We had a lovely afternoon and a doggy play-date with certificates and special doggy ice-cream than a contest! The staff created a relaxed atmosphere giving each dog a moment to shine and plenty of time for residents (and their families) to meet and interact with the dogs.
It was smiles and tail wags

Had a lovely afternoon with the staff, residents and friends competing in races and enjoying a BBQ afterwards.
The staff made the event fun, and it was great to meet other families. My mum enjoyed watching the action and being part of it all. The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. Thanks to

My Mum moved into Cloverleaf last week. This was a very difficult time but all the staff have been extremely helpful and kind to Mum and me as her family. They always try to accommodate Mum's personal wishes, dietary needs, and individual needs.
They are welcoming and interested in the needs and experiences
of myself and other visitors - as well as Mum's. This is a lovely place, with lovely people.

As can be seen from the tick box below we are very pleased with Cloverleaf Care Home. My Mother-in-law is very happy and settled here and that is enough for me, but we too are made welcome here and my wife and I enjoy our visits. The staff are more like friends and we have become friends with many of
my Mother-in-law's co-residents, taking part in many events with them.
It is expensive but worth the money.

My step-grandmother was at Cloverleaf for around 2 years. I can confidently say that she received the best possible care from an amazing group of people. Not just for her, but also for my grandad who visited her every single day. The staff always seem to have something planned, whether it’s music and
dancing classes, arts and crafts or even a dog show, they are always making a positive experience for the residents and the families. The staff at Cloverleaf went above and beyond to welcome my grandad each day, offered an ear for him to talk endlessly to, a shoulder to cry on and non-stop support (along with a cup of tea!) It was Grandma's birthday on 18th February and we came in as a family for a tea party at grandma's request. It was lovely with many of Grandma's friends/fellow residents all coming down to the lounge to join in with tea and cake and singing of Happy Birthday!
All staff were lovely as always when I
visited, the activities coordinator always puts so much effort into the activities with the residents and has organised so many residents and family events over the past year or so which is always nice to join in with. There is a real homely and community feel to the home.

My wife has been in the Cloverleaf for almost 2 years and has settled better in the last year than previously. This is helped by the fact that she and 3 other residents have formed a protective relationship and tend to participate with most activities. During the last 12 months more activities have
been offered and the resultant atmosphere has improved dramatically. The enthusiasm of the staff is obvious to all and helps me cope. The facilities are excellent, well maintained, and activities advertised on social media so that relatives are fully informed of events and invited to participate.

I visit a dear friend in Cloverleaf once a week and enjoy my time there. It's like home from home for all the residents. I love the different coloured bedroom doors with their own knockers and letterboxes. Everywhere is brightly lit and very colourful to help stimulate all the residents. They run a
wide range of daily activities, some of which I have joined in with. All the staff have a smile on their faces, easy to talk to and so very good with the residents, whatever their needs. The meals look and smell delicious. Healthy, traditional menus. The cleaners keep everywhere clean and fresh smelling. As soon as you walk through the front door you are always made to feel welcome. Receptionists are always polite, friendly and helpful. Nursing staff always treat residents with care and dignity and encourage them to be as independent as possible, will answer any questions and reassure you. Activities ladies always encourage as many residents as possible to join in and always seem
to find fun and stimulating things to do. Even granting wishes if possible. Food is always to a high standard and good old fashioned meals which residents can relate to. Cleaners are always friendly and helpful. Any maintenance is done straight away. Overall, all staff I have met all work to a high standard and it is such a comfort to know my loved one is well cared for and happy.

I visited mum on 17th November for 3 hours. She has severe dementia and little language, but still knows I am someone she loves. To see her so calm and happy is a real joy and I have no doubt this is down to the high quality of care she receives at the home. Mum has been there for 18 months and I have
watched her go from being highly agitated and prone to emotional outbursts to being more smiley, funny and engaging - how my mum used to be.
The lovely activity/support workers, showed me her scrapbook of photographs with Mum taking part in gentle activities. It was so good to see her laughing and smiling in the pictures and engaging both with the staff and the other residents.
I must make special mention of the Senior Care Assistant, who we as a family absolutely trust and value her nursing skills and judgement. We know she always has Mum's best interests at heart. We also commend the other staff. You have created a safe place for my mum. Thank you to all of you.

My friend and neighbour has been cared for at the home for over a year now. Care has been exceptional.
Although she rarely engages anymore with activities, it is always heartwarming during my visits to see all the activities undertaken by the staff. Residents are seen enjoying themselves and it’s lovely
to see.
All the staff seem to know all the residents really well and make visitors feel extremely welcome.
