Absolutely beautiful and Outstanding care home, staff, management are very professional and friendly . The care my 2 sisters in law receives is first class and I am so happy the way they looked after them do well, treated with dignity at all times, and always made to feel welcome when Imy husband and son visited them, Always clean and so well cared for. Marina View in my opinion is outstanding. I will use aging and recommend to friends and family, thank you very much for looking after my sister in laws.

We were invited to join in on a night of entertainment. It was a fantastic night, the staff and management went out of their way to make it a lovely event. The residents all looked so happy and joined in, some even dancing. Thank you for a great night.

What a place ,exceeded my expectations in every way . Happy staff which means a happy stay,The reception area is immaculate,so happy to welcome family compared to where i was,i eel like i am on holday in a5star hotel apart from the weather.The rooms are fantastic mine overlooking the River, ensuite bathroom/showeroom, tastefully decorated. The manager & nurses are very professional & courteous. Its a definite10 fro me

I am very pleased by the welcoming and professional ethos evident at Marina View. To choose a facility for a parent is always difficult however having met the manager and her positive approach to care and rehabilitation I felt we had made the right choice. There is a clear and coherent management structure and any needs are discussed daily at handover meetings by the Facility Leads. I am happy that a structure can be put in place to promote enablement quickly and efficiently. And yes the rooms are very nice, our end user assured me the food is lovely, the care respects dignity, and elderly spouses are treated with respect. So far I have seen a massive improvement in Dad's health following a catastrophic loss of weight bearing ability.

I have just been to an event at Marina View. What a wonderful care provider. There was so much effort from the staff to ensure a fabulous time was had by all. The buffet was delicious. What was evident was how much the staff care for the residents. They were attentive and loving. The manager was very hands-on, the staff all seemed to be great friends. They have good working conditions which was evident as they keep their staff. What an outstanding place.

An excellent entertainment event on the 27th. A Tina Turner tribute act with lovely buffet. All residents who attended appeared to enjoy + benefit from the event. Also people who come to enjoy with their loved ones really got involved and loved it. Congratulations to the team for a very enjoyable experience.

Your kindness, compassion & professionalism means the world of difference to my mum and our family. It's truly reassuring to know that our loved one is in such capable and caring hands. Oh, and the fact that it looks and smells like a 5 star hotel is the cherry on the cake. Thank you for all that you all do x

I would just like to say how thrilled we are my brother has moved to this care home just recently. It's clean, the staff i've met so far have been lovely - friendly and welcoming and the communal areas we have visited are spotless with great visitor facilities - my brother couldn't ask for more. We had booked a private celebration for my dad's 75th birthday which meant my brother could attend which was great as all the family managed to attend and was great to have him there as usually he misses out on celebrations because of logistics etc. Thanks to management and all the staff at Marina View for making Mark and us as visitor feel so welcoming.

My friend has been in the home for four months. She was very poorly and thin when she went in. She is now almost back to normal weight and apart from the dementia symptoms, back to her old self. The carers are excellent I cannot fault them. I come 3 times a week and watch their loving caring ways. God bless them all.

Fabulous care home. The facility is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The manager is efficient and professional and the staff are fantastic with the service users. They treat them like family. There is a wonderful activity coordinator, who works hard to ensure there is always plenty going on. The regularly have events that family and friends can attend. The recent Tina Turner evening was a huge success with a professional singer and delicious buffet, enjoyed by all. You can tell this is a very well run establishment. Good practice starts with the manager and runs throughout the facility.

FANTASTIC!! Could not ask for better service. My Mum has been here 1 week and already as a family we feel ten times better knowing mum has got the best care from the best carers Mum Suffers with Dementia and is finding it hard to communicate, but the staff just chat away getting down to her level always explaining What they are doing. Brilliant activities going on and we can join in too!! Already mum has had a visit to the salon and will be going back!

We were invited as a family to take part in celebrations for Chinese New Year. The coffee lounge was nicely decorated in keeping with the theme and added to the event. The staff were very welcoming and we all enjoyed the food and entertainment. It was so special to see mum and dad (residents) joining in with the singing and dancing in such a supportive environment. Congratulations to the staff who worked hard and gave their time to make the evening a success.

This care home is so good, very modern and clean and fresh and the staff are amazing and so friendly and very professional taking care of patients to a very high standard. The care home regularly puts on events such as singers etc and invites family and friends to come join in the activities, 5 star right across the board.

I really Couldn't want for a cleaner, nicer, more comfortable care home. Such good staff, very welcoming caring and helpful. You don't get many better places than this to retire. The food is excellent, some of the meals served wouldn't be out of place in a 4 or 5 star restaurant.

The staff and management have been amazing in helping my father and myself with the transition. The care given has been excellent thus far and the chef and his team serve nothing short of an al-a carte menu. The activities co-ordinator ensures that the residents are kept stimulated which is a big plus for someone like my father.

A close friend of mine was nursed at Marina View. All the staff went above and beyond to make sure that my friend's needs were catered for. Every member of staff I met during visiting was compassionate and caring and nothing was too much trouble. The home is stunning with many homely touches and excellent facilities. There are many varied activities organised by the activities coordinator to suit all tastes. My friend really enjoyed the food and the fresh muffins and cakes provided in the reception cafe bar area overlooking the Marina were lovely. I would highly recommend Marina View.

An absolutely beautiful facility and so pleased that my mother is so happy here. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and the carers are so friendly and helpful. My mother is especially happy with the quality of the food served to her. Her room is spacious and bright with views to keep her interested and alert. When I last visited, they were holding a Christmas Fair that featured items made by the residents in their craft classes. This facility has so much to offer.

Outstanding care home, staff, management are exceptional in all their duties. Nothing is too much trouble. The care my husband receives is first class and I am so happy to see him looked after so well, treated with dignity at all times, and always made to feel welcome when I visit. Always clean and so well cared for. Marina View in my opinion is outstanding.

After several weeks in the hospital, my 92-year-old mother recently moved into Marina View where the management and staff were very welcoming, caring and attentive. The facilities at the home are excellent and the rooms are large and well-appointed.

Marina View has the immediate wow factor and an environment to make people happy. The location of the building provides a lovely outlook, with all communal rooms looking out over the Marina. Gardens, furnished with quality furniture also overlook the Marina. The inside resembles a quality hotel, that is spacious and wide open, with many facilities ensuring visitors have many different choices of space for their visits. Everything is immaculately clean. We have taken the opportunity to furnish our space with familiar furnishings from our relatives home. Managers, nurses and carers all take the time to know about their residents and relatives. It was clear from the outset they knew our relatives settling and integration would come with its challenges. The team being managed by a Psychiatric Nurse have achieved where other Homes have failed. The whole package provided at Marina View is first class and it is reassuring when you find 'the right place' for your relative.
