My mum was at Sandiway for nearly 2 years and I can say the staff were excellent and looked after her really well. When she could, she took part in the activities and had some really good days out.

My friend suffers from progressive vascular dementia and was placed at Bucklow Manor after a long spell of being lovingly cared for at home solely by her husband. Her needs became more than he could manage and her move into 24/7 care was regrettably inevitable. She settled in surprisingly quickly and
because of the attention and care of the staff I saw a noticeable improvement in her mobility and interactions. As a result of the general activity, and being amongst many more people, she has been brought back from a general malaise. She had started to need a wheelchair at home and I was delighted to see her walking independently again, albeit at a steady pace but without any aid. On my visit, and accompanied by her husband, she could hold their dog's lead and still walk without assistance. I was very impressed with the staff and the attention they give to the residents' care. The common rooms were clean, fresh and airy and the entrance was welcoming and with a small waiting area.

My mum is in the Barns part of Davenham Hall, a separate unit for dementia. Very welcoming and friendly. Qualified nursing staff. Nice food. Plenty of activities scheduled although my mum doesn't participate. She is well looked after and I trust the staff. Rooms are spacious with good furniture. Always
warm inside. Security is good for access and exit.

Can not praise this home enough, the care my mother had was first class, every member of staff in all depts were amazing.
The dedication of the carers were to be commended. You hear so bad comments about care homes, but got to say Hinstock Manor, I would have no hesitation in saying to anyone who is
looking into care home but to do there very best to put this one on top of your list.

Mum was admitted for end of life care and although only there for one week the staff and management couldn't have done any more for her or us the relatives. The care was exceptional as mum was made comfortable and the room was nice and the food excellent. We stayed 24/7 until mum passed and the staff
went above and beyond to help us at this traumatic time. Thank you all.

The Lawn Park went above and beyond the care needed for our daughter, she was in the home for 6 weeks and in that time all the staff and management couldn't do enough for us as a family.

My mother was a resident for 4 weeks after being in hospital following a fall. The care she received was excellent and so much more reassuring after terrible hospital care. My family and I are so grateful to the staff making her last few weeks comfortable and caring for her so well. She was over 100
and sadly died after 4 weeks but during that time the staff were very supportive both of mum and the family and communication was excellent. We are very grateful to you all.

Our interaction with staff at the Lawns has been excellent. The management always listened constructively to our comments. Moreover whenever we arrived at the home the senior staff member we first met always knew how our friend was that day. On occasion when we visited we witnessed the interaction
between our friend and staff and it was one which showed her confidence in them and they acted with patience and care towards her.
After her recent death I and my wife organised her funeral. We were both touched and impressed that the manager and a number of staff attended. Not only this but a poem about her was composed by them and formed part of the tribute.
In summary we felt that the Lawns did an impressive job in caring and supporting our dear friend during the final years of her life.

Our family member has been treated with utmost care, kindness & dignity. She is very happy at this home.
All the staff at every level give 110% all of the time & are very welcoming & helpful.

Dad moved into Westwood Hall a couple of months ago. He has been able to gradually settle in with the support of some amazing staff. Not only do The Team at Westwood create a friendly for their residents but family and visitors too

I cannot express enough how friendly & caring every member of staff were. Our father was transferred to Bamford Grange for end of life care. Their compassion to not only our father but to us as a family, we felt supported and thought they were amazing.

My brother is in Bamford and the care he is getting is exceptional. He has complex needs and all his needs are met. His room is personalised to his own taste and has a lot of his own belongings in his room. He enjoys some of the activities that are provided by the home. All the staff are very polite
and helpful and the home is clean. My brother is very comfortable here it is a home away from home
