Being able to see the residents through Cloverleaf's social media is great. Having the option of seeing my grandma and other residents enjoying the events and activities available to her is fantastic. The regular upload of videos and photos shows a side of the home I wouldn't normally see, making it more special to see.

My wife has been in the Cloverleaf for almost 2 years and has settled better in the last year than previously. This is helped by the fact that she and 3 other residents have formed a protective relationship and tend to participate with most activities. During the last 12 months more activities have been offered and the resultant atmosphere has improved dramatically. The enthusiasm of the staff is obvious to all and helps me cope. The facilities are excellent, well maintained, and activities advertised on social media so that relatives are fully informed of events and invited to participate.

It warms our hearts to hear that your wife has found a sense of belonging at Cloverleaf over the past two years, especially with the close-knit group of residents she has formed relationships with. I visit a dear friend in Cloverleaf once a week and enjoy my time there. It's like home from home for all the residents. I love the different coloured bedroom doors with their own knockers and letterboxes. Everywhere is brightly lit and very colourful to help stimulate all the residents. They run a wide range of daily activities, some of which I have joined in with. All the staff have a smile on their faces, easy to talk to and so very good with the residents, whatever their needs. The meals look and smell delicious. Healthy, traditional menus. The cleaners keep everywhere clean and fresh smelling. As soon as you walk through the front door you are always made to feel welcome. Excellent.

Receptionists are always polite, friendly and helpful. Nursing staff always treat residents with care and dignity and encourage them to be as independent as possible, will answer any questions and reassure you. Activities ladies always encourage as many residents as possible to join in and always seem to find fun and stimulating things to do. Even granting wishes if possible. Food is always to a high standard and good old fashioned meals which residents can relate to. Cleaners are always friendly and helpful. Any maintenance is done straight away. Overall, all staff I have met all work to a high standard and it is such a comfort to know my loved one is well cared for and happy.

I visited mum on 17th November for 3 hours. She has severe dementia and little language, but still knows I am someone she loves. To see her so calm and happy is a real joy and I have no doubt this is down to the high quality of care she receives at the home. Mum has been there for 18 months and I have watched her go from being highly agitated and prone to emotional outbursts to being more smiley, funny and engaging - how my mum used to be.
The lovely activity/support workers, showed me her scrapbook of photographs with Mum taking part in gentle activities. It was so good to see her laughing and smiling in the pictures and engaging both with the staff and the other residents.

I must make special mention of the Senior Care Assistant, who we as a family absolutely trust and value her nursing skills and judgement. We know she always has Mum's best interests at heart. We also commend the other staff. You have created a safe place for my mum. Thank you to all of you.

So we celebrated 'Lincolnshire Day' with a quiz and some tasty bites. A relaxed, casual atmosphere - all very friendly and welcoming. Not sure how we did with the quiz, but good fun all the same. Thank you to all.

My friend and neighbour has been cared for at the home for over a year now. Care has been exceptional.
Although she rarely engages anymore with activities, it is always heartwarming during my visits to see all the activities undertaken by the staff. Residents are seen enjoying themselves and it’s lovely to see.
All the staff seem to know all the residents really well and make visitors feel extremely welcome.

Well done one and all.

My wife and I were invited to a 'crazy hat party' last week at Cloverleaf. Everyone was given a crazy hat to wear from policeman's helmets to sun visors. An enormous selection of homemade cakes was served with an endless supply of tea! It was well attended with all the residents joining in the fun, wearing hats and enjoying the whole event. Well done and thank you.

The overall care of residents and visiting carers is second to none. The high standard of care and cleanliness is maintained on a daily basis. I have never witnessed any member of staff being anything other than caring and patient with residents. My wife has been confined to her bed for medical reasons, despite this every effort is made to include her in anything going on. Food and drink I should like to clarify comments. I have no complaints about the drink or the quality of ingredients used. It is with the quality of meals being served, this could be improved. My wife is vegetarian and does not have much of an appetite, smaller portions would help. Curry can be too hot or salty and custard is often served without being sweetened.

Came to visit my relative in Cloverleaf and had a lovely time joining in all their activities for the Wimbledon final. It was lovely to see all the residents enjoying their Pimms, lemonade, strawberries and cream and all having a wonderful time. Wish I was visiting on the Sunday. One of the activity ladies informed us it was national ice cream day and they were having all sorts of lovely ice creams with toppings. Well done to the activities team.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The reception staff are excellent and professional. The care of my mother is first-rate, and all staff seem to know my mother well. The home feels friendly, and the decor is up to hotel standards and always appears clean and tidy. Perhaps a few more comfortable chairs would be nice, but I do appreciate the issue of hygiene may be the driving factor in this aspect. Many thanks for the excellent service.

We have both of our parents residing in Cloverleaf Nursing Home and both are fully settled, comfortable and happy in their surroundings. We are completely confident that all of their care needs are fully taken care of, we are always impressed by the number and quality of staff members present and how they are continuously engaging with all of the residents. Everywhere in the home is spotlessly clean and obviously very well-maintained. I doubt that I could find a better, more efficiently run organisation anywhere.

My dad has settled well into life at Cloverleaf Nursing Home since arriving in June. The staff are caring, friendly and cooperative. Dad recently had a bad chest infection and was quite poorly. I was very impressed by their care of him at the time and grateful that because of their diligence, he was able to avoid going to the hospital. The reception staff are very welcoming and understanding at a difficult time in the lives of the residents and their families.

My family and I are very pleased with the care and attention that my mum received whilst at Cloverleaf from October to December 2022. All the staff were so caring and did as much as they can to make Mum feel at home and well cared for. The whole care home feels so friendly and positive and you really get a chance to get to know all the carers and admin team, it feels like one big family. The rooms are comfortable and cosy and the home and grounds are maintained to a high standard. The handyman is always on site so any changes to your room you wish to make, it is followed up on very quickly. The management team are always on-site and you can always talk to any of them if you need to. Obviously, there are always little things that don't always run to plan but this happens everywhere, there is always someone to talk to, to tweak any requirements, and communication flows both ways. I can't recommend this care home enough, it was the best decision we made for our mum.
