I love it here I am well looked after have made a lot of friends and the Staff are so kind. The food is wonderful. I have a realy lovely room. This home looks so cosy with all the preety thing that they have around. We have activities if we want to take part.

The staff work incredibly hard to create a calm, supportive environment for every resident and their loved ones, and your comments reflect exactly the culture we strive for. Knowing that you feel it is a home from home is one of the highest compliments we could receive.

Made to feel very welcome from first visit - and throughout Mum's stay. Manager and staff extremely friendly and helpful - nice sense of humour and very gentle and patient with Mum. Mum loves the food, the carers, her long hot baths! She settled in really well and has already made new friends.

My mother in law has been living at Orwell Care Home for a couple of months now. Tania and the team are amazing. They cannot do enough to help and take care of their residents. We have not met one staff member that doesn't have a smile on their face. It's always clean and tidy and the food is good too. My father is in care home in Felixstowe which is also amazing and equally as good. Due to this we have experience as a family of other homes and have used other care homes in Felixstowe for respite along with seeing round another. Both Orwell Care Home and my father's are both far superior in the way they are run and the day to day care provided. We feel extremely grateful that we found Orwell Care Home. I cannot express how strongly I feel about the true staff dedication I have witnessed on numerous occasions during my visits. My friend always said staff were kind, friendly, helpful & professional. The home was always clean never smelt and all staff interacted with residents in a way like they would treat their own parents & grandparents. There was regular music to stimulate residents & total 24 hour a day accessibility to visitors. I would highly recommend Orwell & be happy to be a resident if my needs met the requirements.
