I have been incredibly impressed with Haddenham Park. They took wonderful care of a close friend at the end of his life. All the staff at Haddenham Park made me feel truly welcomed and taken care of, which meant I was able to focus on supporting his wife. Everyone was so kind, making time for chats,
bringing food and drink or advising us all. The home is extremely clean, well looked after and welcoming making it a very pleasant place to spend time whatever the circumstances. The staff are all amazing.

A respite care stay for my husband unexpectedly became end of life care. This was obviously a difficult time for me and my family, but I cannot praise the way this was dealt with and care he received from Haddenham Park highly enough. All the staff, whatever their role, from management to nursing to
housekeeping showed us all perfect loving care. Everything we needed was taken care of in a beautiful way. Even after this sad event Haddenham Park is still some where I am very happy to visit, and they always greet me with genuine warmth and coffee and cake!
Reply from Ann-Marie Baker, Customer Relationship Manager at Haddenham Park Care Home and ApartmentsThank you so much for your touching words and for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly honoured that you chose Haddenham Park to care for your lovely husband, and we feel privileged to have been able to support you and your family during such a deeply emotional time. Your kind recognition of our entire team means a great deal to us; every member of staff strives to provide compassionate, dignified care, and it is heartening to know this was felt so strongly by you. We are especially grateful that you continue to visit and remain part of our Haddenham Park family. You know you will always be welcomed with coffee, cake and a hug! With our heartfelt thanks and warmest wishes.

I've taken sometime to write this review following the recent death of my mother who had been resident at Cavendish Park for the last 11 months.
It is a huge decision placing a loved one into a Care Home. We definitely made the right decision placing Mum at Cavendish Park.
When she was admitted her
life expectancy was considered to be a matter of days or a maximum of a few weeks.
I am pleased to say that this was not to be the case. Thanks to the care she received there was a great improvement and within a month we had moved some of her own furniture into her room and she was being hoisted out of bed, eating in the dining room, and enjoying the various activities and entertainment that the home offers. We enjoyed time in the gardens and some family celebrations.
Every member of staff greets you with warmth and compassion and treat their residents with kindness and respect. I cannot praise them enough for all they do.
Thank you Team Cavendish Park.
Reply from Mel Hoskins, Registered Manager at Cavendish Park Care HomeThank you so much for your kind words. Mum was much loved by the whole team and it was a privilege to care for her.

Mum moved into Cavendish Park from hospital for end of life care last year June. We felt welcomed from the moment we walked into the home. The care mum received as a resident was exceptional and I have no doubt that the quality of care she received extended her life by several months. All the staff
who looked after her treated her with kindness and respect and it was comforting for us to know that she was being so well looked after. The staff also looked after and cared for us during some difficult times. It is a great comfort for us to know that she passed away peacefully in a loving and calm environment. We are so grateful for the love and support that mum received during the last year of her life, and for the kindness and support we have received whilst mum has been there. Cavendish Park really is a wonderful place.
Reply from Mel Hoskins, Registered Manager at Cavendish Park Care HomeThank you so much for your kind words. Mum was a very special lady and it was an honour to care for her.

Mum was admitted to Cavendish Park for "end of life" nursing care in June 2025. . Her bright room on the first floor was always comfortable and clean. The care she received was magnificent from her arrival and after a few days she was able to enjoy meals and company in the dining room! This
was just the beginning of the attention given to both her physical and mental well being. During her 11 month stay we enjoyed time in the gardens, as a family celebrated her 97th birthday, as well as Christmas, Mothers Day and Easter! Cavendish Park is very special. Everyone greets you with warmth. The nurses and clinical staff exude compassion. The carers take time to know the residents and always treat them well and with good humour. The housekeeping, laundry and catering teams do an amazing job . We always feel welcomed into the home at reception. I cannot praise or thank you enough for Mum's wonderful care . Everything has been faultless. Thank you all

I cannot praise Haddenham Park highly enough for the care taken of my Dad and indeed our family more widely at a difficult time. He was looked after beautifully with every need attended to by carers and nurses and nothing at all was too much trouble either from management, care staff, reception or catering
staff who were all genuinely caring people. Tea, toast, cake, hugs and advice were also in plentiful supply as needed! It's a lovely physical environment as well - spotless and very well appointed with all the facilities you can think of including a very pleasant garden.
Reply from Ann-Marie Baker, Customer Relationship Manager at Haddenham Park Care Home and ApartmentsThank you so much for your kind words. It truly means a great deal to us. We're honoured to have cared for your dad and to have been able to support you and your family during such an important time. Your feedback will be shared with the whole team and we know it will mean so much to them. Your dad's memory will live on at Haddenham Park through his amazing artwork.

From kitchen staff to management, via reception and nursing staff, I am so thankful that my Dad got to spend the precious last days of his life under the care of this team. Being overseas when a loved one is dying is an extremely painful experience, but knowing now the level of love he and my family
have been shown during this time goes a very long way to easing that pain. I will never forget the shining example you have all provided of what it means to go above and beyond in care and service, not just in an aged care context, but in ANY context. I am excited to sing your praises around the world.

