I live at Woodland Manor for over two years. the care is great and I am very happy here.

With huge help from management we were able to transfer our mother to Woodland Manor from Hospital after a months long stay. The staff welcomed here and she settled into a beautifully appointed room. Nothing is too much trouble and our mother has 24.7 care which is exemplary.

We placed my mother in law in the care of Woodland Manor after she fell ill before Christmas and taken to hospital. From the very first day my mother in law has been looked after with so much care empathy and dedication from absolutely everyone in the care home . Special thanks to Carmen and
Cristian who helped so much in getting the placement at Woodksnd Manor and not forgetting the brilliant nurses on the Buckingham wing who are taking daily care of our mother in law especially Shannon and her colleagues. Woodland Manor has given us the family the respite we so greatly needed. We cannot recommend this care home highly enough

I feel that my mother was very well looked after in Woodland Manor. The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The home is very welcoming. I become a volunteer during my mum's stay. I felt very supported when mum passed.

Outstanding care home the attention to my mother has been exemplary I can finally relax now that my mums care needs are met. They not only care for the person but are considerate to the family and their needs in what can be an extreamly stressful time. I cant thank the team enough xx

I do not have enough words of thanks to express how grateful I am for the care and kindness everyone at Woodland Manor showed my mum. They are all compassionate, kind, patient and always smiling. The activities staff are amazing too, thinking up things to keep residents motivated and taking them on
great trips out. The support staff should also be mentioned, because the home was clean, well maintained and a varied menu available each meal time. I would thoroughly recommend Woodland Manor - my mum was very lucky to be there.

I act as Power of Attorney for an elderly friend who had suffered a fall at home. Following her operation, we needed a care home for respite and recovery. The management team were extremely welcoming and helpful in providing a room on short notice. The team have been very supportive in providing
help and making life that bit easier for my friend while she needs help.

Woodland Manor Care Home held a World Food Day with a Turkish theme, complete with traditional music and dance. The food as ever was simply delicious, a good selection of traditional Turkish dishes which were enjoyed by all in attendance. The combination of traditional music and dancer worked well
with plenty of enthusiastic engagement by residents and visitors alike resulting in dancing, drum beating, clapping and a lot of smiling faces. In all a very well organised activity that proved to be popular with a good attendance by residents, all of which was well supported by staff and visitors. Thanks Woodlands for an uplifting afternoon!

It has been my pleasure to come for meetings and take part in demonstrations at Woodland Manor. The staff are brilliant, very welcoming and helpful. The residents are all extremely happy and well cared for.The home has a lovely atmosphere and they must be glad they live somewhere that is so caring.

Attended a wonderful BBQ this afternoon. Family, friends, relatives and staff all attending. Excellent event. Excellent care home, staff look after and care for all residents brilliantly - kind, caring and compassionate. Feel very lucky to have found Woodland Manor for our mum.

We needed a care home for my 96 year old mother while her daily carer was away . However, Mum has always been very resistant to the idea of staying in a care home.
We chose Woodland Manor as it is very well set out, has lovely facilities and a good programme of activities. The first week mum was
quite unsettled but the staff were very kind and caring and mum settled into the rhythm of the home. As WM is near to where we live, mum appreciated seeing us more often. Being able to visit on any day, at any time is so helpful and visitors are made welcome.
The carers are good at checking in with mum but not too intrusive. She greatly appreciates their help with showering and dressing.
We are soon coming to the end of the respite period and we're delighted that mum has decided that she would like stay on permanently. This is due to the standard of care and cheerfulness of the staff. It's a great relief to us that she is receiving such quality 24 hour care.

My husband has spent 2 weeks at Woodland Manor. It is his first experience of a care home. He has been impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the helpful staff. It is a very comfortable environment for him to stay in.

The clean outside space is calming and inviting, and through the doors, you are met with much the same - a lovely meeting area and beautiful gardens that any person would benefit from. All the staff and management have been nothing but fantastic - my dad's been 'well looked after, fed well and have
no issues, in fact it's been a great choice for him. Keep up the amazing work. Thank you.

I visit my friend at the home very frequently, I'm very pleased to see how happy he is in the home. The staff are very friendly and professional. It's also very heart warming to see the residents interacting in the lounge and doing activities together. The management team is doing a splendid job
even taking time out to have conversations with the residents with their busy schedule.The manager has really turned thing around bring life back into the home. I wish him many years of good health and strength to continue to carry out the wonderful job he's doing along with his deputy.
