My only criticism would be that residents' requests are sometimes not communicated well between the carers. For example, a request to have a bath is not always passed on to the next shift. The staff at Cloverleaf went above and beyond to welcome my grandad each day, offered an ear for him to talk endlessly to, a shoulder to cry on and non-stop support (along with a cup of tea!)
