Dad has been a resident of Goldsborough Manor for a little over two weeks. He has settled in amazingly quickly which is due to the fabulous staff who make sure that his care needs are met so fully. A wonderful home with a real family feel. Thank you for embracing Dad so warmly, it gives us such peace of mind to know that he's being cared for so well.

This care home is excellent, mum has settled here very well. The home is absolutely beautiful in lovely surroundings. Mum is well cared for and appears happy, she is encouraged to participate in activities and go out to the gardens when weather permits, she loves the outdoors, and nature. All the staff are very helpful, and friendly and very caring. The home is very clean in fact spotless with lots of areas in which to integrate with other people. As a family we are very satisfied with the home.

Goldsborough Manor is a wonderful place. Our mum has settled in so well after an awful experience in a previous home. The staff treat her so lovely and the care they give her is fantastic. It is great to see mum smile again. The whole family are made to feel so welcome here.

Mum arrived 1 month ago having been in the care system for previous 6 months in another home. Since her arrival her care has been nothing short of outstanding. She has been treated with the standard of care you would want for any loved one. Mum had been slipping slowly away from us. Now she has put on much needed weight, started talking with us again and been able to join in on the superb interaction with residents and her carers. My sister and I cannot thank the care team enough for this huge improvement in her overall well being.

Dad moved in a month ago and already we are seeing a marked improvement in his health and wellbeing. Staff are absolutely fantastic. Always ready to talk and are very hospitable on our phone calls and visits. The home itself is stunning and we are always happy to be there. Dad's care, since he moved in, has been exemplary. From reception to managers, the staff have always tried to make dad, and us, feel we are part of the establishment. Thank you all so much.

My parents 1st viewed GM in Oct/Nov 2025 with a view to moving in from living at home with carers. Eventually they moved with only 3 days notice and GM couldn't be more accomodating. After 2 weeks respite they have decided to stay permanently, and as a family we couldn't be happier with the care and staff. I've never experienced a home like it - feels like luxury living with excellent care. My parents still feel independant whilst fully cared for. They feel safe and happy - what more could we ask. Thanks to the team at GM who couldn't do more.

Absolutely fabulous home, from manager to staff in all areas are truly amazing. They also took care of our personal needs due to the loss of my mum at Christmas & dad needing emergency accommodation due to his health needs. They made this painful transition with dad, warmly, caring, personal in every way. I'm truly grateful to Goldsborough Manor & this fantastic team, thanks to Lance (manager) staff, Leah, Lily, Ruth, Alisha, Susie, the chef, you are all amazing with my dad & both myself & my sister.
