We have loved getting to know dad since he joined us at Barnby Court, he is such a kind, caring gentleman and it truly is a pleasure to know and care for him. Dad brings joy to everyone in his company and always keeps us laughing with his quick wit and humour. She is so grateful for everything that we do, which we find very humbling. Mum loves a good chat with a cuppa and a biscuit. You being such a great support to your mum with visiting and taking mum out for meals, means that she knows that we all take part in her care and want the very best for such a lovely kind lady. Mum has made friends at Barnby with others and really does enjoy their company. Thank you for taking the time to show your support for Barnby Court.

I think I speak for everyone when I say it is a joy to look after your Aunt. Your aunt is great fun keeps us on our toes and we respect her decisions re not wanting to join in with activities most of the time, but when she does she has great fun and really enjoys her time. Your aunt knows us all and we each have our own special bond with her. Great lady, makes us smile at every day without fail. Following your family members' stay with us this weekend, we were saddened and shocked to receive your complaint and today your review of our service. At Barnby Court, we strive to provide the highest standard of care to all our residents, and it is with great concern that we have received such feedback. Your complaint is being taken extremely seriously, and we are committed to investigating and addressing the issues you have raised. As you were made aware, upon receiving your complaint, we immediately initiated an investigation into the concerns raised, however as the concerns were only raised a couple of days ago, we have not yet been able to investigate sufficiently to provide a comprehensive response at this time. Please be assured that this matter is being given our utmost priority, and we aim to share our findings as soon as possible.
