I have been incredibly impressed with Haddenham Park. They took wonderful care of a close friend at the end of his life. All the staff at Haddenham Park made me feel truly welcomed and taken care of, which meant I was able to focus on supporting his wife. Everyone was so kind, making time for chats, bringing food and drink or advising us all. The home is extremely clean, well looked after and welcoming making it a very pleasant place to spend time whatever the circumstances. The staff are all amazing.

A respite care stay for my husband unexpectedly became end of life care. This was obviously a difficult time for me and my family, but I cannot praise the way this was dealt with and care he received from Haddenham Park highly enough. All the staff, whatever their role, from management to nursing to housekeeping showed us all perfect loving care. Everything we needed was taken care of in a beautiful way. Even after this sad event Haddenham Park is still some where I am very happy to visit, and they always greet me with genuine warmth and coffee and cake!
Thank you so much for your touching words and for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly honoured that you chose Haddenham Park to care for your lovely husband, and we feel privileged to have been able to support you and your family during such a deeply emotional time. Your kind...

A lovely care home with attentive, friendly staff as well as delicious food and great facilities/activities.
Thank you so much for the wonderful feedback, its is very much appreciated. We love seeing you and your family here and I am pleased you feel welcome and enjoy the facilities. Warm regards
I cannot praise Haddenham Park highly enough for the care taken of my Dad and indeed our family more widely at a difficult time. He was looked after beautifully with every need attended to by carers and nurses and nothing at all was too much trouble either from management, care staff, reception or catering staff who were all genuinely caring people. Tea, toast, cake, hugs and advice were also in plentiful supply as needed! It's a lovely physical environment as well - spotless and very well appointed with all the facilities you can think of including a very pleasant garden.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It truly means a great deal to us. We're honoured to have cared for your dad and to have been able to support you and your family during such an important time. Your feedback will be shared with the whole team and we know it will mean so much to them. Your dad's memory will live on at Haddenham Park through his amazing artwork.
From kitchen staff to management, via reception and nursing staff, I am so thankful that my Dad got to spend the precious last days of his life under the care of this team. Being overseas when a loved one is dying is an extremely painful experience, but knowing now the level of love he and my family have been shown during this time goes a very long way to easing that pain. I will never forget the shining example you have all provided of what it means to go above and beyond in care and service, not just in an aged care context, but in ANY context. I am excited to sing your praises around the world.
Thank you so much for your beautiful words. It was our privilege to care for your dad and support your family during such a tender time. Your kindness means more than you know, and we're truly honoured.
Taking mum home today, and she is reluctant to go!
Thank you for sharing your lovely feedback. We're so pleased to hear that your mum felt treated with dignity and care, particularly as we know how important it is to get dietary needs just right. Our chef and team will be delighted to know their efforts made her stay comfortable and enjoyable,...
Nan came to Haddem Park Care Home for respite care following hospital discharge. The residence itself is stunning - bright, airy and modern. Staff are absolutely wonderful - highly attentive, friendly and caring. On arrival, Nan was underweight and in need of some TLC - she left with mobility, the same as before her hospital admission and had gained some valuable weight. Could not recommend more.
Thank you for your kind review and for sharing your Nan's experience with us. We're so pleased to hear that her respite stay supported her recovery following hospital discharge, and that she left feeling stronger and more like herself. Your lovely comments about our home and team mean a great deal,...
From the caring and supportive attitude of staff to the excellent standard of accommodation and catering. The only way to describe the experience is 'excellent'. The same can be said for the overall facilities and the total experience. I have no hesitation in recommending this facility and its level of service to anyone looking for the best!
Thank you so much for your wonderful feedback. Were delighted to hear that our team, accommodation, catering and facilities all contributed to such a positive experience. Your recommendation means a great deal to us, and were truly grateful you took the time to share it.
There was a photographer there taking a family photo which they plan to give a copy to our mother so that she and we can remember our special day.
Thank you for your lovely review. We're so pleased you enjoyed the Mother's Day celebration and were able to make such special memories together. We hope the family photograph becomes a keepsake your mother treasures.
I would highly recommend Haddenham Park to anyone.

He was transferred to Haddenham Park from The Hospital.
He was visited whilst still in the hospital & examined & the Care Home agreed to accept him even though he was being discharged very early following an emergency admission.
He & his family were made very welcome & every attention to his medical state was attended to in a very professional manner. I was very impressed with the nursing staff.
The family were also accorded every attention & care.
Our friend actually described Haddenham Park as a Hotel.
After care was also extremely good: the staff @ The Care Home following up & attending to every detail.
Everything is luxurious & very clean. The staff are welcoming & very well trained.
I am impressed with how hard the staff work to make anyone visiting or coming to stay here both welcomed & comfortable: this is a luxury Care Home that attends to every need.
Thank you so much for sharing this lovely review. We're very happy to hear your friend and their family felt so welcomed and cared for. It means a lot to know our team's hard work and attention to detail made such a positive impression. We'll be sure to share your kind words with everyone here they'll be very touched.
During my first visit to see my friend, I thought the establishment was top of the range in many ways.
Thank you for your kind words about our beautiful home. We really take pride in creating not only a 'top of the range' environment, but also a place where the residents can really feel at home. We look forward to welcoming you again on your next visit.
I and 2 other friends visited to join our friend who has recently become a resident. We were welcomed and offered drinks - we spent 2 hours playing cards and were provided with tea and snacks by the staff. Beautiful home with lots of amenities.
Thank you so much for your lovely review. We're delighted you enjoyed your visit and were able to spend such a lovely afternoon together. It's wonderful to hear your kind words about our team and the home - we look forward to welcoming you all again soon.

