Excellent home.
Thank you so very much. We appreciate your kind words
My Auntie moved to Rowan Park at the end of September after some unfortunate events that left her very vulnerable. The staff have been wonderful and really helped her settle in, they involve her in activities even though she has advanced dementia. She has enjoyed visits from alpacas and owls. My auntie is happy and well looked after and we appreciate everything that is done for her.
Thank you for your lovely review of Rowan Park. We are so pleased you feel your Auntie benefits from being with us. At rowan Park we love to have the animals visit our lovely residents we know it makes their day.
Each week she gets a weekly planner to let her know of all the activities going on and she loves that she can plan her day accordingly.
She loves to join in with everything and the staff know this and make sure she is doing something daily.
The staff are friendly to my wife and I when we visit and always show their caring nature to the residents.
The rooms are excellent and also the food is of a high standard.
Mum has made friends and is generally happy.
Good Afternoon, thank you for the lovely feedback you have given Rowan Park. We are very proud of the home and the way it has been designed. The activities team are so very good at making sure all the residents know what is going on each day, and what is coming up during the week.
My mother-in-law is very happy at the home and enjoys all the activities on offer, especially Art.
The residents' rooms are a good size with en-suite bathrooms and lovely views of the countryside.
The meals are excellent as very often because we work we are there visiting when evening meal arrives.
There is always a choice of soup, sandwiches, with lots of different fillings and something hot like macaroni cheese and it looks yummy.
The staff really do care about the residents and understand Alzheimer's Disease which is what my mother-in-law has and are very often helping her to find things she has mislaid, and reassuring her that everything is fine.
The staff work hard to find out from us Mum's like and dislikes, she loves to sing and if something is going on downstairs they will collect her and she enjoys being able to do that.
Overall we are very pleased we found a home that we feel confident about.
Thank you very much for your lovely review. We pride ourselves on providing care that is personalised to each person, using ongoing training and support from internal and external resources. We are very proud of the commitment the staff give to our home. Your mother-in-law has settled in well at Rowan Park and is an integral part of the home.
Since the first time I walked through the door to look around Rowan Park nothing has been too much trouble for the staff. They quickly put me at ease as this was an unexpected turn of events for my mother. Once Mum had moved into Rowan Park, she was made to feel welcome and the care she is given is second to none. She is very happy at the home and enjoys all the wonderful activities that are available to her, from arts and crafts to musical entertainment. She has made some new friends and it's lovely to see her joining in or simply enjoying coffee in the communal areas. The staff make a huge effort to get to know the residents and Mum is always happy to see them. They are also very good at communicating with both mum, who has dementia, and myself, and they will call or speak to me when I visit to keep me updated on her wellbeing. I couldn't be happier to have found such a kind and caring home for my mum.
We would like to thank you for such a wonderful review. It is so important to us that feel happy in finding our home for your mum. Your lovely comments about our outstanding standards of care and professionalism are greatly appreciated and only serve as more motivation to us all to ensure we...
Rowan Park is a beautiful home with outstanding standards of personalised care. From the moment we took the decision to view the home to the day our auntie moved in we have been welcomed with open arms and our auntie has flourished in the nurturing environment that Rowan Park provides. The staff are all amazing and take pride in the care they provide with smiles while they do so. Nothing is too much trouble and I can't thank Rowan Park enough for taking such great care of our beloved auntie. She loves it there and we thoroughly enjoy visiting. Keep up the good work guys!
Thank you so much for this beautiful review. It means the world to the Rowan Park team to have such lovely feedback. We take pride in delivering the best care to our residents and making sure we make all of them smile every day is a top priority! Thank you for trusting us to take care of your Auntie. She is settling in really well and it is a pleasure to have her as one of our family members.
As a family, we have decided that a care home is the best place for our father, with dementia, to be looked after. It has been a difficult decision for some of us to make but the staff at Rowan Park have been so supportive of us all. They have listened to any concerns we may have had and have worked with us to provide a place for our father to feel loved, supported, and looked after. The staff are warm, friendly, open, and genuinely caring of the residents who live here. This is a place that I would readily recommend to others looking for care for an elderly relative.
Thank you for taking the time to review us. We understand that moving a loved one to a care home placement is a very difficult decision and one that cannot be taken lightly. We therefore understand the impact such a decision can have on the whole family, which is why Rowan Park is committed to...
I am very very happy with the care at Rowan Park. My Aunt is well looked after. I feel that she is safe and happy there. The staff keeps me informed of all updates concerning my Aunt. The home is always spotless and clean. The staff answer any of my concerns quickly. My Aunt is treated with respect and cared for.
Thank you for this lovely review. it means the world to us to know that you feel your Aunt is feeling safe and happy here at Rowan Park. She has certainly settled into the Rowan Park family since joining us here and is very much involved with the day-to-day life here and the outside community, she is a regular on our Facebook page.
We would highly recommend Rowan Park Care.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a lovely review. We are delighted that your mum and your family felt that Rowan Park was the place she wanted to call home on a permanent basis and we are thrilled that she has now become a fully-fledged member of the family. We look forward to making many happy memories together.
