Overall we were very pleased wtih the care mum received. Just prior to moving to the home mum's health, weight & mental state were declining (in the first home she was in). The improvement in the first week at Cloverleaf was stiking as she put on weight, was happy & managed to walk again (with frame) for the first time since her hip operation - something we had started to think was impossible. This I think was down to the attentiveness & friendliness of the staff, who kept a close eye on her & fully attended to her needs.

Mollie and I volunteer for Therapy Dogs Nationwide and from our very first visit we have always been made to feel extremely welcome. I am always offered a coffee. One of our rules is we are never allowed to be left alone and we never are. The staff know who likes dogs and who doesn't. Mollie loves coming here as do I. The residents always look so happy and there is always plenty of things for them to do. If I had to choose only one care home to visit it would be this one.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. We are delighted to hear how welcome you and Mollie feel when you visit Cloverleaf.

I visit my relative 3-4 times a week and during the month try to attend some of the arranged activities. It is lovely to see the residents taking part, chatting, laughing and enjoying themselves. The Activities Team are thoughtful and have a very positive, happy outlook- which is contagious. It's impossible to come away from an event not feeling uplifted. I am sorry I missed the visit by the new therapy dog but have seen the pictures and heard from mum how well behaved and friendly she was. The Valentines afternoon tea was a triumph-food and service excellent. The staff at Cloverleaf are always helpful and work very hard to make sure all the residents are well cared for and feel loved. The new flooring has made a massive difference to the cleanliness of the communal areas, especially on the middle floor

It was our Aunties 90th birthday this week and we felt the staff gave her the birthday celebration she wanted.
We joined her today (live 3 hours away) for more cake and tea. The staff on duty today made us very welcome. Hayley, activities co-ordinator was wonderful with all the residents, we joined in her gentle stretch class. She is fabulous!

The home is beautifully decorated but feel the bedroom could do with a refurbishment

I visited my Aunt this weekend and met Hayley, the young lady who provides the activities for the residents. She came and introduced herself and was so helpful and kind to my Aunt. She told us

all about the 90th Birthday celebration that they had recently organized for my Aunt. She was pleased to meet us as she knew we had been following the Care Home on social media. She also led an activity with the residents and she was so engaging with all those that took part. Encouraging them to do what they could, but without putting any pressure on them. You can tell everyone loves her. We live quite far away, and can't get to visit our Aunt very often, but we left today, knowing what a lovely friend Hayley is to all the residents and how she keeps an eye on them all. She is smashing and a credit to the Care Home.

My mum has used a large number of care homes in the Lincoln area for respite care. Out of all the care homes, I felt that Tanglewood was the best, by far. The staff were caring, enthusiastic and provided a significant number of activities, that were well attended by the residents. I participated alongside my mum, with chair exercises which were very similar to chair yoga. I was impressed with the cleanliness and the large number of cosy social spaces, for use by residents. Thank you Tanglewood, for looking after my mum so well.

My mother has been in Cloverleaf now for 2 years. She is very happy and has made several friends. The staff are wonderful. They are very kind and helpful. When we visit every 3 weeks or so, we are greeted by our first names and made to feel very welcome. Living so far away, 100 miles, I love the social media page. It keeps me up to date with what my mother is doing. Thank you. All the staff - reception, caring, nursing, cleaning, catering, entertainments etc should be complimented on providing a first rate service.

During the time my wife has been at Cloverleaf she has been well looked after. They respond to her and carol has become more settled in day to day living. There has been a problem with one of the residents being aggressive to myself and Carol. This has been dealt with and things have improved. June has passed very quickly for me, which is an indication of a happy and fulfilling experience.
The activities team have been particularly busy this month with special celebrations in addition to the usual routines.
For me, the Glastonbury focus was lovely. Being a West Countryman, I could visualise the rising from the levels, keeping an eye on the masses beneath. Our own celebration was led by a singer who had a great rapport with the group, had a good voice, and chose an excellent and thoughtful programme. Thanks to all those involved. WOW! Ice cream!
I cannot praise the staff and management enough in their efforts to make my stay here as happy as possible. I find everyone from care, housekeeping and catering first class and the chef is imaginative and professional, and I enjoy the food and can always find an acceptable choice from the daily menu.
The room is always neat, tidy and clean, as are the home and the environs.

Thank you everyone.
