Hi, I’m Ann-Marie, the Customer Relations Manager here at Haddenham Park!
With over 10 years of experience in customer relations, I’ve found my passion in supporting families during one of life’s biggest decisions. My role is all about blending empathy with clear communication, ensuring that every family feels informed, reassured, and truly cared for from the very first conversation.
I understand that choosing the right home can feel overwhelming, so I take pride in listening deeply, answering questions with honesty, and offering guidance tailored to each family’s unique situation. For me, it’s not just about providing information; it’s about creating trust and building meaningful relationships that last well beyond move-in day.
What I love most about this role is being the bridge that connects people – whether that’s welcoming new residents and their families, supporting them through the transition, or developing partnerships within our local community. From linking with local groups and volunteers to organising opportunities that enrich life here at Haddenham Park, I believe in making every connection count.
Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me at the coast – the seaside is my happy place! Whether it’s a quiet walk along the beach or a weekend exploring the shoreline, being near the water is where I feel most relaxed and recharged.
Every day at Haddenham Park reminds me why I do what I do: helping people feel at home, supported, and valued from the very beginning.
Hello, I’m Nic, the Activity Co-ordinator Lead here at our lovely Care Home, Haddenham Park!
Creativity and caring for others have always been at the heart of who I am. Originally from South Africa, I’ve brought with me a deep love for design, the arts, and connecting with people through meaningful experiences. I’ve always had a passion for creativity; whether it’s crafting, planning events, or growing something beautiful in the garden. I find true joy in making others smile and helping them feel seen, valued, and inspired.
My background is rooted in both artistic expression and community care, which gives me a unique perspective in this role. I love designing engaging activities that speak to each resident’s individual story, hobbies, and interests, while also encouraging social interaction, creativity, and wellbeing.
At Haddenham Park, I lead a variety of activities and themed events, both big and small, from personalised “Just for Me” moments to larger community days. Whether it’s a peaceful gardening session, a hands-on craft workshop, or a joyful singalong in the sunshine, my goal is to make every day meaningful for our residents. I also work closely with families, staff, and local groups to build strong, supportive connections that go beyond our care home walls.
This role is more than a job; it’s my calling, and I’m proud to be part of a team that puts heart, dignity, and happiness into everything we do.
Hello, my name is Claudette, and I’m proud to be the Head Housekeeper here at Haddenham Park!
I’ve been dedicated to cleaning and housekeeping since I was just 14 years old, and it’s a career that has taken me through hotels, schools, colleges, and care homes – as well as time spent as a teaching assistant and even three years as an Army Reservist when I was 17. Along the way, I’ve gained NVQ qualifications in both Housekeeping and Beauty Therapy, and I’ve held Head Housekeeper roles for many years before joining Haddenham Park in July 2025.
For me, housekeeping is about so much more than cleaning. I love the sense of achievement that comes from creating a spotless, welcoming environment every single day – and in a care home setting, that’s especially meaningful. I get to meet incredible residents with equally incredible life stories, and ensuring their home is clean, comfortable, and dignified feels like such an important way to contribute to their well-being.
Outside of work, I’m a very active person! I love running, walking, camping, and spending time with my family – including my four children, two dogs, and a cat. Running has been a huge part of my life: I’ve completed a full marathon, 12 half marathons, countless 10ks, and I still enjoy a Saturday Park Run when I’m not working. Many of my runs have been in support of charities close to my heart, such as Help for Heroes, Cancer Research, Make-A-Wish Foundation, Brain Tumour Research, and Dementia Research – I’ve even done a tandem skydive to raise funds! Coming up, I’ll be running a half-marathon for Sobell House Hospice in October 2025, followed by another in March 2026 for Brain Tumour Research. One of my big dreams is to take on the Three Peaks Challenge one day.
Housekeeping may keep me fit, but more importantly, it allows me to give something back each day. At Haddenham Park, I’m committed to ensuring that every resident, family member, and visitor feels the warmth of a truly cared-for home the moment they step inside.
