This modern 69-bedroom home is arranged in a small household design and each household includes its own kitchen, lounge, and dining area. Alongside the home, 16 independent living apartments offer hotel-inspired comfort with access to amenities and support when needed.

Standard fees at Langham Manor cover a wide range of high-quality services designed to support residents’ comfort, wellbeing, and daily living. This includes all meals and refreshments, housekeeping, laundry, personal care, and access to a full programme of activities and events. Residents also enjoy full use of all communal lounges, dining areas, landscaped gardens, and on-site amenities.


In addition to the standard offering, there are optional extras available to enhance the resident experience. These may include services such as hairdressing, chiropody, newspapers, or certain one-to-one outings and entertainment. These are charged separately, giving residents the flexibility to choose the services that suit their preferences.


In some cases, if a resident or their family chooses additional features such as a larger room or upgraded facilities, a top-up payment may be discussed. My friend has been a resident at Marina View, the staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. The home is clean, it's spotless. It reminds me of a 5-star hotel, I could do with a week myself. The food is amazing, all homemade, they even did a party for her 96th birthday.

My mother needed to into a nursing home very quickly. We looked round Marina View and found the manager very welcoming and honest. She has clearly worked hard and was proud of the home but knew there were always things to improve on. My mother was there for a week until she passed away. The nursing
staff were active in getting support from the hospice. The staff as a whole (careers/cleaners/ laundry) were always kind, caring, respectful and very helpful. I would totally recommend the home. The individual outdoor and communal outdoor spaces are excellent.

Beautiful facility, clean and tidy rooms and common areas. All staff very helpful and friendly. Family member's birthday party was a truly memorable occasion and such a great way to bring all my aunt's friends and family together. The staff worked so very hard to give her that extra special occasion.

I went to the BBQ on the 1st July. I would highly commend Marina View. The reason for this is this is very much home from home, exceptionally clean. Staff give 100% care to the residents to make sure they join in and all have a good time. An absolutely credit to the home. Well done staff.

Attended the Pride Event with my dad. Great environment and well organised. My dad and all the residents and family thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ and the singer. The Activities Entertainer does an excellent job providing entertainment for the residents.

Our mother was at Marina View for the last weeks of her life.
The facilities and accommodation were excellent.
The level of care was of the highest standard, all the staff were very caring and compassionate, and nothing was too much trouble.

My mum has been here since November 2023. It's an outstanding home and my mum has improved socially and physically since being in the home. Initially with changing of management it was very unsettling but since the manager came and another member of staff they have turned the place around and made it

My wife was in Marina view from 5/3/25 to 3/4/25 under their care of Saint Catherine's Hospice, she was very well looked after by your staff and was obviously liked by them. As she lived on soup and ice cream I can't comment on the main food - but what I saw was good and liked by the other residents.
The room was lovely and cleanliness good. Thank you for looking after her for the short time she was with you.

Tina Turner was amazing, she was very entertaining and talented. What a professional singer. The event was value for money. Food looked fabulous. Excellent presentation. Free first drink was a nice touch. Selling of raffle tickets, a great add on. The event was very well organised, staff were friendly,

I have found the general environment very clean + comfortable. The staff are always friendly. and happy to help with any problems/queries. My brother feels safe and very Settled, here Hies/outings and has enjoyed the various activities. There are always a variety of activities and entertainment is arranged
on special occasions, consequently, any anxieties related to placing my brother here have been fully allayed and I am happy to recommend Marina View.

Absolutely beautiful and Outstanding care home, staff, management are very professional and friendly . The care my 2 sisters in law receives is first class and I am so happy the way they looked after them do well, treated with dignity at all times, and always made to feel welcome when Imy husband and

I am very pleased by the welcoming and professional ethos evident at Marina View.
To choose a facility for a parent is always difficult however having met the manager and her positive approach to care and rehabilitation I felt we had made the right choice.
There is a clear and coherent management
structure and any needs are discussed daily at handover meetings by the Facility Leads.
I am happy that a structure can be put in place to promote enablement quickly and efficiently.
And yes the rooms are very nice, our end user assured me the food is lovely, the care respects dignity, and elderly spouses are treated with respect.
So far I have seen a massive improvement in Dad's health following a catastrophic loss of weight bearing ability.

I have just been to an event at Marina View. What a wonderful care provider. There was so much effort from the staff to ensure a fabulous time was had by all. The buffet was delicious.
What was evident was how much the staff care for the residents. They were attentive and loving. The manager was very
hands-on, the staff all seemed to be great friends. They have good working conditions which was evident as they keep their staff. What an outstanding place.

An excellent entertainment event on the 27th. A Tina Turner tribute act with lovely buffet. All residents who attended appeared to enjoy + benefit from the event. Also people who come to enjoy with their loved ones really got involved and loved it.