Mum was reluctant to come, but she was treated with such dignity. Mum has various food intolerances, but the chef arranged the food for her early, and Mum did not have any reactions to the food.
Taking mum home today, and she is reluctant to go!
Reply from Ann-Marie Baker, Customer Relationship Manager at Haddenham Park Care Home and ApartmentsThank you for sharing your lovely feedback. We're so pleased to hear that your mum felt treated with dignity and care, particularly as we know how important it is to get dietary needs just right. Our chef and team will be delighted to know their efforts made her stay comfortable and enjoyable, especially knowing she was reluctant to leave! We wish you both all the very best and thank you for trusting us with her care.

Nan came to Haddem Park Care Home for respite care following hospital discharge. The residence itself is stunning - bright, airy and modern. Staff are absolutely wonderful - highly attentive, friendly and caring. On arrival, Nan was underweight and in need of some TLC - she left with mobility, the same
as before her hospital admission and had gained some valuable weight. Could not recommend more.
Reply from Ann-Marie Baker, Customer Relationship Manager at Haddenham Park Care Home and ApartmentsThank you for your kind review and for sharing your Nan's experience with us. We're so pleased to hear that her respite stay supported her recovery following hospital discharge, and that she left feeling stronger and more like herself. Your lovely comments about our home and team mean a great deal, as providing attentive, compassionate care is at the heart of what we do. Thank you again for your recommendation. We wish your Nan continued good health.

From the caring and supportive attitude of staff to the excellent standard of accommodation and catering. The only way to describe the experience is 'excellent'. We attended a wonderful Mother's Day celebration at Haddenham Park Care Home. We enjoyed a singer/music, flowers, afternoon tea and champagne. It was very special and we are very grateful this was organised so we could spend the day with our mother.
There was a photographer there taking a family photo
which they plan to give a copy to our mother so that she and we can remember our special day.

My mother Thelma lived in Cavendish Park Care Home from January 7th 2026. The home was warm and welcoming. The room was always kept clean and tidy. life. I would recommend this home to anyone.

On arriving at Haddenham park, you are immediately impressed by the environment- it's a stunning place. Then you meet the staff, welcoming, well presented and so helpful, the pride in what they do shines out of them. Then you meet the residents, different people with differing needs. My overall impression
is that they are heard as individuals; not just their physical needs are met, but emotional too. There are plenty of activities for them to participate in, I was particularly impressed by their activity coordinator.
I would highly recommend Haddenham Park to anyone.

Mum's lived on her own ,being very independent since her partner passed away some 10 years ago, she started to have some issues with mobility and falls and after a spell in hospital realised she couldn't manage at home.
Me and my sister started to look into the possibility of a care home , Cavendish
Park was recommended to us and after a phone call arrived there to have a look around.
I think that after the first 10 minutes of being there our minds were made up to try and let mum stay here.
Mel the manager was really clear and helpful about everything we needed to know ,there was a room available and she reserved this for mum for when she came out of hospital, a lovely lady visited mum in hospital for an assessment and mum arrived two days later to a really friendly, professional home. The facilities are wonderful, with very genuinely caring staff, family can visit at anytime and made most welcome. I would have absolutely no concerns about letting a loved one stay here.
The very best.

My grandma is currently on respite here.
Shes adjusting slowly (which of course will always be the case) but the facilities are truly outstanding. with rooms cleaned daily, modern amenities and daily laundry done also, its a comfort for not only her, but also ourselves.
members of staff seem very
friendly from the receptionist, to the carers and of course Rob the chef (always smiling, always checking in and always cooking great food, an absolute credit to the company and my grandma agrees also)

Mum has been a resident at Cavendish Park since Nov 2019. The care she has received since then has been exceptional. Mum absolutely loves the home and the friends she has made there. I am greeted like part of the family and I am so so happy that Cavendish Park opened near us, when it did. We are very
lucky.
The team are all fantastic and that's due to the amazing leadership of the home management- who are professional, accessible, friendly and consistent. Mum's room and the public areas are beautiful and well maintained. The housekeeping team are exceptional. I cannot remember a single time when there's been an issue with laundry. The team of nurses and carers, who look after Mum day to day, are wonderful and have always treated Mum with great kindness, dignity and respect- especially as her needs have changed. As for activities - well- there's always something different going on and the range is fantastic and high quality. We could not wish for a better, happier home.
Reply from Mel Hoskins, Registered Manager at Cavendish Park Care HomeThank you so much for a wonderful review, we adore Mum, and of course love to see you too.

My aunt has been at Cavendish Park for several years now during which time she has been cared for with sensitivity, kindness,
good humour and re-assurance. High standards are always maintained at CP - whether in cleanliness, a warm welcome, access to activities, humour and calm re-assurance/flexibility
in meeting residents needs. Everybody in the staff team is approachable and nothing is too much trouble for them. Staff members are all proactive in making sure residents needs are met.
