On arriving at Haddenham park, you are immediately impressed by the environment- it's a stunning place. Then you meet the staff, welcoming, well presented and so helpful, the pride in what they do shines out of them. Then you meet the residents, different people with differing needs. My overall
impression is that they are heard as individuals; not just their physical needs are met, but emotional too. There are plenty of activities for them to participate in, I was particularly impressed by their activity coordinator.
I would highly recommend Haddenham Park to anyone.

My mother has extensive food allergies. The chef and sous chef came to meet my mother on day 1, and also myself. They listened and gave positive feedback as they confirmed suitable meals could be provided.
The menu has been adapted at every meal so that my mum eats the same as everyone else. They
even modify recipes, and the food is wonderful. Delicipus 3 course meals. The chef has checked many times that we are happy. He has taken time and is genuinely so kind, caring and friendly. This is service beyond, wonderful, just a massive thank you. Wonderful chef and team. :)

We are always looked after and made to feel like we are in a 5 star hotel.

We had a after Christmas lunch meal with my mother-in-law and the rest of the family, and it was so good, fantastic food, and the people was really friendly and helpful.

We had a fabulous family gathering for my mother-in-law. The buffet was fantastic.

What a fantastic afternoon with Mum (Freda) and all my family .WE had the use of the private dining room to ourselves and the area downstairs. Danny and his team provided an amazing buffet, and we were so well looked after by all the team, especially Sonia on recpetion. 10 adults and 5 children, and
we were looked after superbly.
Special thanks to Danny the chef for the amazing food he prepared.
A fantastic afternoon for us all, thank you.

I can't praise the home enough for the support for our family. Nanny Freda is so well cared for, we feel as though she's always the first priority.
The staff here have welcomed us with open arms. So, so friendly. We cannot fault the service of love we've received here. So at home.

A very good friend was recently placed into this new care home.
He was transferred to Haddenham Park from The Hospital.
He was visited whilst still in the hospital & examined & the Care Home agreed to accept him even though he was being discharged very early following an emergency admission.
He &
his family were made very welcome & every attention to his medical state was attended to in a very professional manner. I was very impressed with the nursing staff.
The family were also accorded every attention & care.
Our friend actually described Haddenham Park as a Hotel.
After care was also extremely good: the staff @ The Care Home following up & attending to every detail.
Everything is luxurious & very clean. The staff are welcoming & very well trained.
I am impressed with how hard the staff work to make anyone visiting or coming to stay here both welcomed & comfortable: this is a luxury Care Home that attends to every need.

During my first visit to see my friend, I thought the establishment was top of the range in many ways.

I and 2 other friends visited to join our friend who has recently become a resident. We were welcomed and offered drinks - we spent 2 hours playing cards and were provided with tea and snacks by the staff. Beautiful home with lots of amenities.

My husband's Respite stay in Haddenham Park was wonderful for both of us! I was able to both sleep and enjoy a holiday away from my responsibilities! Secure in the knowledge that my husband ,who is recovering from a stroke would be fully looked after!! This was certainly true, He had an amazing time
where he was treated like royalty, nothing was too much trouble whether this was his routine toilet needs, or being helped to make best choices about how to spend his day and negotiate an always tasty menu for the day!!
All of this culminated in a wonderful 80th Birthday Party which happened towards the end of his stay. This was an excellent and memorable event.To accommodate the particular needs of his friends and family, the celebration happened at the same time over 2 Days! Carers and Haddenham Park went the extra mile to provide a caring but spectacular Happy Birthday!! All his guests were very impressed to find him in a ' five star ' hotel or was it an Art gallery?!