Meet the Team (4)

Hello, I’m Tania, the Home Manager here at Haddenham Park.
I’ve worked in health and social care for over 30 years, and it’s always been far more than just a job to me — it’s a calling. I began my career on the frontline, where I learnt the true value of kindness, dignity, and taking the time to understand each person as an individual. Those early experiences shaped the way I lead today, ensuring that every decision we make keeps our residents at the very heart of what we do.
Over the years, I’ve supported people living with complex needs, dementia, and mental health conditions, always with a focus on truly personalised, compassionate care. I’ve had the privilege of leading dedicated teams and working alongside incredible professionals who share the same commitment to excellence. One of my proudest achievements was leading a nursing home to achieve Outstanding CQC ratings across all five areas for six consecutive years — a reflection of teamwork, consistency, and care that always comes from the heart.
I believe that great care starts with genuine relationships — being approachable, present, and taking the time to listen. At Haddenham Park, I’m passionate about co-production, collaboration, and exploring new and innovative ways to help people live happier, more fulfilling lives. Whether through technology, creativity, or simple human connection, I’m always looking for opportunities to make every day meaningful for those we support.
This role is a privilege, and I’m so proud to lead a team that truly puts heart, dignity, and happiness into everything we do here at Haddenham Park.

Hi, I’m Ann-Marie, the Customer Relations Manager here at Haddenham Park!
With over 10 years of experience in customer relations, I’ve found my passion in supporting families during one of life’s biggest decisions. My role is all about blending empathy with clear communication, ensuring that every family feels informed, reassured, and truly cared for from the very first conversation.
I understand that choosing the right home can feel overwhelming, so I take pride in listening deeply, answering questions with honesty, and offering guidance tailored to each family’s unique situation. For me, it’s not just about providing information; it’s about creating trust and building meaningful relationships that last well beyond move-in day.
What I love most about this role is being the bridge that connects people – whether that’s welcoming new residents and their families, supporting them through the transition, or developing partnerships within our local community. From linking with local groups and volunteers to organising opportunities that enrich life here at Haddenham Park, I believe in making every connection count.
Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me at the coast – the seaside is my happy place! Whether it’s a quiet walk along the beach or a weekend exploring the shoreline, being near the water is where I feel most relaxed and recharged.
Every day at Haddenham Park reminds me why I do what I do: helping people feel at home, supported, and valued from the very beginning.

Rosetta brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as Clinical Manager of Haddenham Park. Her extensive nursing background ensures the safety of residents and peace of mind for families. Rosetta is passionate about creating a vibrant home where people love to live and work, supporting people to thrive in everyday life and truly enjoy each and every moment.

Hello, my name is Claudette, and I’m proud to be the Head Housekeeper here at Haddenham Park!
I’ve been dedicated to cleaning and housekeeping since I was just 14 years old, and it’s a career that has taken me through hotels, schools, colleges, and care homes – as well as time spent as a teaching assistant and even three years as an Army Reservist when I was 17. Along the way, I’ve gained NVQ qualifications in both Housekeeping and Beauty Therapy, and I’ve held Head Housekeeper roles for many years before joining Haddenham Park in July 2025.
For me, housekeeping is about so much more than cleaning. I love the sense of achievement that comes from creating a spotless, welcoming environment every single day – and in a care home setting, that’s especially meaningful. I get to meet incredible residents with equally incredible life stories, and ensuring their home is clean, comfortable, and dignified feels like such an important way to contribute to their well-being.
Outside of work, I’m a very active person! I love running, walking, camping, and spending time with my family – including my four children, two dogs, and a cat. Running has been a huge part of my life: I’ve completed a full marathon, 12 half marathons, countless 10ks, and I still enjoy a Saturday Park Run when I’m not working. Many of my runs have been in support of charities close to my heart, such as Help for Heroes, Cancer Research, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Brain Tumour Research, and Dementia Research – I’ve even done a tandem skydive to raise funds! Coming up, I’ll be running a half-marathon for Sobell House Hospice in October 2025, followed by another in March 2026 for Brain Tumour Research. One of my big dreams is to take on the Three Peaks Challenge one day.
Housekeeping may keep me fit, but more importantly, it allows me to give something back each day. At Haddenham Park, I’m committed to ensuring that every resident, family member, and visitor feels the warmth of a truly cared-for home the moment they step inside.
