My mum really started to settle in, but unfortunately with her condition, her health started to decline quite rapidly. During a very difficult time, both management and staff were incredibly caring, supportive to both me and mum, and always in contact to keep me informed of how mum was doing. They went above and beyond to make things as comfortable as possible for both of us and I can't thank them enough.

Dad always tells me the food is wonderful & he also has coffee & biscuits on tap. Thanks again to everyone at Chiltern.

The care home provides a high level of care to all residents. The attention to detail and individualised care is superb! I would recommend this care home to all. The staff take time and have a high level of empathy.

My mum has been a resident at Chiltern residential home for 5 years. She is well looked after and very comfortable. The staff are brilliant and take good care of everyone. We would well recommend this lovely care home.

so professional and caring , have made a huge difference to my brother , he now has a smile on his face and is as healthy as possible . the staff are exemplary with their care and simply the best when it comes to caring for Neil .

My elderly mother has been a resident in the care home for a number of years now and she has been so well looked after, with care that is exemplary. The staff are kind and considerate with a professional management that puts the residents first. I couldn't wish for a better home to being looking after my mother, in all the years she has resided there I have had no cause to raise any issues, which speaks for itself. Also she is happy there, so a ten out of ten from me.

A very nice care home with very nice staff and management. They are always on hand to help with anything you ask them. Very friendly home and very nice and clean and nice bedroom.

I am always pleased when visiting my mum. She is always clean and well presented and very happy. She is now putting on weight which is so nice to see. All staff are very happy and will accommodate everything I ask them.

My mother has been in the home for the past four years. the carers I see are excellent, they interact with her in a calm and friendly way providing a safe secure environment for her. The home is well maintained, clean and tidy with a 'buzz' to the place. I am very comfortable with my Mum being in the home. I highly recommend it.

Mum was placed at Kingsley Rest Home as she had become unsafe to herself. The placement became permanent and was more luck than judgment. Mum has become so happy and is gaining weight (always a good sign) I took Dad to visit Mum on Friday. We went to her bedroom, which was very clean and lovely. I live in Gloucester therefore to get to Stoke takes some organisation as I am also a carer for my husband. Photos of the patients are put on social media most days where I can see Mum and also see how happy she is. An amazing home and a great service. Thank you!

My Father has been in care here now since last year. I can not fault any of the care. My Father is brighter and more alert. Any problems with him were informed straight away. Care has been excellent!

The home environment is caring with dedicated staff. It is well run and the food served it of good quality. It delivers personalised flexible care rather than sticking to routine. Some staff go above and beyond their job description.
