My mother has been in Cloverleaf now for 2 years. She is very happy and has made several friends. The staff are wonderful. They are very kind and helpful. When we visit every 3 weeks or so, we are greeted by our first names and made to feel very welcome. Living so far away, 100 miles, I love the social
media page. It keeps me up to date with what my mother is doing. Thank you. All the staff - reception, caring, nursing, cleaning, catering, entertainments etc should be complimented on providing a first rate service.

My mother has now been in the care home for over two years and is completely at home there, having joined what is for her another family. All the staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to make sure each resident is looked after and their needs met. It is always nice that there are a range of

During the time my wife has been at Cloverleaf she has been well looked after. They respond to her and carol has become more settled in day to day living. There has been a problem with one of the residents being aggressive to myself and Carol. This has been dealt with and things have improved. The entertainment,
which is provided for the residents has been good and is supported in most cases by the relatives. My family has assured Hayley and her team of their support in future activities

I visited my husband early evening (unusual for me). The staff were just about to change his trousers as he had spilt his tea - the meal. I felt so pleased to think that even this late in the day they still wanted to make my husband look neat & tidy. Many thanks.

Dad was only at Cloverleaf a short while and they never got the opportunity to know the person he was. Despite this the care, compassion, empathy and utter devotion shown not just to dad but to family surpassed our wildest expectations and dreams. They were and are truly exceptional.

Cloverleaf is by far the best nursing home I have ever visited and I have visited quite a few. From the cleaners and laundry staff right up to the manager the staff are kind, caring and expertly trained. It is clear to see that the staff love working here and genuinely care for the residents. June has passed very quickly for me, which is an indication of a happy and fulfilling experience.
The activities team have been particularly busy this month with special celebrations in addition to the usual routines.
For me, the Glastonbury focus was lovely. Being a West Countryman, I could visualise
the rising from the levels, keeping an eye on the masses beneath. Our own celebration was led by a singer who had a great rapport with the group, had a good voice, and chose an excellent and thoughtful programme. Thanks to all those involved. WOW! Ice cream!
I cannot praise the staff and management enough in their efforts to make my stay here as happy as possible. I find everyone from care, housekeeping and catering first class and the chef is imaginative and professional, and I enjoy the food and can always find an acceptable choice from the daily menu.
The room is always neat, tidy and clean, as are the home and the environs.

I have been here nearly two years. I am very happy here. All the staff are kind and friendly. I am very well looked after. I enjoy the activities which are provided every week. The home is always clean and tidy. I had a fall recently, and within seconds, 2/3 members of staff came to help me.

My father has been a resident for the past six months and we have been impressed with the Kindness shown to him by all members of staff. Cloverleaf is beautifully maintained and the bedrooms and communal areas are bright and inviting. We are always made to feel very welcome when visiting. The activities
team put on a wonderful range of daily activities and have encouraged my father to participate. I would not hesitate to recommend Cloverleaf to other families.

Mum has lived at Cloverleaf for several years now. The staff are really friendly and many have worked there for a long time which I think is really beneficial in understanding the residents, especially, when like mum, their needs change over time.
The home is well looked after and there is always a
variety of activities going on should the residents and their families want to take part. The enthusiasm of the activities team is brilliant!
Being in residential care is often a last resort for people, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Cloverleaf to others.

The care my mum has received over nearly 5 years has been outstanding from cleaning, facilities, carers & nurses through to the support staff. There is always a smile to greet you, a great laugh when joining in with the activities, I was always made to be part of the Cloverleaf family & mum loved her
time there, joining in the regular bingo & quizzes..
Their regular social media updates are wonderful for when families are not able to visit, especially the photos/videos of visiting musicians, dancers or the petting zoo & the special events are well organised, seasonal fairs, Mother's/Father's Day etc.( the cakes are lovely).
Nothing was ever too much trouble and I was treated with huge respect, kindness and compassion when mum sadly passed and I shall miss my regular visits for a catch up with the team.

Mum lived at Cloverleaf Care Home for nearly 5 years and only ever received the best of care and attention .
The staff were always friendly caring and helpful.
Mum passed away November and her last few days were treated with great kindness and compassion by the staff.

I attended Valentine's afternoon tea with my mother, a resident at Clover leaf. The 'cafe' room was well decorated in a valentine's theme and delicious cakes sandwiches cut in a heart shape and jam + cream scones were served. The staff were wonderful, particularly one member of staff who put a huge
amount of effort in to the event. In addition a personalised gift was given to me hand made by my mum which was a lovely touch. Thank you.

The staff and the management are all friendly, positive and helpful. They are supportive of the residents and treat them all with understanding and dignity. The catering is also excellent, with a choice of dishes, that are all cooked on the premises. My only criticism would be that residents' requests
are sometimes not communicated well between the carers. For example, a request to have a bath is not always passed on to the next shift. In summary, I would highly recommend Cloverleaf Nursing Home.

The atmosphere of the home is a home from home feel. The staff are friendly, caring, helpful and nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff. The activities that are available are amazing and tailored to everyone's needs. Family and friends are welcome at anytime and made to feel welcomed and included.
