Norton Lodge cared for our 91-year-old mom, from day 1 to the very end, the entire team looked after her in the most wonderful way. Every member of staff showed exceptional kindness, patience, & genuine care, always attending to her needs with warmth & compassion.
As we spent a great deal of time
at the home, we were able to see the consistently high standard of care given to all residents. What really stood out was the thoughtfulness shown in the many events organised for residents. No expense was spared, & everything was planned with such attention to detail, ensuring residents could truly enjoy themselves & feel valued - just as they would in their own home.
At Sheila's funeral, it was reflected how much comfort the level of care at Norton Lodge brought to our whole family, particularly during her final weeks and days. The staff went above and beyond, even taking time out to support different members of our family during many difficult visits, we are delighted recommend them 100%

Norton Lodge is a fantastic care home, they looked after my mom with great care, the staff are all amazing and the home feels so welcoming and homely. They gave my mom the best final year of her life with all there fun activities and laughs they have. I can't recommend the care home enough and am so
thankful for everything they did.

Norton Lodge is a true dream of what every care home with a heart aspires to be.
Led from the top by the manager, every single member of the management and staff is caring, loving, and performs their work with extensive knowledge and deep commitment to doing their very best for every resident.
When our Mum came to live at Norton Lodge in January 2024, my sister, brother and I were confident that she would be looked after well, as we had already heard what a good name the home has in the Stourbridge community. We were still nervous, as Mum was leaving her home of 53 years and moving into a shared residence at the age of 90, but we needn't have had a single worry, as time has proved.
Mum is very happy indeed in this new phase of her life, with a fresh circle of friends, and most importantly, devoted care 24 hours a day from the marvellous team that the manager leads so well.
Thank you to one and all at Norton Lodge - you do a fantastic job and are a shining example to all.

Excellent care given to my mum and the staff are very kind and understanding of individual residents needs. Norton Lodge also provide lots of activities and outings whenever possible and host lovely events for family and friends to also attend with residents.

Norton Lodge is first class in every way they have looked after my Mom and Brother for a good many years, the manager Nischa and all her staff are amazing can't thank them enough , it's a magical feeling to know your family are looked after so well one big happy family

My dad was very happy at Norton Lodge.
It is by far an excellent care home, the Managing Director leads a very kind and caring team of staff.
It is more like a hotel.
