Efficient, professional, caring, patience; this is the best care home I have put Peter into 4 different care homes + I have been very underwhelmed. I am very fussy & can honestly say I am very impressed & would recommend this care home to everyone looking for their loved ones to be treated with dignity & care.

The staff at Bamford were exceptional.
They looked after my mum Christine until her final breath with love and care.
They made us feel so welcome and looked after us as if we were the resident. Offering us snacks and food while we held a vigil at mums bedside.

Thankyou to all.

My brother is in Bamford and the care he is getting is exceptional. He has complex needs and all his needs are met. His room is personalised to his own taste and has a lot of his own belongings in his room. He enjoys some of the activities that are provided by the home. All the staff are very polite and helpful and the home is clean. My brother is very comfortable here it is a home away from home

I cannot express enough how friendly & caring every member of staff were. Our father was transferred to Bamford Grange for end of life care. Their compassion to not only our father but to us as a family, we felt supported and thought they were amazing.

My experience of this care home has been very good. Ever since I arrived I was very ill. Over time the staff helped and encouraged me to be positive. They were very patience and caring and this helped me to my recovery. The activities also contributed to my wellbeing.

My sister in law seem very content at Bamford Grange and seems to like the other residents and staff. The meals look nice to me though she says she doesn't want it some days. I worry about her lack of mobility but as long as she's smiling I'm pleased the way you all care for her thank you. She loved watching you decorate the dining room for halloween.

My Brother has been in Bamford Grange, Windsor unit for over a year now and I cannot recommend the home and staff more highly.
From decorating his room with personal items to emotional support and medical care, all staff go above and beyond.
Bob has enjoyed many social events including singers and animal visits which he has very much enjoyed. He has made many friends with residents too.

Unfortunately, Bob has been in hospital a few times during this year but was always grateful to come "back home" in his own words which says it all.

My wife was in Bamford Grange Care home ,Windsor Unit for two and a half years. During that time her care was of a very high standard .The staff were always very attentive and treated my wife as a individual. I visited her everyday for at least 6 hours, and I was always able to talk to the staff and get feedback on my wifes care.
I was treated very well by all the staff ( managers, Nursing, care and domestic staff) who gave me alot of support and comfort.
At the very end of my wifes life, the care we recieved was exceptional, and I will always be greatful.

I would recommend Bamford Grange to anyone looking for a care home for their loved ones in the Stockport area.

Very friendly atmosphere. Staff attentive and compassionate For many on the dementia wing it is clearly far more than a job. It is a vocation which they pursue with loving commitment and patience. Everyone is treated with dignity and respect. The care my wife has received has been excellent.

A good level of basic care with staff trying their very best to look after residents. My mother is restricted to bed care due to medical condition but she feels safe and well looked after and would not wish to move.

A warm welcoming place. The staff are very caring as confirmed by my wife. Food offered is of a good quality and residents are asked for their preferences the day before. Nursing staff are great and very approachable. My wife relies a great deal on medication and this is always given appropriately and at the right time . It is also provided by staff if we request to take her away for a short break.

Following my mum staying in a psychiatric unit under a section 3 for the last 4 months my mum has been welcomed back to her residential home. They are working very closely with the outreach workers to make my mums transition successful and hopefully she will be able to continue to stay at Bamford Grange.

My mum has been a resident for the last 2 1/2 years at Bamford and she has been well looked after. Communication is generally very good and they have worked hard to help mum during times when her mental health has deteriorated. On the whole she enjoys her stay even if she does not readily engage with staff.

From the very first time I knocked on the door I had a real positive feeling that Bamford Grange was the perfect place for my mother to reside to.
The first people I met could not help me anymore than they did and I thank Rolf and Donna for their very friendly welcome and introduction.

Well done Bamford Grange.
