View Full Details of Cloverleaf Nursing HomeDad was only at Cloverleaf a short while and they never got the opportunity to know the person he was. Despite this the care, compassion, empathy and utter devotion shown not just to dad but to family surpassed our wildest expectations and dreams. They were and are truly exceptional.
My stepdad has been in Cloverleaf for a few weeks now. He is starting to settle in and join in with some of the many activities and we have all enjoyed going to the themed tea party with him, quizzes and the summer fete. The carers and staff are efficient, attentive and patient with him. If we have any worries or enquires, these are dealt with straight away.
Cloverleaf is by far the best nursing home I have ever visited and I have visited quite a few. From the cleaners and laundry staff right up to the manager the staff are kind, caring and expertly trained. It is clear to see that the staff love working here and genuinely care for the residents. I would have no difficulty in recommending Cloverleaf to anyone needing a little help & support.
June has passed very quickly for me, which is an indication of a happy and fulfilling experience. The activities team have been particularly busy this month with special celebrations in addition to the usual routines. For me, the Glastonbury focus was lovely. Being a West Countryman, I could visualise the rising from the levels, keeping an eye on the masses beneath. Our own celebration was led by a singer who had a great rapport with the group, had a good voice, and chose an excellent and thoughtful programme. Thanks to all those involved. WOW! Ice cream! I cannot praise the staff and management enough in their efforts to make my stay here as happy as possible. I find everyone from care, housekeeping and catering first class and the chef is imaginative and professional, and I enjoy the food and can always find an acceptable choice from the daily menu. The room is always neat, tidy and clean, as are the home and the environs. Thank you everyone.
I have been here nearly two years. I am very happy here. All the staff are kind and friendly. I am very well looked after. I enjoy the activities which are provided every week. The home is always clean and tidy. I had a fall recently, and within seconds, 2/3 members of staff came to help me. I thoroughly recommend Cloverleaf as a care home to anyone.
My father has been a resident for the past six months and we have been impressed with the Kindness shown to him by all members of staff. Cloverleaf is beautifully maintained and the bedrooms and communal areas are bright and inviting. We are always made to feel very welcome when visiting. The activities team put on a wonderful range of daily activities and have encouraged my father to participate. I would not hesitate to recommend Cloverleaf to other families.
Mum has lived at Cloverleaf for several years now. The staff are really friendly and many have worked there for a long time which I think is really beneficial in understanding the residents, especially, when like mum, their needs change over time. The home is well looked after and there is always a variety of activities going on should the residents and their families want to take part. The enthusiasm of the activities team is brilliant! Being in residential care is often a last resort for people, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Cloverleaf to others.
The care my mum has received over nearly 5 years has been outstanding from cleaning, facilities, carers & nurses through to the support staff. There is always a smile to greet you, a great laugh when joining in with the activities, I was always made to be part of the Cloverleaf family & mum loved her time there, joining in the regular bingo & quizzes.. Their regular social media updates are wonderful for when families are not able to visit, especially the photos/videos of visiting musicians, dancers or the petting zoo & the special events are well organised, seasonal fairs, Mother's/Father's Day etc.( the cakes are lovely). Nothing was ever too much trouble and I was treated with huge respect, kindness and compassion when mum sadly passed and I shall miss my regular visits for a catch up with the team. Thank you for everything.
To Whom it may concern.. Mum lived at Cloverleaf Care Home for nearly 5 years and only ever received the best of care and attention . The staff were always friendly caring and helpful. Mum passed away November and her last few days were treated with great kindness and compassion by the staff. We couldn't have put mum in a better care home.
I witness virtually daily, the dedication and hard work staff contribute to a wide range of needs at all levels of care and comfort. I extend my thanks to all! In addition I include members of staff involved in preparing and delivering occupational activities and entertainment. A recent example is the St. Valentines afternoon tea which I was able to attend with my wife! Excellent!
I attended Valentine's afternoon tea with my mother, a resident at Clover leaf. The 'cafe' room was well decorated in a valentine's theme and delicious cakes sandwiches cut in a heart shape and jam + cream scones were served. The staff were wonderful, particularly one member of staff who put a huge amount of effort in to the event. In addition a personalised gift was given to me hand made by my mum which was a lovely touch. Thank you.
Our father has recently joined Cloverleaf Nursing Home and is thoroughly enjoying himself, particularly the opportunity to join in with daily activities! The whole team is wonderful and caring. All areas of the home are spotlessly clean. One thing we appreciate as a family is how welcome we are made by everyone in the home. Thank you.
The staff and the management are all friendly, positive and helpful. They are supportive of the residents and treat them all with understanding and dignity. The catering is also excellent, with a choice of dishes, that are all cooked on the premises. My only criticism would be that residents' requests are sometimes not communicated well between the carers. For example, a request to have a bath is not always passed on to the next shift. In summary, I would highly recommend Cloverleaf Nursing Home.
Cloverleaf Nursing Home have been caring for my dad for the last ten months. He seems to be relaxed and comfortable in his new environment which is a credit to the team. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.
The atmosphere of the home is a home from home feel. The staff are friendly, caring, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. The activities that are available are amazing and tailored to everyone's needs. Family and friends are welcome at anytime and made to feel welcomed and included. We can not recommend the home enough. Huge thank you to you all for everything you do.
The activity's team are fabulous, the manager and the team are always encouraging residents to be involved in activities and put on some fantastic events for families and friends to attend. They are all a credit to Cloverleaf.
We had a lovely afternoon and a doggy play-date with certificates and special doggy ice-cream than a contest! The staff created a relaxed atmosphere giving each dog a moment to shine and plenty of time for residents (and their families) to meet and interact with the dogs. It was smiles and tail wags all round, a very special occasion. Thank you.
Had a lovely afternoon with the staff, residents and friends competing in races and enjoying a BBQ afterwards. The staff made the event fun, and it was great to meet other families. My mum enjoyed watching the action and being part of it all. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. Thanks to the ladies for organising and hosting the successful event.
The whole family are very happy with the care provided to Mum at Cloverleaf. Over the time that she has been a resident her care needs have changed but all the staff have been kind, caring and very responsive to her needs. What is especially lovely is that all the family feel welcome and supported during this difficult time.
My Mum moved into Cloverleaf last week. This was a very difficult time but all the staff have been extremely helpful and kind to Mum and me as her family. They always try to accommodate Mum's personal wishes, dietary needs, and individual needs. They are welcoming and interested in the needs and experiences of myself and other visitors - as well as Mum's. This is a lovely place, with lovely people.
