Mum settled in quickly and obviously feels safe and secure. The staff even though busy will always answer questions or help if needed. Initially, we had a few issues with Mum feeding herself but that was soon sorted but once staff spoke to us about Mum's needs, what she likes etc. There's just one observation,
the cups the residents use (plastic) look dirty-they're probably not but the appearance isn't nice. Lovely social rooms, bright and airy, feels like home.

I have worked in nursing homes but this one is superior to the care and attention of the residents. My husband is in this one and I'm so glad he is here, I go home with a piece of mind knowing he is going to be fine.

Two staff members changed my mum with me in the room, very professional and very good to my mum. Cleaned my mum well, both were brilliant. One staff member spends a lot of time with Mum, he is an excellent nurse. The care home is very clean. Mum doesn't eat much now but she is happy. Thank you to all.

Staff have always been unfailingly pleasant despite having to cope with a very difficult individual. My brother was able to live quite an independent life but I am immensely grateful for the structure of the care home as he was totally unable to cope living on his own. I have very little day-to-day
contact apart from a weekly delivery of newspapers/magazines and groceries so cannot comment more fully.

I moved Mum into Bamford Grange Care Home as her residential home could not provide the nursing care she needed. Since Mum has been here (only two weeks), she is so content, always clean and dressed in her own clothes ( this didn't always happen in a previous care home). The staff always come to us
for updates and to make sure we are happy with Mum. As a registered nurse, I can say the staff I have met are caring, sensible and hard-working. They go the extra mile for Mum.

I would like to let it be known that the home has improved greatly since the new manager has started at Bamford Grange. The general cleanliness and organisational standards have improved greatly and all staff are helpful and friendly and do their best to make both residents and their families welcome
and happy. I am glad my aunt is able to stay there and is content to do so. Thank you to everyone!

Dad came to Bamford Grange Care Home in July 2021 for palliative care. He settled in very quickly and got on really well with the carers and nurses in Buckingham Unit. This made such a difference to me and my siblings, knowing he was happy to be there, safe and being well cared for. During his stay
Dad turned 80 and it was his wish to have a birthday celebration at my house with all his grandchildren around him - staff at Bamford Grange went above and beyond to ensure this happened and he had a great day. Thanks to the excellent care he received we had Dad with us for an extra 11 months - a lot longer than we expected. In Dad’s final weeks the staff were so patient with him, taking time out of their busy day to sit with him and reassure him (especially the wonderful nurse we had on the unit at that time). We can’t thank the staff in Buckingham enough - not only were they kind and caring to Dad, they also were with us when we visited. I can’t recommend this Care Home enough.

The staff on Buckingham have gone out of their way to care for Dad and his complex needs. Dad found it difficult to adjust to life in a care home, but the staff have bent over backwards to make him feel comfortable and cater to his needs.

My mother can be very challenging, but the staff are extremely patient, understanding and caring. I cannot fault the regular staff at all, in particular, two members of staff on the Winsor unit. They act in the best interests of my mother and always communicate with me.

My mother came to Bamford Grange for palliative care after being diagnosed with extensive cancer at the age of 92, from the first day her 93rd Birthday the staff gave excellent care and the room was perfect a lovely place to spend her last days.
