My sister stays in Waterside, we have experienced care and consideration of the highest standard. Every effort is made to make residents feel at home. There room doors all feature images which reflect their past lives and interests, stimulating memory and engaging a sense of homeliness. Medical wards are appropriately minimised and monitored by the team, liaising as necessary with extended agencies. An appropriate home which for many will be there last residence.

From the first day of being in the home, the staff have made me feel at home. I want for nothing. It's like living in my own home. All the staff are warm and friendly and go out of their way to please me.

The care home is very clean, modern, and all staff are very helpful and approachable, always there for the residents' needs. Staff are always available to assist whenever required by the residents. All in all, very happy with the overall care that is provided.

Mum came into the care home 2weeks ago and she has settled in really well all the staff are very kind and helpful nothing is too much trouble .I am very pleased knowing that mum is happy and safe in her new environment.she even had a afternoon in the salon getting pampered it made her day

From the moment we stepped through the doors, we were warmly welcomed into an environment that radiates warmth and kindness. The home itself is beautifully maintained, with serene gardens that offer a peaceful retreat for residents and visitors alike. The manager and the team have gone above and beyond to ensure my Nan feels comfortable and cherished, attending to her needs with genuine compassion and professionalism. It is immensely reassuring to know that she is in such capable hands and will continue to thrive in a setting where her well-being is the utmost priority. Thank you, the manager and team, for making this transition so smooth and for creating a nurturing home that truly feels like a haven.
