Friendly, helpful staff and management. Husband has been here since January 2026. Loves the food! He is as content as he can be due to his conditions. Lovely dining area, conservatory and outside space. Rooms have everything my husband needs.

Overall I cannot complain of the standard of care my father receives. He has always been cared for in a dignified manner and any medical issues have been dealt with quickly with concerned commitment from the staff. The dedicated permanent staff at Kingscourt deserve praise for the caring they show to the patients.
Than you so much for your kind words, we really appreciate it here at Kingscourt!
Everything is good, the carers are excellent. It is clearly not as easy for agency staff to relate to her as well.

Every time we visit we are met by care staff with a smile and helpful. My sister-in-law is always clean and warm and does not seem distressed as we leave. We know that living at your own home is your first choice, but this is not always possible. Kingscourt are doing their very best. The staff are lovely.
Thank you so much for your kind words, we really appreciate it here at Kingscourt! We are lucky to have such a good team!
Nice place to live, suitable for my grandmother. Lovely, caring and helpful staff, food needs to be improved upon and free out activities, but I am hopeful this will change in the future.

Overall a good experience.

Friendly and supportive staff who demonstrate care and consideration for the residents.
Thank you so much for your kind words! If you have any recommendations of areas that we can improve on please let us know!
The care is very good my mum is always clean, only thing I would ask for is the TV is on different wall so she could watch it in day, my mum could do with some physio to get her moving and I think that would help, my mum is ok her day is a bit boring as she is not able to watch TV unless she's in bed, my mum would benefit more if she went downstairs into day room for meeting people conversation and activities she just can't be bothered otherwise she's fine.
Thank you so much for your review of Kingscourt! We have passed on your comments to the team so that we can provide the best possible experience for Mum.
Our mum was only with you for a week before we lost her. Previous to this, she had seventeen weeks in hospital. The care she was given with you was amazing. Nothing any trouble. All staff went above and beyond with our family. Thank you.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write such a lovely review of Kingscourt. We are all here for your family and your beautiful mum is very missed, despite her short time with us!
Staff very attentive and dedicated - looks after me very well.
Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review for Kingscourt; we really appreciate your feedback. Please let us know if there's anything more we can do for you at all.
My stepdad was a resident at Kingscourt for over 10 years following a severe stroke which left him paralysed on one side and unable to speak. He formed very close bonds with staff, including The kitchen staff. They communicated beautifully with him and he enjoyed the banter. The care was excellent, often it went above and beyond. The most impressive care was the management of a leg ulcer which healed completely, against all the odds. His final days were truly humbling. The home worked closely with the hospital and home service. My stepdad was treated with such dignity and he was surrounded by staff and family who loved him dearly.
Thank you so much for your such lovely words regarding Kingscourt! Your stepdad was such a joy to have here with us and we are so glad you were happy with the care here. If we can do anything to support yourself or your family please let us know!
Mum has been at Kingscourt for over 4 years and, when more able, enjoyed being with the other residents and joining in with the excellently organised activities. Due to her condition, she now spends the majority of her time in bed. Staff are kind, caring and engage well with the residents and create a happy atmosphere in the home. At times, communication between staff and relatives could be better.
Thank you for a lovely review of Kingscourt! Mum is such a pleasure to have living with us and we are glad she was able to join in with activities and that she has a good relationship with our staff. We have taken note of your comment regarding communication and will make sure this improves!
Could be better with communication between us.
Thank you so much for your kind words - we have a fabulous team here at Kingscourt and everyone works so hard! We will take your comments on board and improve on this in the future!
My mother has been looked after with care.

The care and kindness shown to my mother was second to none. To know that she was safe, well cared for and kept as comfortable as possible in the circumstances, was a great comfort. She was treated with compassion and respect.
Thank you so much for your kind review of our home Kingscourt, and you are happy with the care provided. Kingscourt will always be here for you to provide support if needed to yourself and your family.
