They keep me up-to-date with his health & progress of dementia, have encouraged him to regain mobility (after hospital stay in winter where the hospital declared 'he is not mobile' & tried to keep him that way). Staff are fully invested in the health & wellbeing of residents (cleaning & maintenance staff stop to chat to residents too). The birthday cake was excellent too.

Pleasant friendly and very helpful staff. Family and homely atmosphere at the home. Very welcoming when visiting at all times.

My mums been at this care for nearly 8 years and the care mums getting is just the best lovely team of staff. Nothing is to much trouble and she is happy living there as I am for her. I am made aware of everything that is going on with my mum. Great home.

Extremely satisfied with all aspects of care given to my husband during such a difficult time. All staff were compassionate and kind to all the family. Nothing was too much trouble.

I find the home (Hazeldown) a nice place to live. We have regular outings in the homes minibus.

The decor is somewhat institutional, understandably.

But the staff were fabulous and I can't thank them enough .

Mum has been in Two Acres since May 2023. During this time we have found her care to be excellent. We were anxious as to how she would respond to becoming a resident. Due to the care and love shown by all the staff, she is very happy and sees them as family. They show equal care and kindness to us as well. I have the highest regard and gratitude for them.

My friend was very lucky to be placed at Two Acres Care Home for a long term assessment - the management team - carers - NHS physios and social workers have been so supportive of my friend and are incredibly patient and informative. He has now been assessed and needs long term dementia specialist residential care which is challenging due to not having any private funds - cross fingers something nearer to Norwich will come up soon and can then visit him more frequently as we all need TLC love and support. Thank you Two Acres you are amazing - ALL of you XO Lovely food - drink desserts and snack to boot - what's not to like xo

My late mother had been in the Two Acres Care Home for several months. She and I found the staff were truly dedicated, incredibly skilled, professional, very friendly, wonderful people. The food was excellent too. We had no problems what-so-ever. The staff also have good IT skills and were able to help getting the speaker I supplied, working so I could talk to and see my mother every evening. They would keep me up-to-date on how she had been doing each day, and on any health concerns were ready and willing to call a doctor or paramedic team out. She was very lucky to have been in this fantastic care home. I'm sure, given the opportunity, that they could teach some other care homes and hospitals a thing or two about patient care and dignity.

My mum spent a week in respite care at Aaron View. She received excellent care and support from the staff. The facilities and services provided were excellent for all of her needs. Overall she had a very comfortable time during her stay there

Having been given a guided tour, I found the facilities at Aaron View to be excellent, the place was clean and always smelt fresh. Throughout my mother's stay I found the staff to be caring, kind and considerate at all times and on more than one occasion I remarked on how thoughtful the staff were, which strongly reflects on how well Aaron View is managed. The ladies who manage the home foster an atmosphere that is friendly, welcoming, efficient and above all caring. I can honestly say I would not have wanted my mother to be in any other home.

My dad has been at Aaron View since May 22 due to the passing of my mum, as Dad could no longer look after himself due to Alzheimer's. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble, all the staff are very much appreciated for everything they do for my dad.

Two Acres have been absolutely superb in caring for my mum, who is 91, bed-bound and has advanced Alzheimer's disease. The most outstanding factor is the quality of care, i.e - all the staff (and I have got to know them well over the past 16 months) are extremely kind, caring, patient, helpful and compassionate. The food is very good (my mum wouldn't like it so much if it wasn't). The office is very efficient and helpful and the medical care/liaison with local GP/nurses is very good. I am so glad Two Acres was able to offer a place for Mum.

What an amazing place run by the manager and her team. Mum was always adamant she would not go in a care home, but unfortunately, the time came when she couldn't look after herself any longer. We chose Aaron View because it was a nice small home and close to 2 of my brothers. My mum only asked when she was going home for a couple of weeks as she grew to love the staff as much as they loved her. It's a very clean home and so welcoming. Mum was only there a matter of months before she passed away but the love and care they gave right till the end was second to none. We didn't manage to get to the home in time when Mum took her final breath, but the staff were giving her love and holding her hand. We as a family will always be grateful for this. Thank you so much for being mum's family when we couldn't be there.

What can I say, amazing, excellent care home. My dad went to Aaron View after my mam passed away and he could not look after himself. The team from management, care staff, kitchen, and handyman all made him so welcome, he settled in easily. It is a clean and pleasant home, everyone here are not workers but an extended family to the residents and their family also. They show so much love, care and interact with everyone including visitors. My dad always commented over the food being excellent and tasty and always finished his plate, always looked forward to mealtimes. He made friends and relived the good old days and really enjoyed it when they had entertainment in and would always sing along and have a great time. All I can say is that this is not just a care home but it is more like Home!

My 92-year-old father-in-law moved to Aaron View in Sept '21 when he could no longer remain in his own home. He has been able to make his room feel more like home with help from the handyman in hanging pictures etc. The manager and her staff are all very helpful and friendly and he speaks highly of them. They also keep my wife and myself up to date with any concerns, and we find them very friendly. I and my wife wondered whether he would settle and be happy living in a care home and are pleased that he remains very happy living at Aaron View. Importantly he enjoys his meals and we see a real joy in him when he recounts his chats with other residents with whom he has become friends with.

Sadly mum has passed away but the end of her life was easier and more pleasant in Aaron View. I recommend Aaron View.

Wonderful effort made to make mum-in-law feel settled right from the start, to get to know her and respond to her every need. The carers are very kind and genuine, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The manager and assistant always make time to see how she is and respond to her needs. Food has been great. Support with bathing needs. Handyman does a great job including personal furniture and wall hangings. Mum-in-law now much stronger and more relaxed than when struggling at home. Would recommend Aaron View.

My late mum spent the last few months here following a fall at home and having dementia. The care she received was excellent. She was kept clean and tidy, routinely monitored and her medical needs were well-tended. Holistically, all residents were catered for with great dignity and respect. The kindness and thoughtfulness to the residents was wonderful to see and Mum was certainly happy, even we, her family, received the same kindness as the residents in Mum's last days and during her stay.
