My mum lived in Rowan Park from August 2025 until her sudden death in November 2025. Payments were made promptly and in advance. Subsequently, when mum died, we were owed a refund of nearly £4000. Despite many phone calls, emails and promises that the payment would be made, we are still waiting.

My father was moved from the RUH as he was on end of life palliative care. It was such a restful place to spend his final days. The staff were professional, kind and caring. Not only to dad but they were prepared to go the extra mile to support the wider family. Nothing was too much trouble.

All staff from management to maintenance, from cleaner to catering and nursing go above and beyond. Their skills and compassion shine through.
