My lifelong friend has been in Beech House for 18 months plus she is very happy and cant speak highly enough of everyone and surroundings.
I have visited on many occasions always greeted with a smile and offer of a coffee.
In December I went along on a Monday morning only to arrive just before they
were to be entertained with a pantomime. I was very moved & humbled to sit and share it with all, the staff were wonderful and it was a very happy experience.

I cannot thank the staff enough. The care, love, support, and listening to family it is above and beyond. Thank you for your kindness and for how they treat the residents; it is truly amazing and compassionate. I sleep at night knowing my dad is comfortable, safe and happily cared for. The nursing home
is a credit, and I am so very grateful. The food is better than I have at my home, never hungry, always with so much to eat. Activities amazing. Thank you, Alison. I'm happy my dad is with you. Christina.

My sister was in Ringway Mews. We could not have asked for better care than she recied by her carers. She was loved and cared for as though she was one of their own family. They treated her with total dignity and compassion. I would recommend anyone putting a family member into care to put them into
this lovely home. The manager and caring team were so caring towards her, and to all of us as a family, we will be forever grateful for everything they did for her.

Although this is not a purpose-built modern building, it is very homely and welcoming. The staff were extremely kind and understanding. They took time to sit with my husband and talk about his interests. He was very comfortable there.

Overall I cannot complain of the standard of care my father receives. He has always been cared for in a dignified manner and any medical issues have been dealt with quickly with concerned commitment from the staff. The dedicated permanent staff at Kingscourt deserve praise for the caring they show to
the patients.

From the very first time I knocked on the door I had a real positive feeling that Bamford Grange was the perfect place for my mother to reside to.
The first people I met could not help me anymore than they did and I thank Rolf and Donna for their very friendly welcome and introduction.
Well done Bamford
Grange.

Everything is good, the carers are excellent. It is clearly not as easy for agency staff to relate to her as well.

We are delighted that Mum has moved to Brimstage Manor. My Dad was also a resident here many years ago and it is lovely to see so many of the staff still here. Mum is so well looked after. She is clean, warm and clearly so settled here. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. The home
is spotless and the laundry service is superb. The food is delicious and wholesome too. As a family, we couldn't be happier with Brimstage Manor and are grateful to all the staff for their care, patience and kindness.

My mum stayed here from October to November 2025 under a D2A placement. Shortly after arriving, she fell out of bed onto a hard floor because bed rails were not used, despite them being in her care plan. She had to be taken to hospital and was in significant pain.
When she was discharged back to Ringway,
her care needs were still not being met. Her personal hygiene was not adequately attended to and there were issues with her medication. The food was of such poor quality that I frequently brought in meals myself. Her room was also unclean.
We raised these concerns with the care home manager, but after allowing 28 days, no investigation was done. We then contacted the head office, but the response we eventually received did not address the problems we had reported.
Once the D2A placement ended, the social worker agreed to an emergency move, but sadly, Mum never recovered from the poor care she received.
I cannot recommend this care home and would urge others to consider different option.
Reply from Macie Cox, Marketing Executive at Ringway Mews Care HomeThank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to read about your mother's experience and the distress this situation has caused you and your family.
The safety, dignity, and wellbeing of our residents are our highest priorities, and we take concerns of this nature extremely seriously. We are disappointed to hear that you feel your concerns were not fully addressed at the time.

All the staff at Windy Knows Care Home have welcomed my mum with open arms into their lovely, homely home. Mum is known by all the staff who address her by name, and always stop for a little chat and a dance! Mum is encouraged to join in the daily activities, and we have recently joined mum on a day
trip to the garden centre, memories my sister and I treasure. Thank you to everyone for caring for mum

Every time we visit we are met by care staff with a smile and helpful. My sister-in-law is always clean and warm and does not seem distressed as we leave. We know that living at your own home is your first choice, but this is not always possible. Kingscourt are doing their very best. The staff are lovely.

Overall very happy with the care mum is receiving. The home is very 'homely', friendly with good decorations etc. The care staff are marvellous, but feel they are always under pressure due to the number of tasks they are expected to do, the needs of the residents ever increasing + seemingly lack of
staff available. Therefore bells not answered promptly no time to chat - not their fault. Activities are ok but don't always happen in line with timetable which is confusing and not always appropriate due to residents limitations!!
Reply from Macie Cox, Marketing Executive at Beech House Nursing HomeThank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear you are happy with the care your mum is receiving and appreciate your kind comments about our staff. We acknowledge your concerns regarding staffing pressures and activities and would like to assure you that we keep these under regular review to ensure residents' needs continue to be met. Thank you again for taking the time to share your views, we really appreciate it.

Wanted to take some time to make sure I put together a review of Henning Hall. My mum was in there for nearly two years and throughout her time there, we witnessed nothing short of excellent care from everyone on the care team. They always had someone watching over the residents, who were never left
alone or we felt were unsupported. Always a friendly welcome and would offer you a cup of tea or coffee when you arrived, not to mention a slice of cake if you wanted! Very relaxed atmosphere, which made my mum feel happy and at home. Really nice activities to keep everyone occupied and stimulated. My mum continually wanted to leave previous care homes, but we never got that from her, when she was at Henning. She was happy and settled throughout her time. Real big thanks to the team for making her final days comfortable and most of all peaceful. x

In general, my experience was good. Support by staff was good and very prompt if you used your call button. Food was always good. My room was a bit on the small side. The physio was very disappointing. I was supposed to have psychotherapy every day, but this did not happen, and visits were very random.
Reply from Macie Cox, Marketing Executive at Henning Hall Nursing HomeThank you so much for your review, we really appreciate your feedback at Henning! Sadly we don't have any control on the physiotherapy visits as they are linked to the hospital not Henning personally.

My mum moved to the home when she was no longer able to live independently and lived there for over 2 years. She was welcomed from the start and received a lot of support in adjusting to her new situation. She celebrated her 104th and 105th birthdays there, with lovely parties on both occasions. When
it became clear that the end was near the staff did all they could to keep us as a family well informed and to make her comfortable. She passed away peacefully in the home in her own bed and in a room she knew well which was important to her and her family.
