My Dad is a resident at Chiltern Rest Home and he is really settled in there, he has a room with en suite facilities
The room & bathroom are always clean & fresh, every member of staff are always very caring, happy & nothing is too much trouble for them and I just wanted to say a big Thank you to them all for making my Dad feel at home. What's good about Chiltern is the home isn't too big and every member of staff gives it the personal caring touch

Dad always tells me the food is wonderful & he also has coffee & biscuits on tap. Thanks again to everyone at Chiltern.

Chiltern retirement home is a clean, friendly home, with people who care about the residents, they converse with my father and other residents in a professional, friendly manner, not over familiar, just the right amount humour and sensitivity. I have no concerns about his care or general health, the food is diverse and looks good.

My elderly mother has been a resident in the care home for a number of years now and she has been so well looked after, with care that is exemplary. The staff are kind and considerate with a professional management that puts the residents first. I couldn't wish for a better home to being looking after my mother, in all the years she has resided there I have had no cause to raise any issues, which speaks for itself. Also she is happy there, so a ten out of ten from me.

My mother has been in the home for the past four years. the carers I see are excellent, they interact with her in a calm and friendly way providing a safe secure environment for her. The home is well maintained, clean and tidy with a 'buzz' to the place. I am very comfortable with my Mum being in the home. I highly recommend it.

My mum was a resident at Chiltern for a short period of time before she passed away, during that time she was very happy. It is a beautiful home, always kept spotlessly clean and all the rooms I have seen are lovely. All the staff are excellent, caring for the residents in a loving, friendly and dignified manner. The homemade food always looked and smelled wonderful. I cannot praise all aspects of this lovely home enough! I just wish my mum had been there longer, so she could enjoy it more. All the staff are a great credit to their profession and brilliant management.
