I am a resident service user in townsend hub, staff and physio and kitchen staff and activities, have a helped me in my new diagnosis of ms. In December 2025, I was diagnosed with having ms, I was unable to move my limbs. I came to townsend hub after hospital, being resident I have learnt to walk
and use my arms. Staff are all heros, in here, is a wonderful friendly atmosphere with staff and residents. I have never met anybody as kind and my mental health his the best it has ever been, with newly diagnosis with ms, I see life and the world with a different positive view. I have my life heading mentally and physically that it have ever been in my life. I can not find words to express how fantastic life has become, my wellbeing is wonderful thanks to Towns End hub, activites helps me socialize and meet new people now we are friends. Townsend Hub have saved my life and is in a clear positive direction, the best it has ever been, I have learnt that help is there for everybody and myself
