My aunty has been there since December and the staff and management have done everything to make sure she is well cared for and helping her to settle in.
They encourage her to take part in lots of activities (which there are many). The staff are always on hand to sort any problems or worries I may
have. They keep me well informed regarding any health concerns etc.

Dad moved into Willow Rose in March 26 from Hospital. He had previously been in two different Carehome's, both had been traumatic experiences for dad and also his family. On looking round Willow Rose I had a real positive feeling so I asked if they could accommodate my father.
On his arrival he
seemed to settle in well. All the staff are friendly and very professional. The care home itself is a warm and welcoming place with a very positive energy. The Nursing staff are very efficient and always keep you informed with the residents progress. The bedrooms are really cosy with a homely feel and personal items such as photographs in frames can be added.
Willow Rose do alot of activities for their residents to keep them entertained during the day. They also have an added bonus of a a cinema plus a gym. The nursing floor is well maintained and monitored at all times for residents who aren't able to get out of bed. It gets full marks from me!

Dad was a resident for 3 months following an earlier fall. The staff were very supportive of his needs and helped him to gain back his confidence and get some fitness back. He enjoyed all the activities and made a lot of new friends both staff and other residents. He was given plenty of
encouragement with his personal care, activities and settling into his new surroundings. We feel his has given him the ability to return home safely.

My experience with Willow Rose Care Home is when you visit your residents, I find you are welcoming and everyone is friendly. My sister is well cared for in every way. She is happy and content in what she now calls her home, every member of staff looks after residents with care and dignity.
Everything about Willow Rose is excellent in every way. All staff look after my sister with care and love and I would like to thank everyone for their efforts.

My dad moved to Willow Rose end of Jan 26 and has settled in so well.
Its like a community and everyone is so friendly and kind.
The staff have been amazing with him, sorting out any issues he has as his dementia can be quite complex at times.
They are always there for him helping him to stay as
independant as he can be which means alot for him.
This was the best thing for my dad moving from his old care home.

I visit my friend at least once a week and always made welcome by friendly staff. My friend is contented living there, and says the food is good. I have been to bingo, games, and singers and it always good and fun for the residents. She also enjoys having her hair done and other activities. Special
occasions are also celebrated there, Valentines Day, VE Day, Remembrance Day etc and would have no hesitation recommending Willow Rose.

My Nan has been at Willow rose since January, she is well looked after and is really happy. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and there is always plenty of activities going on for the residents. I would recommend Willow rose highly.

My name is Dorothy, and I visit Janet. The staff are pleasant and helpful. We enjoy coming here. The home is very clean and warm. We also have a laugh with the other service users.

I love that my sister is in this nursing home; all the staff that I have come across are really friendly. I feel she has been well cared for. When she arrived, she had a large bed sore. This took time, but your staff managed to get rid of it, so I am most grateful, as she was in a lot of pain. The
entertainment put on is exceptional. I note you do knitting, and l did ask if crochet could be introduced, my sister loves to do that.

Mom has settled in really well after coming in for respite has decided she wants to stay. She gets on well with most of the staff she has contact with. It has been good that we can opt to join mom for meals. She loves the food (except the fish and chips which are not quite chip shop). Since being on
the ground floor she is moving around more under her own steam, accessing the communal areas when she wants to getting to know other residents. Many thanks for making her feel at home.

After a hard time before Christmas seeing the mother in law decline with dementia, she came to Willow Rose for some Respite Care. She is now in full time supported care at Willow Rose and the positive change in her has been amazing. The Team are amazing, positive and professional and you can see
the family within the team and the people they care for. We recently attended a music bingo event and we did laugh and have a great time with mom. The video's on social media make us smile on a daily basis. So many thanks to you all you are amazing.11 out of 10 from us....

My friend as been in Willow Rose for about 12months .I go every week to see her and i find the home very welcoming , staff are all very friendly the rooms are clean , the home it self is very well looked after.The meals always looked good . Residents are looked after well and they all seem very
happy. We have lovely afternoons with my friend playing Bingo also they have singers on witch it is lovely to see everyone singing fantastic . My friend is very happy there witch is a good thing

Willow Rose made a potentially difficult move very easy. All the staff go above and beyond and see beyond the dementia to the man my dad was. They are quick to act when something is needed and pro active with his care. The room, facilities and care make this a homely place to live. Thank you

Mom was brought to Willow Rose as a discharge from hospital. All of the staff were very welcoming and very friendly. Mom was looked after and cared for with dignity. Willow Rose became a place to visit mom, and the staff became friends. Even after the passing of mom in November 2025, the staff have
remained friends. I would not hesitate to recommend Willow Rose for their lovely care and respect to my mom.

Staff were so good with mom patience and understands her needs. She was loved by all the staff. We as a family were welcomed into the home. Always advised of any medical issues that she had, updated on all things, and change of medication needed. Excellent care given.

I am very happy with the care my dad is receiving. I live away, and my brother is currently in hospital. I am reassured that my dad is being well looked after. Manager Cristina and the customer relations manager have been very supportive during this period. I am also having weekly updates from the
nurse on my Dad's diabetes. I feel very reassured!

Mom's care and attention is second to none. The staff and facilities are excellent and can't be praised enough. The food thats served always look delicious and wholesome. Theres always a great choice of different menus. Well done to all.
