I was so impressed and moved by the standard of love and care shown , that I wrote a poem and it says it all. Loveday, the place to stay, Way way above the everyday. Healing limbs and broken parts, All gently soothed along the path of life's recovery. Each and every entity, skilled
in their capacity, There to help assist and guide along the path so broad and wide The road back to reality. Love and care is everywhere, Warmth and comfort all to share. Lots of fun and pleasure too, Entertainment, lots to do, All along the path of life's recovery. Th Gym or swim to keep you trim. And ease the pain away. A hand to hold , a tale retold, No gush, no rush to help along the path of life's recovery. To wine and dine, with food refined, Adorned with floral skill.
Surrounded by the sculptured grounds and rosemary and dill. And evermore, just at the core, the care and
love along the path of life's recovery.

Five weeks in, and my dad is a changed man. From the moment he moved into Loveday it was clear we had made the right call, he's happier, healthier, and looking forward to every day. Loveday doesn't just feel like a care home, it feels like a home. Beautiful rooms and interiors, exquisite grounds,
and an atmosphere that's always warm rather than institutional. Dad can't stop talking about the food, he is genuinely excited about the regular concerts and keep-fit sessions - he has got a life again. What sets Loveday apart is the quality of care. The nursing and care staff are exceptional; attentive, compassionate, and brilliant at reading what Dad needs, even on the harder days. Nothing is generic. Everything is tailored to him as an individual, I can't recommend Loveday enough. The regular email and phone updates mean I always know how he is doing. That piece of mind is genuinely priceless and visiting him is always a pleasure.

We used Loveday Kensington for our dad for care, and it has worked out great. This month we moved dad to Loveday Esher the staff were great and the move was very smooth his care needs were well understood. He is a very happy there enjoying the lovely grounds.
The place is great, top quality, well
designed with plenty of communual spaces, dining rooms, large outside terraces, bar area. The food and dinning service is more like a restaurant with attentive waiters.
Dad looks well as his care and medical needs are dealt with. Thanks to Janice and the staff for arranging the move at short notice and keeping the family up to date on our Dad.

For a start I am not both - as per your address. I am Jimmy - just a normal chap.
The staff are excellent and extremely courteous. The activities are varied and help to bond with the other residents.
There is nothing bad to say about the Esher location and I am convinced they will continue to
prosper.

Thank you to the team who took care of my father during his stay, they were very attentive to his needs, made him feel comfortable and part of the group. His mental and physical health improved whilst he was there which is a sign of the supportive care he received, the activities organised and the
positive environment in the home. The staff are responsive and helpful. The property is light, clean and warm. My father appreciated the tasty, varied and healthy food. he also enjoyed the interesting and varied activities.

I am more independent than most members staying. My stay has only been respite for 15 days. Staff are exceptionally calm, caring and patient. Very obliging. Food has been excellent.

I stayed at the Loveday Esher 1150 Club for 5 days following my total knee replacement at RNOH. The accommodation was excellent in beautiful grounds. The nurses and staff were attentive, friendly and professional - always going out of their way to help. The physiotherapy was very helpful and the
equipment of the first order, including a hydrotherapy treadmill. Oh - and the food was excellent - either in your room or the restaurant. I would strongly recommend the 1150 Club for post-operative support

I cannot emphasize enough that without the exceptional care and close attention to medical detail I received, my recovery would have been significantly longer and potentially complicated unnecessarily.
Medication management, daily injections to prevent blood clots, and careful monitoring of vital
signs to assess changes in health status and detect potential medical issues were all handled seamlessly. This gave me complete confidence that I was receiving the highest standard of care.
My post-surgery recovery from major surgery was not straightforward. Without medical knowledge, it would have been very difficult, if not impossible to return directly home from hospital and manage catheter care, fluid intake, and overall recovery with no prior experience. The professional nursing staff were instrumental in identifying an early infection, which was successfully treated within 24 hours. Without their expertise, I would almost certainly have needed to attend A&E at the Royal Surrey.

From day 1, the crew at Loveday Esher have been the most caring, accommodating and simply delightful bunch - never without a smile. Our Dad, who suffers from dementia, who has had somewhat disorientating and mildly distressing experiences in the past, was able to settle quickly into the beautiful
surrounds and fantastically varied classes and activities on offer, all largely thanks to the amazing staff who really do make Loveday a very special place - one my brothers and I look forward to visiting as often as we're able. I couldn't recommend Loveday Esher more highly to anyone looking for a great set up, managed by a loving, highly experienced and caring crew.

When unfortunately we had a look for a rehab/care-home for my 90-year-old mother following her heart procedures, I can only say how lucky to find Loveday Esher! The home itself is so very impressive, and you can see that no expense has bean spared in creating a top-level environment for the
residents, from the standard of the catering, the grounds, cleanliness of the home, everything is top draw!! Add to that an impressive list of varied activities and entertainment, which change weekly, and we really found a gem of a place for my mum!!!!
However, I have yet to mention the best asset of the home, above everything else the most impressive thing about Loveday Esher, without any doubt is the quality of the staff!!!! Every single one there has one goal, to give the residents the best care they possible can! A ridiculous elevated level of professionalism runs through every single employee there. A special mention about the carers, they go far and above to make my mother happy, THANK YOU!!!

We feel very lucky to have found Loveday for our mum and would 100% recommend it to anyone

I found Love Day locally (driving past one day) and explored its wonderful decor before it opened and then checked my 83 yr old Dad in for a few weeks of short term respite care whilst I was myself overseas on holidays with my own family.
I could not have been happier with the service he enjoyed,
and everyone who visited him whilst he was there and I was away said how happy, young and energised he seemed to be from his change of scene.
Food sounds to have been fantastic and the care and attention of the staff surpassed my expectations - they even accompanied him to his GP for a routine appointment.
Dad made friends while he stayed at Love Day and even (to my great surprise) attended (and lived) Pilates classes and even a Ti Stan sound bath which he found a novel experience and very relaxing.
The tensely has been furnished in impeccable, luxury taste and looks more like a 6 star hotel than a care home. Lovely gardens too, and even a children's play area for my 4 year old niece.
