When visiting The Grove I find it very welcoming. Staff are very friendly very pleasant surroundings. A lovely location.

Amazing staff that have taken wonderful care of my mother. Specifically call out Julie (activity dir.) for keeping her busy. Love that my mom is in great care!

A lovely place for anyone needing nursing care.

Lack of "activities" at first was disapointing but new organiser now appointed.

Cannot recommend it enough

Mum wasn't there long but I felt I couldn't have chosen better.

My grandad has been in Ringway since July. I'm very happy with the staff they go up above and beyond. They've always reassured me that my grandad is safe. He is very happy and very settled now as we are now in the end of August , the staff also reassure my grandad if he needs any support they are very helpful. They all work very hard. We also enjoyed the family day which was provided it was very enjoyable and it was good to see the residents having a lot of fun. It's very nice that they do family days to get us all involved. I think that's an amazing idea and will be attending as many as I can. The Care is 100% Anson house where my Grandad is is very clean. The staff are always smiling so gave me reassurance even by calling me to let me know if Grandad has any issues or problems they go above and beyond. I'm very happy that I placed my Grandad in this Carehome , my Grandad has built a good relationship with the staff now and he really enjoys being there, my Grandad also enjoys the meal

My mother-in-law has been in Bucklow Manor for a few weeks now and seems very settled. She is eating well and enjoying the routines. The care staff know her habits and preferences and treat her with dignity and kindness. She recently celebrated her birthday and the cook made a beautiful cake for her to share with other residents.

My father was with you for only a week as he was transferred from hospital at end of life stage. You cared for him with such amazing compassion, dignity and respect. I cannot praise you all enough. Most wonderful staff. An absolute credit to your profession. My father died peacefully, comfortable and safe. Thankyou so much, words really cannot express my admiration xx

Mum is happy in the home. All the staff are friendly and caring and also knowledgeable about their residents needs. They made mum a lovely birthday cake and made a fuss of her on her big day. The home itself is excellent with plenty of space and different areas to sit in . The gardens are terrific and the surroundings could not be better.

Most of the staff were kind caring and friendly and made my mums end of life as good as can be. There was several staff that was outstanding some not as good mostly Agency staff Rooms could do with being updated.

Dad has been here 5 months. The difference has been amazing. Thank you.

I chose this home after speaking to one of the nurses who listened to my concerns and was incredibly knowledgeable about by Mum's needs. All of the staff were so caring and did everything they could to make Mum's stay as comfortable as possible. They all supported her rehabilitation in a kind and professional manner, keeping me informed of all they were doing.The progress Mum made at Meadiw View was incredible and I would highly recommend it to anybody.

My Dad went for respite care and has continued in Henning Hall as a long-term resident. He settled quickly in the home due to the excellent care he received and the patience and kindness of the carers and nurses. There is a lovely atmosphere in the home and I can't praise the staff enough for how they have cared for my Dad.

I highly recommend hinstock manor all the staff are amazing as are Heather and clare both my parents were residents of hinstock manor my dad still lives here unfortunately mum passed away 4 weeks ago the care and compassion shown to my mum was above and beyond also to myself and brothers and of course my dad they truly couldn't do enough my dad loves being there he loves the staff he loves the food he's very happy always lots of staff around the place is very secure and clean the staff are all very very friendly

The interaction with the staff is amazing and she is always treated as an individual. Mum is always clean and well dressed. Her room is always spotless. The food she eats is varied and cooked on site by the amazing catering team who, when delivering the hot food trollies always are happy and interact well with residents and families. The whole care team, including the activity coordinators are amazing and always keep us updated on any issues which may arise and always discuss changes required in Mum"s care and the need to change care plans in line with medical professionals. Connor, a particular member of staff is amazing and makes our visits a joy. The senior management team are excellent and very supportive and are always accessible if needed. Thank you to all.

I want to acknowledge the compassion, care, professionalism, dedication and support all members of staff displayed to my brother during his time with you. Because of your team, my brother's life was enriched and enjoyed whilst under your care. These attributes were more apparent at the end of Ian's life when your team ensured his last few days were as dignified and as comfortable and pain-free as possible. The care and support given to me, and my family was something we will not forget.
