Overall Experience

My dad has been at Lark View since March 25, and has a lovely room overlooking the courtyard. Recently my dad was hospitalised for 2 weeks and has now returned to Lark View he is very poorly but the team from management to caring teams have been kind and caring and have given us support as well as

making sure dad is as comfortable as possible. Dad's words to us on returning to Lark View from hospital was 'Im pleased Im home'. In my opinion Lark View is an excellent care home which totally puts the care and happiness of the residents at the heart of all they do!

Overall Experience

Always excellent with such friendly staff and care for my Dad - I cannot reccomend them highly enough and feel so very lucky that the care Dad receives is of the highest standard and I cannot reccomend the team their enough. The home itself is so clean and tidy and well managed that again it's a full

5* stars all round and nothing is too much trouble for these guys looking after my Dad and the other residents too. We recently had a cousin visit Dad from the USA who is a care home chaplain and she was blown away by the quality of Larkview and the team there and told them so too - she said none of her care homes or their staff in the USA she looks after would even come close to her Larkview experience - so in her qualified opinion [ex Harvard] that pretty much says it all !

Overall Experience

Dad spent the last 6 months of his life at Lark View and I couldn't have asked for a better home. The love, care and compassion shown to him were outstanding. The beautiful gardens and surroundings really helped, being able to walk along the lanes and sit outside watching the birds. The carers, staff

Overall Experience

I think my mother was very lucky to get a room at Lark View, she is very happy and the carers and management make sure the residents have plenty of activities throughout the day. I was lucky enough to be there at meal time, I was impressed with the freshly, created meals every day (looked delicious).

I have made several visits over the last months and it is always clean, residents are always dressed very smart and clean. Top job!

What a wonderful find! My mother wanted me to find her "somewhere nice" Lark View surpasses this 100% on every level. The most caring staff, a happy family-run home, my mother couldn't be happier. The food is brilliant, good home cooked meals by marvellous cooks. The most accommodating & caring manager.

Overall Experience

We had to find a Care Home for our elderly mother, who has dementia very quickly. Luckily we found Lark View and the manager was brilliant. With her years of experience and efficiency, she made the transition of our mother moving out of her home into Lark View a positive experience. Our mother has

settled in happily within a week and the manager was always available to help my sisters and I cope with everything and advise us.
The staff are wonderful - caring, kind and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
Lark View has great facilities, lovely bedrooms, lounges, an activity room and a large, bright dining room. The garden and orchard is beautiful with lovely outdoor seating.
There are always lots of activities for our mother to join in or a member of staff to have a chat to.
Finally in my mother's words "I like it here - I think I'll stay"!

Overall Experience

I have been visiting/dealing with Feltwell lodge for nearly eight years now and in all that time, I have had no occasion for any concern. They have been ready for any change in my husband's condition and met it in a completely professional and caring manner.
The care has always been exemplary with

everything done in a dignified, caring and compassionate way.
The food surpasses what I have been offered in other establishments, by a long way, all home-cooked too.
The help, understanding and kindness, shown to me, also, is far and above what I have experienced elsewhere.
I just hope if I need a home, I will be fortunate enough to go into one as good, or even half as good as Feltwell Lodge.

My mother was a resident for 21 months, and we as a family could not have wished for a better care home. Mum was treated with dignity, care, compassion and humour by all the staff, especially in her last few months when she was bed-bound and unable or unwilling to communicate most of the time. All the

staff seem to do their job because they want to, not because they have to. Thank you once again for being with Mum when she passed, it means the world to us.

Overall Experience

My mother was resident of Feltwell Lodge from Dec 2017 to Sep 2019. During this time, I have been nothing but impressed with the quality of care and attention shown to my mother, as well as other residents. The management and staff truly go above and beyond in their approach to caring for the residents.

My mother was bed-bound for most of her time at the Lodge, but the staff made it a point to include her in activities that might interest her; arranging for bedside poetry reading, granting us permission to put up a bird feeder directly outside her window, and bringing in visitors and animals to her room whenever possible are but a few that come to mind. The staff we encountered all demonstrated kindness, patience and professionalism; personal hygiene and facility hygiene standards were excellent, and they did a wonderful job of keeping Mum as healthy and comfortable as possible.

I was so impressed today with the entertainments manager. She had arranged for curators at a local museum to visit the home and talk about artefacts they had brought with them. My Dad engaged with one of the gentlemen immediately and was the most animated I have seen him in ages. An excellent way to

'reach' the residents.

Feltwell Lodge is a genuine home from home. The care and respect my Dad has received has been outstanding and so comforting for us his family. I recommend Feltwell Lodge without reservation. Staff are caring, hardworking and sensitive to the individual needs of residents. The environment is warm, clean,

homely and stimulating and every effort is taken to get to know the residents well to best meet their individual needs. The setting and gardens are beautiful and the activities arranged have brought real joy to my Dad. Nothing is too much trouble and time is taken to answer queries clearly and fully. Feltwell is led by an experienced, caring and inspiring individual whose passion and determination to provide the best care possible for his residents shines through. All staff, nursing, care, cleaning, catering, grounds and maintenance take pride in their work and we will never be able to thank them enough for providing such a safe and comfortable space for my Dad to move to.

The home, managers and staff are amazing! They are so welcoming and helpful and they do their jobs amazingly. It’s like a home from home. Everything is resident-centred and they look after them so well, as if it’s their own parents/grandparents. If you have any special requests they do everything thy
