My mum is so very well looked after at Orchard gardens. The care team here are amazing headed by Sabrina and Tiago .. who are very hands on in what's going on. The activities keep everyone enjoying a fun filled time here. There is always a great atmosphere when you visit .. would not hesitate to
recommend Orchard Gardens.

My mother in law has een in are at Orchard Gardens now for 9 months and I can not fault anything about this place. Everyone involved is very caring and friendly. My mother in law is very happy here and made some nice friends.

Mum has been in the home for 3 years now, and we couldn't be happier with her care and well being. It is a difficult decision to put a loved on in a home; but the whole team have been so kind and welcoming. Mums needs are important to them, and making sure that we are reassured. We would 100%
recommend this place.

All of the staff at Ancho Orchard are so caring and friendly, they take a real personal interest in every resident. They have also built a great rapport with the relatives of the residents, and are so welcoming to the children when they come along for a visit.

Mum has lived at Orchard Gardens care home for five years. She truly made it her home.The care staff, (or the purple people as she called them), have been amazing with her.
She has said on many occasions over the years that we could not have chosen a better place for her to live. Thank you to

Orchard Gardens is a wonderful care home. It's clean, tidy and has a lovely homely feel to it with lots of activities and wonderful, caring staff. My Mum started off as a resident there and they looked after her very well as she declined with dementia and then through her last stages with the
addition of extra palliative care. My dad moved in on a temporary respite care package shortly after Mum so they could be together and ended up making that a permanent move due to his dementia. I live a couple of hundred miles away but feel supported by the team and feel that Dad is looked after very well. Tiago has even suggested that he would be able to set up a video call with Dad for me so we can see each other rather than just chatting on the phone as it is not easy for me to visit as often as I would like to. Very satisfied with Orchard Gardens.

There is such a friendly atmosphere at Orchard Gardens wth kind and supportive staff who go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and happy. There are lots of activities for the residents to participate in and my mother often has her hair and nails done.

Attended a BBQ for residents and families, a lovely chance to see everyone interacting together and enjoying the moment. The staff were amazing, as always, going out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly.

Our mum has settled in so well here. Everyone is so pleasant. The activity side of things is amazing, getting all involved as much as possible. We as relatives are well informed. Always thinking up new ideas for the residents to enjoy.

to see regular updates of activities. Always improving things. Thank you.

Orchard Gardens Care Home. Our family have witnessed loving care to my mother, supporting her with stimulating activities with the opportunity for the occasional trip out.
The meals always look appetizing with regular appetisers both in the morning and a afternoon.
Mum has improved from being at
Orchard Gardens.

Mum is not always the easiest person to deal with I.E. food medication. Everyone has always tried hard with her. I feel more relaxed now she is being looked after well, and with kindness and respect. Thank you.

From the first day my mother-in-law arrived at Orchard Gardens her care has been outstanding. She was made to feel so welcome and was very happy here. I can not thank the management and care team enough for their continued love and care.

Since mum has moved into Orchard gardens I have seen an improvement in her mentally and physically. Mum has made friends and joining in the activities which was our wish for her. It was a very difficult decision knowing mum needed to go into care after 16 years living with us, but definitely the
right decision. Thank You

Popped in to see my mother today. She's been here a couple of months now, after not being able to care for herself anymore and having a fall. Mum seems happy and at home here. She's relaxed and she knows all the staff. All the staff are super friendly and have time to talk. Mum loves to chat! Very

Brilliant home. My nan has never been happier. Her mobility has come on so well since being here. She has made so many friends.
Garden area is brilliant, and she never leaves it.

My mum has been here 3 weeks. She is being looked after really well. Very happy, room is lovely, food good. Love that she is being seen by a doctor. Really appreciate staff updating me on meds. So happy that my mum is safe and happy. All staff are really friendly and I feel I can ask any of them.
