My mum moved into the Orwell a month ago. From our first contact with the home , the manager and staff couldn't have done more. They made us all feel welcome .mum settled really well. The staff are all kind , respectful and knowledgeable. It's obvious they enjoy their roles . Definitely go the extra
mile.It has a lovely atmosphere and there is always something happening for the residents if they choose to socialise. Mum is really happy. The home appears to be really well organised .

I am very happy here, the staff are lovely, kind and talk very nice. I have no complaints about anything and couldn't be happier. Thank you for being so kind and looking after me.

Mum settled in very quickly. The care has been exceptional and she is very well looked after. I was worried about her going into care and to see her so well has been amazing and to an extent enjoying life.
