Having recently moved mum into Lake View Lodge, I can say it was the best move. Her previous care home had gone downhill rapidly. Lake View is very much like a first class hotel and in no way looks like a care home. I have found everyone so welcoming and the care given to mum is exemplary. The
oyster care home group certainly have the correct ethos. Everything is included, there are no hidden extras, no restricted meatimes. Relatives can visit anytime. Brilliant place. Thank you.

My Mother has been in this home for 4 months. The facilities are excellent. The staff very caring. The food is superb. A good range of activities arranged for residents. What more could one ask for. Can't recommend it more highly.

My dear wife has been at Lakeview Lodge for the last 6 weeks and the care for her has been outstanding. From the moment she arrived the management and staff have treated the family with kindness, respect and dignity. My wife has received such genuine compassion and I could not have wanted more for
her. Everyone of the staff have gone above and beyond for her comfort, dignity and happiness. Thank you all so very much.

Welcoming helpful friendly staff, clean and smelt nice in every part of the building I went in, resident I visited is so happy and comfortable she said she was worried she would miss her home but loves it here and feels very safe and wants for nothing.

My mother has been in Lake View Lodge for almost a week now. I have been so happy with how quickly she has settled and made to feel included into her new home. Having looked at a few care homes in the area, Lake View Lodge stood head and shoulders above all others. It has such a modern, fresh and
comfortable feel, as well as having every amenity Mum could wish for. The staff have been absolutely wonderful, and welcome family and friends to visit whenever they want.
The meals are cooked by a chef, and are delicious. I can say that because I had lunch with Mum on Fish & Chip Friday, which is another lovely touch.
Mum's room is spacious, has an en-suite and has a wonderful view over the lake.
I cannot recommend Lake View enough!

I visited my mum today, was treated to freshly cooked scones cream & jam whist visiting. The carers were so kind, couldn't do enough for me and mum. Since living there, mum is looking so much healthier and happier. We were once worried about her weight having lost so much but the chef and staff has
turned this around in no time.. so very pleased, thank you

Lake View Lodge is a beautiful residential care home with exceptional facilities, incredibly comfortable for residents. Mum has had a very comfortable stay for respite, food has been excellent with home comfort. Staff have been caring and kind towards mum and we as her family. Thank you all for
making Mum stay such a positive experience.

We were very anxious about Mum starting at the home and leaving her home but the staff have been wonderful and have relieved a huge amount of anxiety which rested upon us.
Mum already seems happy and relaxed in her newfound VIP status!
Now back to the cake and coffee..

from the moment Mum moved into Lake View Lodge, She was treated with kindness and compassion. The staff and facilities are fantastic and the difference in Mum has been amazing. In just a week, she has become more alert, eating wonderfully prepared food and joining in with organised activities. I
cannot thank all the staff enough for the personalised care Mum is receiving and the friendly welcome they have given to myself and Mum's family.

Lakeview Lodge is a wonderful place. The staff are fantastic. They have been wonderful to my mom and have made her feel so welcome and special. All my worries have been completely taken away by the amazing care from the lovely carers who are so kind and patient with my mum.

When visiting my Grandma, the staff have always been friendly and accommodating (and constantly feeding me cake). The facilities are absolutely fantastic and highly overachieve in comparison to other homes I've visited! The care customers receive is amazing and my Grandma has been happy whenever
I've visited. The rooms are equal to a 5 star hotel stay. I would highly recommend their services to any and all who need it.

I find my room to be very comfortable and adequate for my needs. I would recommend Oyster Homes to any enquirer.

Came into this wonderful care home after a knee operation. The care and kindness shown to me was unbelievable which has helped with my recovery. Thank you Oyster Care Home what would I have done without you.
