Mum has settled into Lavender Villa really well. The staff are attentive and made her feel very welcome. They have looked after Mum really well and nothing is too much trouble.
As a family, we all feel relieved as we know that Mum is in a place of safety and is happy.

I come to see my daughter every 2 weeks with my sister. Every time we come we are met with outstanding staff. The staff are lovely! Always so helpful, friendly and always smiling! The Villa is always spotless and they arrange lots of activities/visits.

My nan is in Lavender Villa. I don't get to visit too often due to living far away.
Whenever I do, staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, always offer a drink and cake. They always have a smile.
The building is always spotless and staff are always available to help with anything.

It is always a pleasure to visit Lavender Villa - the staff are amazing! They are always polite and obviously care a lot for the job they do.

Lavender Villa is a warm, friendly, and caring care home. Staff are so welcoming, helpful and professional. They are brilliant! It really feels like 'home from home'. We know that mum is kept safe and well. She is always looked after and taken care of. Thank you so much!

We are so pleased to say that my wife is doing so well here at Lavender Villa. The staff are so helpful and caring and go above and beyond.

My wife suffers from psychosis, hearing tormenting voices. At Lavender Villa, the staff are caring, warm and kind. At a previous home, my wife was saying no to meal choices and food was left to go cold. She lost so much weight she ended up in hospital. At Lavender, she is offered alternative snacks
if says no to meals. At Lavender Villa, she feels safe and it is a lot better visiting her.

I can not thank the staff in Lavender Villa enough for all the staff, for all their hard work during the covid crisis. To all staff who slept here, I hope management will reward staff for their efforts.
