The care and love that's shown to the residents and family was given when we arrived and continues. So we are happy to be here at the Mandeville Grange Nursing Home. Thank you to everyone.

My friend Ray has been in first a different care home, and now The Grange since before Christmas 2025. During all the time I have been visiting him (2 or 3 times a week) I have encountered nothing but care and compassion towards him. He is always treated with great respect and his wishes are readily catered for. His food is carefully prepared, having to be mashed due to swallowing problems. Overall, I give a 100% score of excellence!

The staff are always so welcoming to me and lovely to all the residents. Everything is always clean and tidy and the residents seem to have lots of entertainment. Its always a pleasure to visit.

Lovely place - Ray has benefitted from the garden, which has been a bonus. He's been given the opportunity to have been more social here. Of course, the staff are exemplary, and the soul of the place. He is very happy here.

Mum has recently moved to Mandeville Grange. She seems to have responded well to the move and is more aware of what's going on and her surroundings. Staff and management at the home are good, and the care of residents is obviously the priority. The atmosphere at the home is lovely, with everyone smiling and happy to chat or help. There are activities that the staff help mum to enjoy, which is great, even for a short time, to get her out of bed. Thank you.

My wife is probably your oldest resident and has been here since the start of covid. I have never had cause to complain and greatly appreciate the staff's devotion to duty, care and attention.

Love the environment. Friendly, efficient staff. My mother appears happy and comfortable; she loves the care staff and other staff.

She has put on weight (welcome), which indicates she is content and the food is good.

Any issues are dealt with promptly, we are kept informed and made aware if situations change.

Find the staff from all levels friendly professional and approachable. Dad is always lean and well presented. Plenty of activities which he really enjoys and talks about. He loves the food. He is treated with dignity and care and am very happy he is well settled and looked after.

My friend moved in Mandeville Grange Nursing Home in November 2025.She is well looked after ,all staff are frendly and wellcoming ,always happy to help.The home is clean and tidy and the food always looks so good.Nursing and management team are always around to help if I have any question.

The care of my grandma is unmatched. The care and compassion is amazing. All the staff support my family in all ways. The staff are very attentive to all of my grandmas need and communicated with the family very well.

Facilities are very well kept and staff are very friendly attentive and enjoyable to chat with. Was offered drinks about four times in 20 mins by 4 different staff, so can't complain! Resident is well looked after and always says great things about the care.

When visiting staff, are very friendly and kind as so the residence. Lounge and majority of rooms have been re painted and refurbished, looks really fresh and comfortable and very warm for the residence. It's quite amazing you have employed staff members to keep the residence occupied throughout the day. Very helpful for residence who have resided here for a few years. Seems to bring the residences out of there shell. Food always smells very appealing, we often joke about staying for dinner. Staff members do an amazing job in caring for the elderly.

The staff are all very friendly and well trained to deal with elderly people with health conditions like my mum who has Parkinson's. There is plenty of activities through the week and mealtimes always look appealing and appetising.

My mother is currently at Mandeville Grange Nursing Home and I am truly grateful for the care she receives. The difference between this home and her previous one is remarkable.The staff are kind, attentive and always treats her with dignity which gives me real peace of mind. The environment is calm, clean and well managed and communication is always clear. I deeply appreciate the compassion and professionalism shown every day. Thank you for making such a positive impact on my mother's wellbeing.

Mandeville Grange has a lovely, homely feel. All the staff are very friendly, and the care provided to my aunt is exceptional. I would definitely recommend it.

My Mother was only at The Gables for 5 weeks before she passed and the family are so thankful to have chosen that particular home. The Gables is small and homely, spotlessly clean, reasonably well decorated and there was never any unpleasant smell to greet you when we visited. Every resident had their own room which was a generous size, with TV and furniture to store clothing and personal belongings. The staff are kind, caring and always made visitors welcome with an offer of tea or coffee. Nothing was too much trouble for them. There was various entertainment for the residents each week and those including my Mother who were bed bound are included. My Mother was regularly changed and her nightwear and clean bedding were put on every day. She loved the staff and they looked after her so well she didn't miss her home.
