I cannot thank and rate highly enough the care that my mother received in the last year of her life. The hoist facilities were the first transformation enabling her to get from bed to chair in minutes, alleviating the manipulation for the staff and allowing a smooth transition. But by far the most
outstanding experience was the nature of the care; respectful, dignified and loving. A true family ambience - which is apparent in all the staff. Thank you to you all.

Staff are always friendly and helpful to my mother, and ourselves when we come and see her. They keep us up to date with her health and any concerns. My mother enjoys especially the musical events in the lounge, which we go and watch too. Really happy we found Wessex Care for my mother.

Kimberley West looks after my mum in the best way possible. The staff are caring, kind and experienced in the field of dementia and they care for mum accordingly ensuring she remains safe and happy .
We all know how awful dementia is but the staff remain smiling despite the desperately hard work
that they do to care for residents.

Athough my mother-in-law was in for a short period of time, the care, kindness, patience and compassion was excellent. From the moment I was initially shown around it was obvious the clients are well cared for. The place has a homely, informal, welcoming atmosphere but most of all, and more
importantly, my mother-in-law felt safe and comfortable there which put all the family members' minds at rest.

Wonderful staff always looked after my friend well lovely clean home. Went down when they had barbeque, looked after us as well as patients all had wonderful time. As for the staff I couldn't ask for better so loving and kind.

I was my uncle's closest living relative and I was so happy to find such a wonderful care home. The staff were warm, friendly and attentive to my uncle. The standard of medical care was excellent. The home was always immaculate and the food was wonderful. They were fantastic at communicating
information and could not have been more helpful to me after my uncle died. I could not recommend the facility more highly.

Kimberly and all the staff were amazing at looking after my mother for two weeks of respite care. They were kind and patient, and we are grateful. We would definitely recommend Kimberley West and their care.

The staff here have always been friendly, caring and happy! The care my mum has received has been outstanding and all requests/communications have been acted upon speedily.
I especially want to thank you in how you handled the news and follow-up when Mum died last week. You were sensitive and kind
and I really felt like not only mum, but myself, was well looked after by you all.
I would highly recommend this nursing home and feel lucky that my mum got to spend her final months in your care.

Staff have been really amazing. Mum has been well looked after. We had a lovely tea party for Mum's 93rd birthday and they did all the food for us. She loved having the family there.

Kimberley West is a fabulous home. Mum is very settled there and all the staff are amazing and go above and beyond in the care they provide. Without a doubt, I know my mum is very well cared for and in safe hands there.

Our Mother moved into Kimberly West in June 2024 and stayed there until she passed away in October. The care she received during the time she was there was very kind and caring. She was treated with the utmost dignity in her last days. The staff were also very kind to us as well.

I have no complaints at all and the care of our mother is excellent. Nursing staff considerate and very kind. Would recommend to anyone who are looking for a nursing home of an exceptional standard. They liaise with us on care and notify us of any concerns.

I have been very pleased with the level of care that all staff are providing my mother. It is fully appreciated that, due to my mother's condition after two strokes, her state fluctuates daily. However, the nursing staff are fully able to cope with this and their understanding is excellent. The
senior nursing staff are always available to discuss any issues on a private level with the family.

Very clean and good service, staff all have brilliant altitude and take time and care over the residents. The menu is excellent and they always deliver tea and cake in the afternoon, I have no complaints.

My mother moved to Kimberley West in Summer 2023 and has, and still is enjoying her time there. All the staff are friendly and helpful and although my mother prefers to stay in her room the staff pop in on her, or occassionally can coax her out for one of the many events on in the lounge. She was
wheelchair-bound when she came and the home has an abundance of winches to move the residents around. My mother enjoys the food and it does look appetising. There are the occasional meetings between staff and the relations of the residents so any questions can be raised.

My mother moved to Kimberly West after having personal live-in care following a major stroke. Everyone at Kimberly West was prepared for her arrival, very welcoming and have been very responsive in adjusting to meet her needs. I have great confidence that she is in very caring and safe hands. Thank

Great place for my dad, he is happy, well fed and kept clean.
All the staff are very friendly.
He had his own room that is always tidy.
The residents all get together in the lounge on a daily basis.
They have workshops and visitors to the home to entertain the people.

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the Wessex Care staff who looked after my sister, first at Little Manor, then at Kimberly East and finally at Kimberly West. All staff were exceptionally caring and friendly and several who cared for her for a period of over six years became almost part
of the family. The staff ensured she was kept as comfortable as possible, especially towards the end of her life and I was always kept well informed as to her state of health.
My sister did not particularly like the food at Kimberly West. Although alternatives to Appetito were always on offer, for some reason, and in spite of our encouragement, she did not often ask for them!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to all the people that looked after my mum for the four years that she was in your care. I have never met such amazing staff that not only cared for her, but made sure that we were ok, also. Everyone was so friendly and polite and Mum was in the best of care
until sadly she passed away on the 29th December 2022. I can't thank you all enough, you all work very hard for which I applaud you all. Thank you.
