With a long-standing background in luxury care and senior living, Jonathon brings deep experience and fresh thinking to his role as General Manager at Loveday Esher. He’s played a key role in shaping new approaches to high-end care, always with a focus on quality and person-centred care.

Jonathon has successfully commissioned and managed several premium retirement villages and care homes, including launching London’s first luxury retirement village, a milestone that reflects his ability to raise the bar in senior living.

He’s also passionate about hospitality, often taking inspiration from the world’s leading hotels and service experiences, which he seeks out during his travels. Originally from New Zealand, Jonathon enjoys heading home whenever he can to fish, enjoy great food, and spend time in nature.

His focus at Loveday is to ensure Members feel genuinely valued and cared for, delivering exceptional service and clinical care in a setting that truly feels like home

I am honoured to be part of the Loveday family, bringing with me a wealth of experience in customer-focused environments, including the past seven years in senior lifestyle.

My role is consultative- I am here to support and guide potential Members and their loved ones as they make one of the most significant decisions of their lives. Alongside building relationships within the community and actively participating in local charity events, I am also a Dementia Ambassador for the Alzheimer’s Society, advocating for greater awareness and support for those living with dementia.

As Relationship Partner at Loveday Esher, I am committed to nurturing an environment where every Member feels truly at home. I believe in the power of genuine communication; listening attentively to understand individual needs and responding with empathy and precision. My role is centred on building lasting, meaningful relationships founded on trust and respect. Every day, I strive to ensure our exceptional services reflect our commitment to excellence, creating a warm and welcoming environment for our esteemed Members and their loved ones to enjoy.
