My family and I are very pleased and satisfied with the care and attention my wife has received since taking up residence at Cloverleaf Nursing Home. All the staff are very caring and attentive and are very pleased to do whatever is necessary to make sure her stay is a happy one.

All the staff seem very caring of all the residents. The food offered is varied and freshly prepared every day. The whole atmosphere is friendly and positive.

If I had one complaint it would be that the rooms are very small, with not enough space for wheelchair storage and no cupboards in the en-suite shower room, meaning that all personal items stand on view.

My mother was transferred from another care home in October 2021. From looking round to arranging the move to Cloverleaf Nursing Home, we felt very welcomed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Mum settled in very quickly and feels very happy and comfortable. The home is designed so well and cheerful and well furnished. It is the best decision we made as a family to move Mum there as she is comfortable and well cared for.

My experience of Tanglewood Cloverleaf Nursing Home is that every person who works there is very good at their job and very caring to each person who is ill in there. The actual carers and nursing staff always keep you up to date with how things are going. I have already told other people about how good they are.

Every member of staff from management to cleaners have been brilliant. They all work hard and are so caring and supportive of residents and visiting relatives. Putting my mum into a care home was very difficult but the staff at Cloverleaf were so helpful and supportive it made it all a little easier. Although I cannot be with her as often as I would like, I know she is being well cared for and they keep me updated.

My dad was extremely well looked after in this home.
From being very poorly at home, the Cloverleaf Nursing Home staff scooped us up as a family and did their utmost to ensure my dad's stay was as comfortable as possible.
The team cared for my dad extremely well in a lovely environment. It's so important that in these buildings the people actually care, and here they do. Enough to prolong life and provide as much dignity and care as you would for your own family.

Thank you so much Cloverleaf.

I'm amazed that the staff have coped so well with the most trying time in the home's history. The staff make the home and are the heartbeat of a comfortable life for the residents. It's been a hard time for all at the home but the future looks much brighter.

Review from Peter W (Wife of Resident) published on 4 December 2020 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

My wife has been a resident in the home since it opened and has received excellent care. The bedrooms are well furnished with good quality matching furniture and all have ensuite facilities. The dining and lounge areas are also well laid out again with quality matching furniture. There is a qualified nurse on duty at all times and medicines are professionally distributed. The health of residents is constantly monitored and care plans amended as necessary. The care staff, events organisers and management are very sympathetic and friendly in looking after the individual needs of residents and in their relationship with residents' families and visitors. The pressures of the pandemic have been dealt with in a professional and safe manner, providing families with the reassurance that their relatives are well protected and cared for.

I visit this home most weeks when I am able to and the staff are very friendly and caring. I feel I could ask them anything I may be worried about. I have recommended it to a friend who has since moved their family member there also. My family member seems to have settled in so well. Thank you to all the staff for what you are dealing with so well in this strange time.

Review from Lesley H (Cousin of Resident) published on 2 December 2020 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

Pleasant surroundings and atmosphere. Staff all very polite, friendly and co-operative. My cousin, to whom I am next of kin, was admitted in April during the most trying and testing time for managers, residents and staff. My cousin was a little unhappy to start with and felt a little isolated due to her immobility and the enforced isolation for new residents. However, the few teething problems we experienced were quickly and efficiently addressed and she now feels very settled and part of the home with plenty of interaction. Indoor visits were strictly organised according to guidelines and worked extremely well, until the recent government lockdown. I can only praise all involved in the care and running of this excellent home during the most testing months they have ever encountered and are now working towards indoor visits once more.

My mother has been a resident at Cloverleaf Care Home for 8 months. I visit very frequently and each time staff are always caring and supportive, they understand my mother's needs and, despite her advanced dementia, always treat her with compassion and dignity and are so kind. Cloverleaf is a lovely home, beautiful, bright, spacious with a welcoming atmosphere. There is always tea/coffee/snacks available, and the food is varied and of a high standard. Rooms are very well equipped and kept spotless. Apart from the expense, I cannot find any fault in this home and the care provided.

My mother keeps falling and every time she does they phone me and tell me. The staff are lovely and you see the same faces every time you visit, which is great as they get to know the patients.

Staff were extremely helpful and understanding when we needed crisis respite care for my mother. She was very reluctant to stay but was booked in for 13 days, after which she announced that she didn't want to go home. She eventually stayed for 25 days and is booked in again. What more recommendation do you need.
