I have nothing but good things to say about the care home. The prement staff were fantastic they had a great repore with the patients. In my dads case they figured out the best way of dealing and asking him about things very quickly and they always made him smile. They also took amazing care of my mum and the rest of the family. Dad sadly passed away while in the care home but the compassion show to dad and the family was second to none.

An absolutely amazing care home. The staff go above and beyond every single day, and their communication with our family is excellent. Crucially, the residents are treated with true love, respect, and compassion. Finding a safe place for my granddad with dementia was a daunting task, but this home has been wonderful. The level of compassion, patience, and tailored support they provide for his needs is outstanding.

Was very surprised at the attentiveness the family and myself had, nothing was too much trouble the staff was very supportive, friendly and went above and beyond, never before had I been in a care home under the circumstances I was was skeptical however I had no reason to be exceptional support given. Will recommend your care if I'm asked. A big thank you to all.x

Mum was admitted for end of life care and although only there for one week the staff and management couldn't have done any more for her or us the relatives. The care was exceptional as mum was made comfortable and the room was nice and the food excellent. We stayed 24/7 until mum passed and the staff went above and beyond to help us at this traumatic time. Thank you all.

The Lawn Park went above and beyond the care needed for our daughter, she was in the home for 6 weeks and in that time all the staff and management couldn't do enough for us as a family.

The whole experience at this home was amazing.The care given was superb ,from the management, cleaner,carers infact everyone was outstanding .My sister Maria couldn t have asked for better care .I would like to take this oppotunity to thank everyone for your professional service

Our dad was cared for on an end of life plan. From the first contact with the managers of the home and the staff we were treated with absolute care. The home has a lovely caring feel to it. All of the staff are knowledgable and extremely caring. There is an obvious caring and respectful culture set by the management team. Nothing was too much trouble. We were all looked after when we stayed with dad 24/7 in his final days. Thank you for your care and empathy in dads final stage. 10/10.

My father was admitted for end of life care. Everyone had a great approach with dealing with our situation after what has been a really traumatic period in my dad's life. There is a genuine, caring empathetic culture in the facility that runs right the way through the team from management to carers. Nothing is too much trouble and the team encourage you to genuinely treat the care home as "your home." We were allowed as a family to "live" in the Poplars for the final two weeks before my Dad passed away. He was always spoken to with the greatest respect and always attended to with the highest standards. I would absolutely recommend this care home to anyone - the care is fantastic, the processes and procedures are always followed and the home itself is spotless. Thank you for your support during what has been an incredibly difficult time - but you guys made it bearable and supported us as a family to ensure my Dad was at peace and being cared for 24/7. Although this is not a purpose-built modern building, it is very homely and welcoming. The staff were extremely kind and understanding. They took time to sit with my husband and talk about his interests. He was very comfortable there.

Over the Christmas period the staff did their utmost to make it a very happy festive season for the residents and for visitors too. We enjoyed the cheerfulness of the decorations and the beautifully decorated live Christmas tree in the lounge with a staff member carefully following the strict instructions of a resident! During the extremely cold spell afterwards the carers and the caretaker made every effort to make sure that the residents were warm and comfortable. To return to the events of Christmas Day, the cook of the day is to be praised for serving such a wonderful traditional meal for us all. Once again I would like to stress the great care which is taken with the complete accuracy of our medication and specific dietary needs.

Sycamore has been great since reopening. The place feels fresh, clean, and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There's a really positive vibe, and it's clear a lot of care and effort has gone into getting everything right. Would definitely recommend

My grandma was very well looked after, The staff made my nans stay very pleasant and comfy she relaxed straight in.

You could tell staff had a genuine care for her and it never came across as just a job.

A very pleasant Bistro Evening. A wonderful evening all round! It was great to see visitors, residents and staff enjoying themselves and interacting together. The food was tasty, the singing was great, and everyone had such fun playing bingo. The atmosphere was truly delightful. Thank you for such a lovely evening.

My wife was treated and cared for to a standard that I could not have equalled at home and never thought that she would have required, myself and my family were constantly astounded at the quality of all staff who came into contact with all of us was second to none. We are all grateful to the care she received in her last days and are sure she felt thankful to everyone for the comfort she got.

My sister spent the last 9 days of her life in your home following a year of battling pancreatic cancer. I was with her when she arrived from hospital for end of life care, from that moment we as her family experienced the wonderful service from every member of staff we met. You should be very proud as employers that that they display such kindness and professionalism. We have only thanks and gladness that e selected your care home. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

My husband stayed at Lawn House in the last stages of his dementia. He received excellent care from the staff. His room was peaceful and homely. I am so grateful that bis last days were spent in such a peaceful, loving environment.

Melbourne care home is a very caring place always looking to give opportunities for the residents to experience joy and something interesting. Mel the coordinator cares deeply about this and always comes up with exciting new ways to keep the residents amused. We visited on Monday to sing some songs and it was lovely to see the residents have some fun and the staff engaging with them

We attended our first bistro evening on 20th Nov and our table for 3 was set up & labelled ready. We were offered drinks by the staff and our food was promptly served, I had the vegetarian option which was tasty and hot. We were royally entertained with music and live singing plus the favourites of bingo and a raffle. Bistro Night was very enjoyable and all the staff muck in to include both residents and their guests in a grand evening. Thank you very much to Park House staff.

Melbourne House Nursing Home go above and beyond in every aspect of my dad's care. It's a home from home where staff really care about each and every one of their residents. It has exceeded all our expectations. We always feel so welcomed, and the staff immediately made us feel like part of a big family. They have an amazing team; where staff are always cheerful and treat residents with dignity and warmth. It's been such a relief to know dad is in such a caring and supportive place. We are forever grateful for the love and dedication shown to dad and our family.
