Had a really lovely day at the Cloverleaf annual summer fayre despite the rainy weather! Lots of singing and dancing with both residents and staff. Well done for organising yet another fun time for all the residents and their families!

My wife and I were invited to a 'crazy hat party' last week at Cloverleaf. Everyone was given a crazy hat to wear from policeman's helmets to sun visors. An enormous selection of homemade cakes was served with an endless supply of tea! It was well attended with all the residents joining in the fun,
wearing hats and enjoying the whole event. Well done and thank you.

The overall care of residents and visiting carers is second to none. The high standard of care and cleanliness is maintained on a daily basis. I have never witnessed any member of staff being anything other than caring and patient with residents. My wife has been confined to her bed for medical reasons,
despite this every effort is made to include her in anything going on. Food and drink I should like to clarify comments. I have no complaints about the drink or the quality of ingredients used. It is with the quality of meals being served, this could be improved. My wife is vegetarian and does not have much of an appetite, smaller portions would help. Curry can be too hot or salty and custard is often served without being sweetened.

Came to visit my relative in Cloverleaf and had a lovely time joining in all their activities for the Wimbledon final. It was lovely to see all the residents enjoying their Pimms, lemonade, strawberries and cream and all having a wonderful time. Wish I was visiting on the Sunday. One of the activity
ladies informed us it was national ice cream day and they were having all sorts of lovely ice creams with toppings. Well done to the activities team.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The reception staff are excellent and professional. The care of my mother is first-rate, and all staff seem to know my mother well. The home feels friendly, and the decor is up to hotel standards and always appears clean and tidy. Perhaps a few more comfortable
chairs would be nice, but I do appreciate the issue of hygiene may be the driving factor in this aspect. Many thanks for the excellent service.

We have both of our parents residing in Cloverleaf Nursing Home and both are fully settled, comfortable and happy in their surroundings. We are completely confident that all of their care needs are fully taken care of, we are always impressed by the number and quality of staff members present and how
they are continuously engaging with all of the residents. Everywhere in the home is spotlessly clean and obviously very well-maintained. I doubt that I could find a better, more efficiently run organisation anywhere.

My dad has settled well into life at Cloverleaf Nursing Home since arriving in June. The staff are caring, friendly and cooperative. Dad recently had a bad chest infection and was quite poorly. I was very impressed by their care of him at the time and grateful that because of their diligence, he was
able to avoid going to the hospital. The reception staff are very welcoming and understanding at a difficult time in the lives of the residents and their families.

My family and I are very pleased with the care and attention that my mum received whilst at Cloverleaf from October to December 2022. All the staff were so caring and did as much as they can to make Mum feel at home and well cared for. The whole care home feels so friendly and positive and you really
get a chance to get to know all the carers and admin team, it feels like one big family. The rooms are comfortable and cosy and the home and grounds are maintained to a high standard. The handyman is always on site so any changes to your room you wish to make, it is followed up on very quickly. The management team are always on-site and you can always talk to any of them if you need to. Obviously, there are always little things that don't always run to plan but this happens everywhere, there is always someone to talk to, to tweak any requirements, and communication flows both ways. I can't recommend this care home enough, it was the best decision we made for our mum.

All the staff seem very caring of all the residents. The food offered is varied and freshly prepared every day. The whole atmosphere is friendly and positive.
If I had one complaint it would be that the rooms are very small, with not enough space for wheelchair storage and no cupboards in the en-suite
shower room, meaning that all personal items stand on view.

My mother was transferred from another care home in October 2021. From looking round to arranging the move to Cloverleaf Nursing Home, we felt very welcomed and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Mum settled in very quickly and feels very happy and comfortable. The home is designed so well and
cheerful and well furnished. It is the best decision we made as a family to move Mum there as she is comfortable and well cared for.

Every member of staff from management to cleaners have been brilliant. They all work hard and are so caring and supportive of residents and visiting relatives. Putting my mum into a care home was very difficult but the staff at Cloverleaf were so helpful and supportive it made it all a little easier.
Although I cannot be with her as often as I would like, I know she is being well cared for and they keep me updated.

My dad was extremely well looked after in this home.
From being very poorly at home, the Cloverleaf Nursing Home staff scooped us up as a family and did their utmost to ensure my dad's stay was as comfortable as possible.
The team cared for my dad extremely well in a lovely environment. It's so important
that in these buildings the people actually care, and here they do. Enough to prolong life and provide as much dignity and care as you would for your own family.
