Goldsborough Manor is exceptional, it's like a 5* hotel. The whole place is immaculate. The staff go above and beyond for you. Nothing is too much trouble. They are not only there for my dad they are there for the family too. So very supportive. Lance, Leah, Lily, Helen, Ruth, Alisha, Suzie & Nadine
have been truly amazing. We couldn't have got through this without you all.

Absolutely fabulous home, from manager to staff in all areas are truly amazing. They also took care of our personal needs due to the loss of my mum at Christmas & dad needing emergency accommodation due to his health needs. They made this painful transition with dad, warmly, caring, personal in
every way. I'm truly grateful to Goldsborough Manor & this fantastic team, thanks to Lance (manager) staff, Leah, Lily, Ruth, Alisha, Susie, the chef, you are all amazing with my dad & both myself & my sister.

My mum is in the home and she is very happy.

My mother is at this home. After 2 years living with us she is very happy. The home is excellent but primarily the staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble.

My relative came in for restbite and she had the most wonderful time, staff, food, cleanliness are second to none. Annie will certainly return hopefully in the near future. I'm nearly 70 and I certainly would love to come to be treated like a queen. Lance the manager made us feel welcome from the
moment we came through the door as did all the staff. Thank you, sad to leave.

From the moment I made contact with Goldsborough to my friend moving in initially for respite then it developing to long term care the staff have been exceptional. I truly believe that my friend is in the receipt of the very best care from a fabulous team. Long may this continue.

My mum was looked after in Goldsborough Manor for the last 3 months of her life. All staff were absolutely lovely and nothing was ever too much for them. They took great care of her and her family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the care home to friends and family.

The home itself is beautiful - the staff are all very friendly & caring - taking time to get to know mum & ensure her needs are met. mum is very settled & we have noticed a positive change in her since attending Goldsborough Manor. She is enjoying the social interaction & is more physically active -
it is a huge relief to see her so comfortable & happy.

MIL been coming for respite and day care for last year. Staff very welcoming to her and us. Her needs were thoroughly discussed beforehand. She has since moved in for 24 hour care. Staff caring for the change in her needs. Since moving in she is much more settled and talkative.

My mum came to Goldsborough Manor initially for respite care. She settled so well and quickly that we decided to keep her there. All of the staff are wonderful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and whenever I visit I feel very welcome. Mum is happy and involved in activities, she was taken
to the local library because she loves to read. The surroundings and food are gorgeous.

After having Mum in a different nursing home, I found Goldsborough Manor was so much nicer and the whole experience for Mum good. Soon saw Mum was a lot happier and settled. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. All the staff are brilliant wtih Mum.

Must say the staff and carers have been brilliant, can't recommend the home enough. The gardens are lovely and everyone keeps you updated to what is going on with care with mum. After moving mum from another home I must give 10/10 for Goldsborough Manor.

Since Mum has arrived at Goldsborough Manor she has been much happier. First time we have seen her smile for a few months. Carers are kind, gentle and compassionate. It has been lovely to see Mum joining in some activities. The meals I have eaten with mum have been very tasty and presented to
restaurant standard. The accommodation is beautiful and everywhere is kept clean and well presented.

I visit regularly to your coffee mornings and have known two of the residents for many years. Your staff team are wonderful and treat everyone with so much respect. A wonderful place to visit.

We have been very impressed with the home in the month mum has been here. The staff are unfailingly kind and helpful, always treating mum with consideration and respect. We can pop in and see her anytime, sharing meals in the home cafe with her. The home is welcoming with interesting activities mum
is encouraged to join in.

Goldsborough is a loving warm, caring environment. I would move in myself. My mum is well taken care of which puts my mind at rest. She has been so happy here and has met friends which is brilliant for my mum's well being. All the staff are lovely and so caring. They treat my mum with dignity and
feel part of the family. The only thing I have noticed there is a plumbing issues in my mums bedroom. This however does not affect her care.

My mother and myself are friends with a resident in the home. We visit the home weekly and are always met with friendly, helpful staff, in a warm and welcoming environment.
