It was an honour to care for that great man, thank you for choosing us.
She was an absolute delight to care for - completely adorable; she will be sadly missed.
The environment is very open; we and other members of the family are able to visit and are made welcome at any time. We have always felt this to be a measure of the management and staff's genuine commitment to providing everything that they promise - and to be seen to do so.
The house itself is homely. This was a very important thing for us when choosing a care home. Our parents would not have liked a large impersonal institutionalised environment. The Heathers is anything but.