My wonderful Mum has recently sadly passed away at Rowan Park. All the staff there have provided excellent caring and professional care to my mum. She had only been there a few months and she was very happy. As a family we have nothing but thanks and praise to all staff for their dedication, love and care towards Mum, words can not simply thank you all enough. Highly Recommend.
Thank you for such a lovely, heartfelt review. It was an absolute privilege to care for your mum. She was very much loved and will always be remembered. Please remember that you are all still very much welcome to visit for coffee and cake in the future. Sending love to you all.
I was very impressed by Rowan Park. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. My husband who was staying for respite care, was immediately made to feel welcome and at home and soon felt a valid part of the Rowan Park community. I too always felt welcome and supported. We will not hesitate to use Rowan Park for respite care again in the future, in fact, we will look forward to seeing everyone there again.
Thank you for taking the time to give us this lovely review. It was a pleasure to welcome you and your husband to our home and we are thrilled that you felt part of the Rowan Park Community. We have missed you both, and are very much looking forward to seeing you again soon.
From my professional life I have visited many homes and have found only one other that came near to this one.
This review has made our day. We understand that any move, albeit long or short stay will bring with it nerves and anxieties, therefore it is so important to us that our residents' "moving in" experience is as relaxing and stress-free as possible. We are delighted that you felt welcome from the...
The quality of care is outstanding and the environment is friendly and upbeat thanks to the lovely team who work there. The facilities are first-class and spotlessly clean. The garden and communal areas are just like a 5-star hotel. The residents always seem so busy and happy due to the daily activities on offer. It’s a huge comfort to know that our elderly family member is in such good hands and most importantly is safe and treated with respect and dignity by the wonderful team. A huge thanks.
Thank you so much for taking the time to give Rowan Park and the care team such a wonderful review. We work hard to ensure that we deliver outstanding care to match our facilities and it is always very humbling and rewarding to receive feedback such as this. It is our pleasure to take care of your...
Always like to chat to you and let you know how things are, it is always a pleasure to visit my relative at this lovely home.
Thank you for taking the time to review Rowan Park. It is always lovely to receive such positive feedback from our relatives' experience of the home and we are delighted that you always enjoy your visits.
When my grandmother came to this care home a few weeks ago, she was extremely worried. Those worries have now gone and she is happy and settled. The staff go above and beyond for her and the care she receives is incredible. I wish I could book a room for myself!
Thank you so much for this lovely review. We are delighted that we have been able to give your grandmother the reassurance she needed for her to feel comfortable and relaxed. It's a pleasure to see her becoming more at home every day. Our staff are dedicated to ensuring that all of our residents...
Mum moved into Rowan Park, initially for two weeks respite and then became a permanent resident. She now receives the 24-hour care she needs and deserves. The staff are amazing - professional, friendly, funny, attentive and always looking for ways to make sure Mum is living her best life possible. The rooms are spacious, clean, welcoming and have a lovely view with full-height windows. The chefs cook from scratch, on-site, with top-quality ingredients and prepare from a beautifully varied menu. Fresh cakes are made daily for the afternoon tea gathering. This is a great opportunity for residents and staff to spend quality time together, usually with an activity of sorts or even just chatting. Mum has enjoyed singalongs with wartime songs and watching the carers dancing; Mum said it was like being in a live show. Visitors are welcomed with use of kitchen facilities - it really is like home from home! My mum is safe and expertly cared for which I give my heartfelt thanks.
We are absolutely delighted that your mum has become a permanent member of the Rowan Park family. Our team strive to ensure we deliver the very best care and support to the highest of standards and we love to make sure that we have a few laughs and giggles with our residents along the way. Making...
The transition was made easy for myself and my mother, staff always available to answer any questions. All the staff are very helpful and caring. My mother has settled very well. The rooms are all bright with outside access from my mum's with lovely views, locals walking dogs and schoolchildren on walks.
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our care home. It's lovely to hear that the transition was made easy for you and it is a pleasure to to have you and your mum as part of the Rowan Park family.
Rowan Park is excellent - I cannot praise it too highly. My mother is a resident and they are doing a brilliant job taking care of her every need. My mum is 85 and very demanding. The nursing and care staff combine care and expertise which means we have total confidence she is receiving the very best care. We looked at other places in the same price bracket and they are not anywhere near as good. There is an old saying that you should be good to your children because one day they will pick your care home. My mum knows she is getting the very best care and I have told my children that when my time comes I want Rowan Park. I would recommend it to anyone.
Thank you for taking the time to review Rowan Park. It is wonderful to hear how happy both Mum and you as a family are with the high-quality care we strive to deliver.
My mother moved into this wonderful care home two weeks ago. The care and support have been out of this world. I was obviously worried about her going into a new place (leaving her home) but straight away, my worries were gone. My mum is so happy and content and the staff are so caring and nothing is too much trouble. It's like a family (I even feel part of it when I visit her). I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Thank you to the interim home manager and her wonderful staff.
Thank you for such a beautiful review of Rowan Park. We strive to ensure our care and commitment extends to relatives also. It's wonderful to see how your mum is thriving as part of the Rowan Park family and we look forward to making many more memories together.
