My husband has been in this care home since Feb 2025 and so far it has been an excellent experience. The care given is first-class and they provide activities most days. The coffee mornings are very good and well attended.
The staff are friendly, great fun, and very kind to my mum. I am very confident my mother is being well looked after.
I cannot thank the staff enough for their care. Mum is not very talkative and someone always includes her in conversation. Always well turned out, Mum has a comfortable friendship with staff and residents.

I have found this home exceptionally clean and well maintained communication with relatives is excellent and the care staff are wonderful. Such interactions with the patients which is excellent for patients mental health and wellbeing. All staff I have been in contact with have always been helpful which is a good reassurance as this was a hard decision.

Aunty has been at Kingfisher Court over three years now and she has been cared for exceptionally well overall. The staff team show loving care, passion, dignity to all and professionalism. Aunty has settled into the home community very well and made some very good friends along the way. Thank you to all for your dedication and commitment to achieving such high standards of care.
Generally, no problems in fact, most things are very good. Just a couple of concerns, i.e. quite a few items have gone 'missing' from rooms and some have never been found. The other thing relates to the number of trips out that the residents used to go on seems to have almost come to an end. Are there trips - especially to church sing-along and the 'Hub' going to continue? Finally, the resident's toilet on Birch has been out of action for weeks. Is it ever going to be repaired.
The care my mum received during her time at Kingfisher Court was excellent. The staff were kind, patient and treated her with dignity and respect. It was the best we could have hoped for. Staff were also thoughtful and kind to us as family members and helped answer any questions we had about mum's care. It gave us great comfort to know she was safe and being looked after so well.
What a wonderful home to come to stay. Nothing is too much trouble for residents/guests visiting. Beautiful rooms, very clean and staff are very helpful too. The food is very good. Snacks are available and drinks between meals. My friend has come in for respite care, she's already thinking ahead for her next visit! Thank you for all your help.

Great staff, always go that extra mile. Always clean and tidied. The activities coordinator keeps him busy doing all sorts of activities. There is a lot of trust, they always make him happy.
A very pleasant experience in a modern well-appointed well-equipped building, very comfortable rooms with private facilities including one's own shower. Each room is also equipped with a fridge. I found all the staff extremely helpful and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. A varied programme of activities provided regularly. Varied good quality food. Invaluable service provided for transport to hospital for appointments.
Having stayed here for 5 weeks I have given the care home 10 out of 10 because it is such a caring home. Everyone is so kind and friendly, the staff are excellent they 'pamper to our whims'. The food is exceptional and they are so good in all ways, helping, calming if upset and would go to the end of the world if necessary.
