My mother moved into The Grove nursing home after deteriorating and being too complex to go back to her previous care home (residential). Debbie the manager is amazing, she goes above and beyond to ensure the care is patient centred and tailored to the individual, you can tell she really does care about her job. All the staff are lovely and professional, all my queries are dealt with and I've had no issues. It's also decorated like a hotel and very asthetically pleasing with lovely big rooms.
Thank you so much for your lovely review, it really means a lot to us. We will pass on all feedback to our amazing team!
Manager and staff are extremely kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Home is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Lovely setting close to Birkenhead Park. Security is good and clocking in and out is easy to do. My friend, who is currently a resident there, says that the food is really nice and that the home is like a 5 star hotel.
Thank you so much for your lovely review, this really means a lot to us here at The Grove!

Dad had a visit for respite care in December - A wonderful place, the team here really made dad feel at home. We popped for a couple of visits whilst mum was away having a break and the family couldn't speak more highly of The Grove. The importance of high care and understanding due to issues at previous places really made the grove stand out and dad is looking forward to his next visit.
Thank you so much for your kind words and support, this really means a lot to us being a brand new home we really strive for the five star service!
