I wanted to take a moment to thank all the staff of the Heatherton Suite for the care and support that was provided to my mom during the last few days of her life.The staff treated her with dignity and respect which meant the world to us as a family. They took care of us as well during a very emotional time. No amount of money can repay the kindness and compassion that was shown to us as a family in the short time she was with you. Thank you does not seem enough but it is meant wholeheartedly.

Our mom, Greta, was only with Willow Rose for a short time, but in that time, we found the home very clean, staff friendly and very professional. Management and staff have gone out of their way to help my mom. Overall experience with the staff was excellent. We are so glad we picked Willow Rose for our mom's end-of-life care.

My mother in law only spent 3 days in Willow Rose before she sadly passed away. We couldn't fault the service and care she received from coming through the doors to leaving. Facilities were great, and the staff 5 star caring. Everything we asked for from looking after my mother in law to supporting the family was never too much. I would like to say a huge thanks from me and all the family.

We were welcomed into Willow Rose and only stayed for 3 days, but we felt the warmth and care that the staff of Willow Rose shared. Staff were always polite, helpful, knocking before entering the rooms, and checking on residents every two hours. I also stayed overnight with my Mum, and the staff were very accommodating. Making sure we had everything we needed. Throughout our stay, I noticed that residents were well cared for, clean and fed lovely meals. I would highly recommend Willow Rose.

The care given in Willow Rose Care Home is exceptional. The staff are caring and attentive to all the patients. Over the time my mother has been home she has made a vast improvement.

A family feeling, caring home with a fabulous itinerary, much like a cruise ship. We love that, as a family, we are all made to feel welcomed.

Can not fault the care that my mum is receiving at Willows Rose Care Home. All the carers are very attentive to mum's needs. If at any time mum is ill, they are in constant contact with me about her progress. The home itself is very well run, and it's always clean and tidy. Staff are always warm and welcoming on our arrival to visit mum.

I think this care home and the staff are excellent. I can not fault it at all. I enjoy the entertainment and activities.

The care is incredible. Staff are so loving and welcoming to both me and mum, its clean and food mum eats is wonderful! We love the balcony sitting in the sun. Cannot find any fault I hope she able to spend the rest of her days in this nursing home.

Dad has been in Willow Rose for nine months. It was a difficult time for the family when we had to make this decision. Dad has adjusted to his new environment better than we anticipated. All the care staff are excellent with Dad and he is treated with empathy, care & dignity. We have found the staff to be friendly, approachable and understanding, and we are kept up to date on any concerns regarding Dad's health & well-being. Would recommend Willow Rose to other families.

My mum is a resident at Willow Rose, I cannot fault the care she receives. The staff are all wonderful in all departments. I always receive a warm welcome and a full handover of mums day. The home itself is very homely, clean and welcoming, definitely very good value for money. I cannot thank Willow Rose for all that they have done for Mum, she is much happier and I can leave knowing Mum is cared for in such a wonderful place. Thank you all at Willow Rose.

My mother was a resident for a short time before her death, the staff were lovely and very caring. The home it's self is like a 5 star hotel very clean and luxurious. Mom was very comfortable in her short time at willow rose , I would recommend this care home to anyone.

I find the home very welcoming, Mom is happy and settled, the staff are very friendly and always eager to help, communication is very good and clear with the management team, who are also helpful and always happy to help. I find the entertainment and activities very good, and the nurses rounds with feedback is also good.

I cannot recommend this care home enough for what this care home has done for my father-in-law. The home and staff are, in my eyes, exceptional.

I cannot begin to put into words the exceptional care, support, patience and understanding I have been given by all the staff whilst my dad was in Willow Rose. An extra thank you goes to the amazing staff. I would not hesitate to recommend a loved one staying in this care home. Thank you to everyone at Willow Rose.

Overall satisfactory. Lots of trouble at times with phone lines, keep cutting out, bad phone system. On occasions there have been no personal pads/pants in Mom's room, also no toilet paper on two occasions.

The home is very clean and beautifully furnished. The staff are very good and professional. The food is excellent with a wide choice and visitors are made very welcome.

My mom has been in this care home for 4 years with excellent care. My mom is always clean showered every day with clean clothes. Her room is always clean, food is second to none and cannot fault the care. The staff are always friendly and happy and friendly. I would recommend this care home highly I know without a doubt my mom would not be here now without the excellent outstanding care she receives, can't thank you enough for the hard work of all the staff.
