My wife has been a resident in the home since it opened and has received excellent care. The bedrooms are well furnished with good quality matching furniture and all have ensuite facilities. The dining and lounge areas are also well laid out again with quality matching furniture. There is a qualified
nurse on duty at all times and medicines are professionally distributed. The health of residents is constantly monitored and care plans amended as necessary. The care staff, events organisers and management are very sympathetic and friendly in looking after the individual needs of residents and in their relationship with residents' families and visitors. The pressures of the pandemic have been dealt with in a professional and safe manner, providing families with the reassurance that their relatives are well protected and cared for.

I visit this home most weeks when I am able to and the staff are very friendly and caring. I feel I could ask them anything I may be worried about. I have recommended it to a friend who has since moved their family member there also. My family member seems to have settled in so well. Thank you to all

Pleasant surroundings and atmosphere. Staff all very polite, friendly and co-operative. My cousin, to whom I am next of kin, was admitted in April during the most trying and testing time for managers, residents and staff. My cousin was a little unhappy to start with and felt a little isolated due to
her immobility and the enforced isolation for new residents. However, the few teething problems we experienced were quickly and efficiently addressed and she now feels very settled and part of the home with plenty of interaction. Indoor visits were strictly organised according to guidelines and worked extremely well, until the recent government lockdown. I can only praise all involved in the care and running of this excellent home during the most testing months they have ever encountered and are now working towards indoor visits once more.

My mother has been a resident at Cloverleaf Care Home for 8 months. I visit very frequently and each time staff are always caring and supportive, they understand my mother's needs and, despite her advanced dementia, always treat her with compassion and dignity and are so kind. Cloverleaf is a lovely
home, beautiful, bright, spacious with a welcoming atmosphere. There is always tea/coffee/snacks available, and the food is varied and of a high standard. Rooms are very well equipped and kept spotless. Apart from the expense, I cannot find any fault in this home and the care provided.

My mother keeps falling and every time she does they phone me and tell me. The staff are lovely and you see the same faces every time you visit, which is great as they get to know the patients.

Staff were extremely helpful and understanding when we needed crisis respite care for my mother. She was very reluctant to stay but was booked in for 13 days, after which she announced that she didn't want to go home. She eventually stayed for 25 days and is booked in again. What more recommendation
do you need.
