My Mum has been a resident for nearly six years, has been looked after extremely well, always some one there to help when necessary, the staff always go out of their way putting on shows and general entertainment. All of the staff, from administration to carers cooks and cleaners, everyone, is always

Since my dad arrived at LG he has come on leaps and bounds. Staff are amazing with him, I believe if he had stayed where he was he may have given up. All the staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. My dad is always clean and tidy, for the first time in 3 years I can actually go on holiday
and not worry where he is and if he is safe. All meals I've seen so far look lovely. Thank you girls.

From the moment we viewed the property and unfortunately to the last day of my Mothers life , Linden Lodge were excellent . We could mention several members of staff , but that's against the rules . I am sure they know who they are , and I wish to thank you again.

Linden Grange nursed both my parents back to good health after being hospitalised with pneumonia.The care that they received was exemplary and nothing was too much trouble, the nursing staff were extremely kind and thoughtful and the management team organised their care efficiently,My father was extremely
independent and missed his garden, so they kindly arranged for him to help in the greenhouse and this gave him an interest in life and something to get better for, they arranged trips out to the local garden centre so he could buy his seeds to put in the greenhouse, these little things are so important in older people who are still with it , and they didn't go unnoticed by me.
My mother was difficult in recovering as she has a degree of dementia and is not the best eater, but they went out of their way to accommodate her dietary needs with locally produced farm fresh foods.
Without their stay at Linden Grange they wouldn't be independently living now, it was the best decision we made

Our dad stayed at Linden Lodge for end of life care. He was only there for one week, but during this time dad was cared for in a very kind and dignified way. His room was clean and homely, much nicer than hospital. The staff were all lovely to him and me and my sister.

I'm very happy with the care and support mum receives. The staff are fantastic. Friendly, caring, helpful, knowledgeable and hard working. The daily lounge activities are always great fun and involve everyone. The regular external entertainment is very varied and well received.

I can't say enough good things about Linden Lodge Warton. My mum has been there 7 months and the change in her is incredible. As a family the last thing we wanted to do was put her there but it's the best thing we could've done. She doesn't get lonely or scared anymore and we have peace of mind. She
loves all the activities and events and we always feel welcome to join in. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. You feel like you're part of one big family.

I am very pleased with the care mom is recieving. The staff are wonderful. I know she is safe and it's a huge weight off my shoulders. The food is good and can be eaten in dining room or own room.
The cleanliness is of a high standard both in mums own room and communal areas.
Communication is great
and we are kept well informed of any issues that may arise.
The staff are always kind friendly and pleasant.

My Mum has been in the Care at Linden Lodge for 3 or 4 years now, and we couldn't be more pleased with the level of care from all of the staff at Linden Lodge. They inform us straight away of any problems my Mum has, or had. They keep us all updated on everything. They're all fantastic, and very professional.

My step father has been in this home for a few months now.
When visiting him regularly I have always been very impressed with the care and attention displayed towards the residents by the staff. Also they are very friendly and helpful towards visitors.

Was very Great full of the contact with the home when mum was taken in to hospital for two week .we was call to let us know that she had been taken into hospital after you had the dealing with the paramedics. The home tried calling hospital why she was in but couldn't get through so they called us to
see how she was.great full for the staff's help and support with the call out of the paramedics and there concern for her well being

Linden Lodge at Dordon is a pleasant clean, well run home.
Dad is very happy there, he likes the staff and the food.
Perhaps some individual air conditioning in their bedrooms may be a good improvement if global warming continues to give us hot summers. Any problems are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

My father arrived at Linden Lodge with complex care needs, requiring proactive management and engagement. From day one, Sister Russel and her dedicated team provided exceptional care, ensuring my father was comfortable and engaged in ways his previous care home could not achieve. The transfer from his
previous home was logistically challenging, but the staff at Linden Lodge took on the challenge. The staff throughout the home are friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and positive atmosphere. I would recommend Linden Lodge for anyone seeking compassionate and effective care.

My mother was in Linden Grange for six weeks respite care after spending sometime in hospital shortly after Christmas.
I can not say enough positive things about the staff and the care she received over the period time she was in.
Every single member of staff was smiley, accommodating and could not
do enough to make Mum feel welcomed.
The staff took quality time to talk to her and even though she was only there temporary, she very much felt part of the home.
Management was excellent and extremely accommodating, they made what could have been a very stressful time, incredibly easy.
When she left she had a cry and so did I!
If I could, I would book a place for 30 years time, I can not imagine a better place to be cared for!!!!!
