My father was moved from the RUH as he was on end of life palliative care. It was such a restful place to spend his final days. The staff were professional, kind and caring. Not only to dad but they were prepared to go the extra mile to support the wider family. Nothing was too much trouble.

Mum came to Rowan Park for respite, due to her becoming frailer. Sadly, she became more ill and passed away during her time at the home. The staff at the home were outstanding in their care, providing love and warmth at a very difficult time. Their respect and compassion towards my mum and all of
the family will be gratefully remembered.

My brother has been at RP since April 2025. He is extremely well looked after and all his needs are met. All staff from management to maintenance, from cleaner to catering and nursing go above and beyond. Their skills and compassion shine through. Myself and my family can leave knowing that our
loved one is safe and well looked after. For that we thankyou. For me personally it gives me a chance to give something back by taking part in some of the activities and helping out when I can. The last word goes to my brother who loves it there( especially the chairs in the lounge and the pictures of pigs on the wall!!!)

The staff are super obliging. A bit short on quantity. The hygiene is superb. The samples of the food that have been given to me are of the highest quality. Car parking is a little difficult on occasions. If one has to be in a care home one wouldn't want to be in one other than Rowan Park. Thank you
for the care shown in looking after my brother.

From day one everyone has been fantastic. Both my parents are/have been at he home. Staff are very caring, friendly, nothings is too much trouble. The rooms are lovely the food is excellent. I would highly recommend Rowan Park to anyone.

My mum is 100 in 3 weeks time and has just finished a 3 week spell of respite at Rowan Park Stratton on the Fosse. She will return without doubt. It has been an exemplary experience for her and me as her daughter. The staff are truly sent from heaven: kind, thoughtful and professional. Beautifully
decorated and spotless.

My dad was given palliative care. My family and I stayed with him during hos final days 24/7
The staff were excellent in caring for him and us. They showed, care, compassion, empathy, respect, competence + humanity to all of us throught our experience of such a difficult time.
I have no doubt my
mum will receive the same level of care during her stay with Rowan Park

My sister has been in Rowan Park for almost 12 months having been diagnosed with dementia. She was very confused - didn't know where she was or why she was there. Everyone at Rowan Park from the manager to the cleaners have been fantastic with her, treating her with dignity and respect. Nothing is
too much for them to do for her. She is now very settled and feels at home. Thank you!!

I'm so glad we choose Rowan Park for Mum, when we moved her down from Liverpool after Dad died last October. The welcome from the staff was as warm and friendly as you could possibly hope for, and the residents also did their best to make Mum welcome too. She really enjoyed the company, and joining
in activities, particularly the singing with the singer.
The home itself is like a good hotel, nicely furnished and spotless. The staff go out of their way to make the residents and their relatives feel comfortable. The warm and friendly atmosphere is noticeable as soon as you enter the doors. Thank you all.

I am extremely impressed with Rowan Park. I would describe it as good as some 5-star hotels I have been in.
The staff are so friendly and caring towards my Brother who recently lost his beloved wife and finds life difficult without her, therefore needs a lot of love and support which I feel he is

My Auntie moved to Rowan Park at the end of September after some unfortunate events that left her very vulnerable. The staff have been wonderful and really helped her settle in, they involve her in activities even though she has advanced dementia. She has enjoyed visits from alpacas and owls. My
auntie is happy and well looked after and we appreciate everything that is done for her.

Mum has been at Rowan Park for a while now and has really got used to the daily routines there.
Each week she gets a weekly planner to let her know of all the activities going on and she loves that she can plan her day accordingly.
She loves to join in with everything and the staff know this and
make sure she is doing something daily.
The staff are friendly to my wife and I when we visit and always show their caring nature to the residents.
The rooms are excellent and also the food is of a high standard.
Mum has made friends and is generally happy.

The home is very clean and fresh, Staff are all very friendly and helpful.
My mother-in-law is very happy at the home and enjoys all the activities on offer, especially Art.
The residents' rooms are a good size with en-suite bathrooms and lovely views of the countryside.
The meals are excellent
as very often because we work we are there visiting when evening meal arrives.
There is always a choice of soup, sandwiches, with lots of different fillings and something hot like macaroni cheese and it looks yummy.
The staff really do care about the residents and understand Alzheimer's Disease which is what my mother-in-law has and are very often helping her to find things she has mislaid, and reassuring her that everything is fine.
The staff work hard to find out from us Mum's like and dislikes, she loves to sing and if something is going on downstairs they will collect her and she enjoys being able to do that.
Overall we are very pleased we found a home that we feel confident about.

Since the first time I walked through the door to look around Rowan Park nothing has been too much trouble for the staff. They quickly put me at ease as this was an unexpected turn of events for my mother. Once Mum had moved into Rowan Park, she was made to feel welcome and the care she is given is
second to none. She is very happy at the home and enjoys all the wonderful activities that are available to her, from arts and crafts to musical entertainment. She has made some new friends and it's lovely to see her joining in or simply enjoying coffee in the communal areas. The staff make a huge effort to get to know the residents and Mum is always happy to see them. They are also very good at communicating with both mum, who has dementia, and myself, and they will call or speak to me when I visit to keep me updated on her wellbeing. I couldn't be happier to have found such a kind and caring home for my mum.

Rowan Park is a beautiful home with outstanding standards of personalised care. From the moment we took the decision to view the home to the day our auntie moved in we have been welcomed with open arms and our auntie has flourished in the nurturing environment that Rowan Park provides. The staff are
all amazing and take pride in the care they provide with smiles while they do so. Nothing is too much trouble and I can't thank Rowan Park enough for taking such great care of our beloved auntie. She loves it there and we thoroughly enjoy visiting. Keep up the good work guys!

As a family, we have decided that a care home is the best place for our father, with dementia, to be looked after. It has been a difficult decision for some of us to make but the staff at Rowan Park have been so supportive of us all. They have listened to any concerns we may have had and have worked
with us to provide a place for our father to feel loved, supported, and looked after. The staff are warm, friendly, open, and genuinely caring of the residents who live here. This is a place that I would readily recommend to others looking for care for an elderly relative.

My Mum moved to Rowan Park in October following a long stay in hospital. The staff have made my Mum and my family feel so welcome. She has settled in well and I am kept up to date with Mum's progress and if she needs anything. I feel totally at ease knowing that Mum is being so well cared for.

I am very very happy with the care at Rowan Park. My Aunt is well looked after. I feel that she is safe and happy there. The staff keeps me informed of all updates concerning my Aunt. The home is always spotless and clean. The staff answer any of my concerns quickly. My Aunt is treated with respect
and cared for.

From day one everyone has been fantastic. Both my parents are/have been at he home. Staff are very caring, friendly, nothings is too much trouble. The rooms are lovely the food is excellent. I would highly recommend Rowan Park to anyone.
