Manager and staff are extremely kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Home is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Lovely setting close to Birkenhead Park. Security is good and clocking in and out is easy to do. My friend, who is currently a resident there, says that the food is
really nice and that the home is like a 5 star hotel.

A real pleasure to visit my friend. Everyone is so helpful and polite, beautiful room, very clean and bright. Nothing is a burden to staff, they are excellent and very Professional. My friend is very happy here.

Dad had a visit for respite care in December - A wonderful place, the team here really made dad feel at home. We popped for a couple of visits whilst mum was away having a break and the family couldn't speak more highly of The Grove. The importance of high care and understanding due to issues at
previous places really made the grove stand out and dad is looking forward to his next visit.
