13th February - Valentiines afternoon - rrom decoration was perfect. Hearts & flowers. Food & drinks were lovely. Served up very artisically. Entertainment staff were fantastic, interacted very well with both residents & guests. Thank you Cloverleaf.

I visit my relative 3-4 times a week and during the month try to attend some of the arranged activities. It is lovely to see the residents taking part, chatting, laughing and enjoying themselves. The Activities Team are thoughtful and have a very positive, happy outlook- which is contagious. It's
impossible to come away from an event not feeling uplifted. I am sorry I missed the visit by the new therapy dog but have seen the pictures and heard from mum how well behaved and friendly she was. The Valentines afternoon tea was a triumph-food and service excellent. The staff at Cloverleaf are always helpful and work very hard to make sure all the residents are well cared for and feel loved. The new flooring has made a massive difference to the cleanliness of the communal areas, especially on the middle floor

It was our Aunties 90th birthday this week and we felt the staff gave her the birthday celebration she wanted.
We joined her today (live 3 hours away) for more cake and tea. The staff on duty today made us very welcome. Hayley, activities co-ordinator was wonderful with all the residents, we
joined in her gentle stretch class. She is fabulous!
The home is beautifully decorated but feel the bedroom could do with a refurbishment

I visited my Aunt this weekend and met Hayley, the young lady who provides the activities for the residents. She came and introduced herself and was so helpful and kind to my Aunt. She told us
all about the 90th Birthday celebration that they had recently organized for my Aunt. She was pleased
to meet us as she knew we had been following the Care Home on social media. She also led an activity with the residents and she was so engaging with all those that took part. Encouraging them to do what they could, but without putting any pressure on them. You can tell everyone loves her. We live quite far away, and can't get to visit our Aunt very often, but we left today, knowing what a lovely friend Hayley is to all the residents and how she keeps an eye on them all. She is smashing and a credit to the Care Home.

We love going to visit our Auntie in Cloverleaf Care Home. There is so many activities for the residents to join in and enjoy every day. It keeps them stimulated and active and stops the boredom. We enjoyed the sitting down exercises with them and even joined in! It was such good fun. Looking
forward to to our next visit in June

My mum has used a large number of care homes in the Lincoln area for respite care. Out of all the care homes, I felt that Tanglewood was the best, by far. The staff were caring, enthusiastic and provided a significant number of activities, that were well attended by the residents. I participated
alongside my mum, with chair exercises which were very similar to chair yoga. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the large number of cosy social spaces, for use by residents. Thank you Tanglewood, for looking after my mum so well.

My mother has been in Cloverleaf now for 2 years. She is very happy and has made several friends. The staff are wonderful. They are very kind and helpful. When we visit every 3 weeks or so, we are greeted by our first names and made to feel very welcome. Living so far away, 100 miles, I love the
social media page. It keeps me up to date with what my mother is doing. Thank you. All the staff - reception, caring, nursing, cleaning, catering, entertainments etc should be complimented on providing a first rate service.

My mother has now been in the care home for over two years and is completely at home there, having joined what is for her another family. All the staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to make sure each resident is looked after and their needs met. It is always nice that there are a range of
activities taking place each week, many of which my mother really enjoys. Thank you all very much.

I had a lovely time with mum celebrating National Daughter's Day. We enjoyed Bucks Fizz and a craft activity together. As always the staff were encouraging, patient, kind and caring. Mum is content and settled at the home

During the time my wife has been at Cloverleaf she has been well looked after. They respond to her and carol has become more settled in day to day living. There has been a problem with one of the residents being aggressive to myself and Carol. This has been dealt with and things have improved. The
entertainment, which is provided for the residents has been good and is supported in most cases by the relatives. My family has assured Hayley and her team of their support in future activities

I visited my husband early evening (unusual for me). The staff were just about to change his trousers as he had spilt his tea - the meal. I felt so pleased to think that even this late in the day they still wanted to make my husband look neat & tidy. Many thanks.

Dad was only at Cloverleaf a short while and they never got the opportunity to know the person he was. Despite this the care, compassion, empathy and utter devotion shown not just to dad but to family surpassed our wildest expectations and dreams. They were and are truly exceptional.

My stepdad has been in Cloverleaf for a few weeks now. He is starting to settle in and join in with some of the many activities and we have all enjoyed going to the themed tea party with him, quizzes and the summer fete. The carers and staff are efficient, attentive and patient with him. If we have
any worries or enquires, these are dealt with straight away.

Cloverleaf is by far the best nursing home I have ever visited and I have visited quite a few. From the cleaners and laundry staff right up to the manager the staff are kind, caring and expertly trained. It is clear to see that the staff love working here and genuinely care for the residents. I
would have no difficulty in recommending Cloverleaf to anyone needing a little help & support.

June has passed very quickly for me, which is an indication of a happy and fulfilling experience.
The activities team have been particularly busy this month with special celebrations in addition to the usual routines.
For me, the Glastonbury focus was lovely. Being a West Countryman, I could
visualise the rising from the levels, keeping an eye on the masses beneath. Our own celebration was led by a singer who had a great rapport with the group, had a good voice, and chose an excellent and thoughtful programme. Thanks to all those involved. WOW! Ice cream!
I cannot praise the staff and management enough in their efforts to make my stay here as happy as possible. I find everyone from care, housekeeping and catering first class and the chef is imaginative and professional, and I enjoy the food and can always find an acceptable choice from the daily menu.
The room is always neat, tidy and clean, as are the home and the environs.
Thank you everyone.

I have been here nearly two years. I am very happy here. All the staff are kind and friendly. I am very well looked after. I enjoy the activities which are provided every week. The home is always clean and tidy. I had a fall recently, and within seconds, 2/3 members of staff came to help me.
I
thoroughly recommend Cloverleaf as a care home to anyone.

My father has been a resident for the past six months and we have been impressed with the Kindness shown to him by all members of staff. Cloverleaf is beautifully maintained and the bedrooms and communal areas are bright and inviting. We are always made to feel very welcome when visiting. The
activities team put on a wonderful range of daily activities and have encouraged my father to participate. I would not hesitate to recommend Cloverleaf to other families.

Mum has lived at Cloverleaf for several years now. The staff are really friendly and many have worked there for a long time which I think is really beneficial in understanding the residents, especially, when like mum, their needs change over time.
The home is well looked after and there is always a
variety of activities going on should the residents and their families want to take part. The enthusiasm of the activities team is brilliant!
Being in residential care is often a last resort for people, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Cloverleaf to others.

The care my mum has received over nearly 5 years has been outstanding from cleaning, facilities, carers & nurses through to the support staff. There is always a smile to greet you, a great laugh when joining in with the activities, I was always made to be part of the Cloverleaf family & mum loved
her time there, joining in the regular bingo & quizzes..
Their regular social media updates are wonderful for when families are not able to visit, especially the photos/videos of visiting musicians, dancers or the petting zoo & the special events are well organised, seasonal fairs, Mother's/Father's Day etc.( the cakes are lovely).
Nothing was ever too much trouble and I was treated with huge respect, kindness and compassion when mum sadly passed and I shall miss my regular visits for a catch up with the team.
Thank you for everything.
