it feels like a 5* star hotel, with attentive, friendly and professional staff who take their job seriously. It is apparent just how much they care about the residents. This is without doubt the best home I have ever been in.

The staff have been welcoming and caring and have respected my wishes. The home is warm, welcoming and beautifully decorated. Meals are excellent, there is plenty of variation and I have enjoyed everything I have tried so far. I feel safe and secure here.

Well, what can I say but simply a stunning home that is also matched with such caring and attentive people looking after the residents. This is an exceptional care home at the top, you'll be amazed at just how excellent it is. Everyone's needs are catered for and as a friend of a resident, you leave with a warm glow knowing your loved ones are being so well cared for. You can see as soon as you walk in the high standards oozes out everywhere and you can see it's such a well-organised home with the residents at the centre of everything. I have to say well done Goldsborough Manor and all the colleagues for what you are doing, by far the best home I've ever seen. Thank you.

Goldsborough Manor has excellent, high-quality facilities, is beautifully furnished and the staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. They have all shown wonderful care and offered endless support not only to my husband but also to me and are always happy to advise, reassure and offer a warm welcome. The home is very well run, and the difficult transition into full-time care was made as easy as possible by both management and carers. I would highly recommend Goldsborough Manor to anyone in search of respite or full-time care.
